ITO （indium oxide doped with tin） thin films were deposited on glass substrates by using ITO pellet with a composition of w（In2O3）=90% and w（SnO2）=10% by electron beam evaporated with End-Hall ion source assisted without extra heating. The rate of deposition and flow rate of oxygen were measured and changed to obtain the best properties of ITO thin films. Furthermore, the post annealing process was done in vacuum at different annealing temperatures for 2 h and at 400℃ for different keeping time, respectively. The relation between optical, electrical properties and structure was discussed in detail.

With the development of radiotherapeutic oncology, computer technology and medical imaging technology, radiation therapy has made great progress. Research on the impact and the specific mechanism of radiation on tumors has become a central topic in cancer therapy. According to the traditional view, radiation can directly affect the structure of the DNA double helix, which in turn activates DNA damage sensors to induce apoptosis, necrosis, and aging or affects normal mitosis events and ultimately rewires various biological characteristics of neoplasm cells. In addition, irradiation damages subcellular structures, such as the cytoplasmic membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, ribosome, mitochondria, and lysosome of cancer cells to regulate various biological activities of tumor cells. Recent studies have shown that radiation can also change the tumor cell phenotype, immunogenicity and microenvironment, thereby globally altering the biological behavior of cancer cells. In this review, we focus on the effects of therapeutic radiation on the biological features of tumor cells to provide a theoretical basis for combinational therapy and inaugurate a new era in oncology.

The Triple Ionosphere PhotoMeter （TRIPM） is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration, polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite Feng-Yun 3E （FY-3E）, which was launched on July 5, 2021. TRIPM has three channels, and each is used to measure different types of emissions:（1） 135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight （nighttime channel）;（2） 135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present （daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel）; and （3） Airglow in the N2LBH of the TRIPM （daytime/dusk-dawn N2LBH channel）. FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning orbit. Therefore, the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively large. In this study, combined with simulation calculations, the data are analysed. To further explore the application value of the data products, a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel. This approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N2derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N2LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the product. The results show that the135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content （TEC）data. On the other hand, the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions; thus, the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N2is obtained.

The newly launched Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)satellite carried a wide-field auroral imager(WAI)that was developed by Changchun Institute of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),which will provide a large field of view(FOV),high spatial resolution,and broadband ultraviolet images of the aurora and the ionosphere by imaging the N2 LBH bands of *** WAI consists of two identical cameras,each with an FOV of 68°in the along-track direction and 10°in the cross-track *** two cameras are tilted relative to each other to cover a fan-shaped field of size 130°×10°.Each camera consists of an unobstructed four-mirror anastigmatic optical system,a BaF2 filter,and a photon-counting imaging *** spatial resolution of WAI is ~10 km at the nadir point at a reference height of 110 km above the Earth’s *** sensitivity is>0.01 counts s^(−1) Rayleigh^(−1) pixel^(−1)(140-180 nm)for both cameras,which is sufficient for mapping the boundaries and the fine structures of the auroral oval during storms/*** on the tests and calibrations that were conducted prior to launch,the data processing algorithm includes photon signal decoding,geometric distortion correction,photometric correction,flatfield correction,line-of-sight projection and correction,and normalization between the two *** processed images are compared with DMSP SSUSI *** agreement between the images that were captured by two instruments demonstrates that the WAI and the data processing algorithm operate normally and can provide high-quality scientific data for future studies on auroral dynamics.

AIM:To study the expression profiles of MUC2 and MUC5AC in tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinoma and in its different pathologic ***:Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded human colorectal tissue specimens were immunostained with antibodies against MUC2 and *** samples of normal mucosa(NM),12 samples of hyperplastic polyp(HP),15 samples of tubular adenoma with low-grade dysplasia(LGD),14 samples of tubular adenoma with high-grade dysplasia(HGD),26 samples of conventional colorectal adenocarcinoma(CCA),15 samples of mucinous carcinoma(MC),and 8 samples of signetring cell carcinoma(SRCC) were ***:MUC2 was the most widely expressed protein in each study group,although the number of MUC2positive cases was less in CCA group than in other groups(P < 0.05).The staining score for MUC2 was significantly decreased in the HP-LGD-HGD-CCA sequence(r =-0.73436,P < 0.0001).Among the neoplasms,MC and SRCC were more frequently associated with the high expression of MUC2(P < 0.05) than with that of ***5AC expression was detected in all groups but not in NM ***,the staining score for MUC5AC was higher in HP,LGD,HGD,MC and SRCC groups than in NM and CCA groups(P < 0.05).The frequency of simultaneous expression of MUC proteins was significantly higher in MC and SRCC groups than in CCA group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Alterations in MUC expression occur during colorectal *** transformation process in MC and SRCC may be different from that in the traditional adenoma-carcinoma sequence.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition, yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT) left undetermined. At specific baryon chemical potential, the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon asymmetry. It, therefore, provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs) within the standard model of particle physics. If these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA) observations, the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained, and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

BACKGROUND The liver is the most common site of digestive system tumor metastasis,but not all liver metastases can be traced back to the primary *** it is unusual,syphilis can impact the liver,manifesting as syphilitic hepatitis with inflammatory nodules,which might be misdiagnosed as *** SUMMARY This case report involves a 46-year-old female who developed right upper abdominal pain and intermittent low fever that persisted for more than three *** definitive diagnosis of a tumor had been made in the past decades,but signs of multiple liver metastases were recognized after a computed tomo-graphy scan without evidence of primary *** positive serological tests for syphilis and a biopsy of the liver nodules,a diagnosis of hepatic syphilis was made and confirmed with follow-up nodule reduction after anti-syphilis *** Clinicians must be aware of the possibility that syphilis can cause hepatic inflam-matory masses,especially when liver metastasis is suspected without evidence of primary lesions.A definitive diagnosis should be established in conjunction with a review of the patient’s medical history for accurate therapeutic intervention.

MoS_(2)Lubricate‑Toughened MXene/ANF Composites for Multifunctional Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

The design and fabrication of high toughness electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding composite films with diminished reflection are an imperative task to solve electromagnetic pollution *** MXene/ANF(aramid nanofibers)–MoS_(2)composite films with nacre-like layered structure here are fabricated after the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF composite *** introduction of MoS_(2)fulfills an impressive“kill three birds with one stone”improvement effect:lubrication toughening mechanical performance,reduction in secondary reflection pollution of electromagnetic wave,and improvement in the performance of photothermal *** the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50),the strain to failure and tensile strength increase from 22.1±1.7%and 105.7±6.4 MPa and to 25.8±0.7%and 167.3±9.1 MPa,*** toughness elevates from 13.0±4.1 to 26.3±0.8 MJ m^(−3)(~102.3%)*** the reflection shielding effectiveness(SE_(R))of MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50)decreases~10.8%.EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)elevates to 41.0 dB(8.2–12.4 GHz);After the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 60:40),the strain to failure increases from 18.3±1.9%to 28.1±0.7%(~53.5%),the SE_(R)decreases~22.2%,and the corresponding EMI SE is 43.9 *** MoS_(2)also leads to a more efficient photothermal conversion performance(~45 to~55℃).Additionally,MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films exhibit excellent electric heating performance,quick temperature elevation(15 s),excellent cycle stability(2,2.5,and 3 V),and long-term stability(2520 s).Combining with excellent mechanical performance with high MXene content,electric heating performance,and photothermal conversion performance,EMI shielding ternary MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films could be applied in many industrial *** work broadens how to achieve a balance between mechanical properties and versatility of composites in the case of high-function fillers.
