In this paper we present systematic differential representations for the dynamical group SO(4).Theserepresentations include the left and the right differential representations and the left and the right adjoint differentialrepresentations in both the group parameter space and its coset *** are the generalization of the differentialrepresentations of the SO(3) rotation group in the Euler *** representations may find their applications in thestudy of the physical systems with SO(4) dynamical symmetry.

Morphological alterations in dendritic spines have been linked to changes in functional communication between neurons that affect learning and ***-4 KIF21A helps organize the microtubule-actin network at the cell cortex by interacting with KANK1;however,whether KIF21A modulates dendritic structure and function in neurons remains *** this study,we found that KIF21A was distributed in a subset of dendritic spines,and that these KIF21A-positive spines were larger and more structurally plastic than KIF21A-negative ***,the interaction between KIF21A and KANK1 was found to be critical for dendritic spine morphogenesis and synaptic *** of either KIF21A or KANK1 inhibited dendritic spine morphogenesis and dendritic branching,and these deficits were fully rescued by coexpressing full-length KIF21A or KANK1,but not by proteins with mutations disrupting direct binding between KIF21A and KANK1 or binding between KANK1 and *** down KIF21A in the hippocampus of rats inhibited the amplitudes of long-term potentiation induced by high-frequency stimulation and negatively impacted the animals’cognitive *** together,our findings demonstrate the function of KIF21A in modulating spine morphology and provide insight into its role in synaptic function.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） are fundamentally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predominantly due to irreversible zinc （Zn） deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate mechanisms behind the electrochemical discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn2+-solvation and deposition behavior demand comprehensive *** molecules endowed with special functional groups （such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.） have the potential to significantly optimize the solvation structure of Zn2+and regulate the interfacial electric double layer （EDL）.By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby forming an asymptotic nucleation model to promote uniform Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace amounts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the homogenized Zn （H-Zn） anode with a uniform and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experimental techniques,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a remarkable Zn utilization rate of approximately 20% and simultaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH4V4O10（NVO） full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A *** study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

The coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19） outbreak caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2（SARS-CoV-2） developed into a global health emergency. Systemic microthrombus caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection is a common complication in patients with COVID-19. Cardiac microthrombosis as a complication of SARS-CoV-2 infection is the primary cause of cardiac injury and death in patietns with severe COVID-19. In this study, we performed single-cell sequencing analysis of the right ventricular free wall tissue from healthy donors,patients who died during the hypercoagulable period of characteristic coagulation abnormality（CAC）, and patients who died during the fibrinolytic period of CAC. We collected 61,187 cells enriched in 24 immune cell subsets and 13 cardiac-resident cell subsets. We found that in the course of SARS-CoV-2 infected heart microthrombus, MYO1EhighRASGEF1Bhighmonocyte-derived macrophages promoted hyperactivation of the immune system and initiated the extrinsic coagulation pathway by activating chemokines CCL3, CCL5. This series of events is the main cause of cardiac microthrombi following SARS-CoV-2 infection. In a SARS-CoV-2 infected heart microthrombus, excessive immune activation is accompanied by an increase in cellular iron content, which in turn promotes oxidative stress and intensifies intercellular competition. This induces cells to alter their metabolic environment, resulting in increased sugar uptake via the glycosaminoglycan synthesis pathway. In addition, high levels of reactive oxygen species generated by elevated iron levels promote increased endogenous malondialdehyde synthesis in a subpopulation of cardiac endothelial cells. This exacerbates endothelial cell dysfunction and exacerbates the coagulopathy process.

