When controlling the water level of a tank, whose input subjects to a property of uncertainty, the traditional control methods of PID are struggling t o achieve the satisfying objective. Instead, the fuzzy control method is widely introduced in practice. This paper discusses a typical tank system of which the water level is controlled based on the fuzzy algorithm, and makes a simulation a bout the dynamic action of the system under the platform of Matlab. The result p roves that the fuzzy method can perfectly realize the controlling objective.

Considering a time-harmonic electromagnetic plane wave incident on an arbitrarily shaped open cavity embedded in infinite ground plane, the physical process is modelled by Maxwell's equations. We investigate the inverse problem of determining the shape of the open cavity from the information of the measured scattered field. Results on the uniqueness and the local stability of the inverse problem in the 2-dimensional TM (transverse magnetic) polarization are proved in this paper.

In this paper, a novel method is proposed for judging whether a component set is a consistency-based diagnostic set, using SAT solv- ers. Firstly, the model of the system to be diagnosed and all the observations are described with conjunctive normal forms (CNF). Then, all the related clauses in the CNF files to the components other than the considered ones are extracted, to be used for satisfiability checking by SAT solvers. Next, all the minimal consistency-based diagnostic sets are derived by the CSSE-tree or by other similar algorithms. We have implemented four related algorithms, by calling the gold medal SAT solver in SAT07 competition – RSAT. Experimental results show that all the minimal consistency-based diagnostic sets can be quickly computed. Especially our CSSE-tree has the best effciency for the singleor double-fault diagnosis.

The SCF-Xα-SW molecular orbital calculations were carried out on the modelcompounds of binuclear and trinuclear gold(Ⅰ)using starting potential of Au atom and the Watson *** energy level order of the frontier orbital of a binuclear gold model compound is in agreement with the experimental *** calculated ionization potential of the binuclear model compound is consistent well with the photoelectron spectrum of Au (Me)(PMe_3).The metal-metal interactions are *** calculated electronic absorption spectra of binuclear and trinuclear gold(Ⅰ)are basically in agreement with experimental results.

The microencapsulation of the extractant was studied by drying-in-liquid with a [(O_Ⅰ/W_Ⅰ)/O_Ⅱ]/W_Ⅱ multi-emulsion. The microcapsules were characterized by the release efficiency of the extractants to discuss the effect of Tween 60, gelatin, and EC on the experimental results. The size dispersity of microcapsules with the different concentrations of gelatin was also discussed. The results show that microcapsules with good membrane tension for several extractants can be obtained with this method.

In this peper we have synthesized powder crystal form (Y,Gd) BO3:Eu(3+)Phosphors by microwave heating method. ItS structure belongs to hexagonal system with lattice parameters a=0.3796,c=0. 8835. Its excitation spetra peaks at 239.0nm and 240. 0nm monitored at the emission of 589nm and 612nm respectively, the half peak width is 40nm. Under 240nm excitation the phosphors show a strons oranse-red luminescence, the fluorescent intensity ratio for I589/I612 is 1.9/1

Fast bowtie effect elimination for MODIS L1B data

The bowtie effect refers to geometry distortions for the moderate resolution imaging spectrum-radiometer （MODIS） level 1B （L1 B） data. Till now, to eliminate the bowtie effect, numerous methods are proposed. However, most of them have limitations in computation efficiency. Through a comparative study of existing methods, this article puts forward a fast method to eliminate the bowtie effect using the ephemeris data. In this method, the rough positions of overlapping data are first detected. Because of the influence caused by the instrarnent characters and the earth＇s curvature, the positions of overlapping data need to be rectified to obtain more precise results. The optimal rectification method used in this article is selected by comparing three methods. By using the optimal method, the rectified MODIS data can be obtained. The experiments demonstrate that the bowtie effect can be eliminated in less than 1 s. In contrast, other traditional methods spend at least 3 s, thus the proposed method is faster and more effective.