深水湖泊冬季热力分层消亡,水体上下混合,水动力过程改变营养盐的分布格局,可能影响湖泊生态系统中浮游植物群落的演替。本研究在2022年11月2023年4月高原深水湖泊抚仙湖的热力分层消亡期、混合期和分层形成期,开展水体垂直剖面的理化环境因子及浮游植物群落高频观测,探究浮游植物群落时空变化特征及其对热力学混合过程的响应。结果表明:水体混合过程引起湖泊理化环境因子显著的时空变化,与分层消亡期和形成期相比,混合期水体总磷(TP)、溶解性有机磷(DOP)、正磷酸盐(PO 3-4-P)和叶绿素a(Chl.a)浓度显著增加,总氮(TN)、溶解氮(DN)、颗粒氮(PN)、氨氮(NH 3-N)和硝态氮(NO-3-N)浓度显著降低。浮游植物群落中,绿藻门的转板藻属(Mougeotia)和小球藻属(Chlorella)在整个观测期密度较高,蓝藻门的长孢藻属(Dolichospermum)和拟柱孢藻属(Cylindrospermopsis)在分层消亡期密度较高,硅藻门的直链藻属(Melosira)和隐藻门隐藻属(Cryptomonas)在混合期密度高,绿藻门的栅藻属(Scenedesmus)在分层形成期密度较高。冗余分析发现,NH 3-N、PO 3-4-P和碱性磷酸酶活性的动态变化显著影响浮游植物群落组成;而且,浮游植物不同种类对氮、磷营养盐的敏感性各不相同,其中长孢藻属和转板藻属的密度与氮营养盐呈正相关、与磷营养盐呈负相关;而其他浮游植物密度则呈现相反规律,分别与氮营养盐呈负相关,与磷营养盐呈正相关。通过结构方程模型分析水体混合期间浮游植物群落动态变化的驱动机制,发现一方面水温对浮游植物群落结构有直接影响;另一方面,水温通过调节不同形态的氮(NO-3-N、NH 3-N)、磷(PO 3-4-P和DOP)营养盐浓度,从而间接地驱动浮游植物群落结构变化。这些直接和间接的影响共同作用,最终引起水体中Chl.a浓度变化。本研究有助于认识深水湖泊热力分层变化对生态系统结构和功能的影响。在全球变化背景下,加强对湖库热力分层的作用机制及其生态环境效应研究,有助于深水湖泊生态系统的保护和管理。

Numerical simulation methods of aerodynamic heating were compared by considering the inuence of numerical schemes and turbulence models,and attempting to investigate the applicability of numerical simulation methods on predicting heat flux in engineering applications. For some typical cases provided with detailed experimental data,four spatial schemes and four turbulence models were adopted to calculate surface heat flux. By analyzing and comparing,some inuencing regularities of numerical schemes and turbulence models on calculating heat flux had been acquired. It is clear that AUSM＋-up scheme with rapid compressibilitymodified high Reynolds number k鈥撓？model should be appropriate for calculating heat flux. The numerical methods selected as preference above were applied to calculate the heat flux of a 3-D complex geometry in high speed turbulent flows. The results indicated that numerical simulation can capture the complex flow phenomena and reveal the mechanism of aerodynamic heating. Especially,the numerical result of the heat flux at the stagnation point of the wedge was well in agreement with the prediction of Kemp鈥揜iddel formula,and the surface heat flux distribution was consistent with experiment results,which implied that numerical simulation can be introduced to predict heat flux in engineering applications.

AIM： To insert the constructed TGF-β1 epitope gene into the el loop of C-terminus of truncated hepatitis B core antigen to increase TGF-β1 antigenicity in its prokaryotic expression system and to identify immunity of the expressed recombinant protein in order to exploit the possibility for obtaining anti- TGF-β1 vaccine. METHODS： The TGF-β1 encoding epitope gene （the mature TGF-β1 from 78-109 amino acid residues, TGF-β1^32） was amplified by polymerase chain reaction from the recombinant pGEM-7z/ TGF-β1 ^32 vector. The HBcAg gene fragments （encoding HBcAg from 1-71 and 89-144 amino acid residues） were amplified from PYTAI- HBcAg vector. The recombinant vector pGEMEX-1 was used to insert HBcAg1-71, TGF-β1^32 and HBcAg89-144 into restrictive endonuclease enzyme and ligated with T4 Ugase. The fusion gene fragments ***1-71-TGF-β1^32 HBcAg89-144 were recloned to pET28a（＋） and the DNA sequence was confirmed by the dideoxy chain termination method. The recombinant vector pET28a （＋）/ CTC was transformed and expressed in E. coli BL21 （DE3） under induction of IPTG. After purification with Ni^＋2 NTA agarose resins, the antigenicity of purified protein was detected by ELISA and Western blot and visualized under electron microscope. RESULTS： Enzyme digestion analysis and sequencing showed that TGF-β1 epitope gene was inserted into the el loop of C-terminus of truncated hepatitis B core antigen. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that relative molecular mass （Mr） of the expressed product by pET28a （＋）/CTC was Mr 24 *** output of the target recombinant protein was approximately 34.8% of the total bacterial protein,mainly presented in the form of inclusion body. Western blotting and ELISA demonstrated that the fusion protein could combine with anti-TGF-β1 polyclonal IgG but not with anti-HBcAg. The purity of protein was about 90 % and the protein was in the form of self-assembling particles visualized under electron microscope. This fusion protein had good anti-TGF-β1 antigenicity and
