The genus Ovatoryctocara Tchernysheva,1962,and its key species Ovatoryctocara granulata Tchernysheva,1962,are revised. Ovatoryctocara granulata occurs near the base of the Ovatoryctocara Zone and ranges up into the lower portion of the Kounamkites Zone in the Siberian Platform. O. granulata also appears in southeastern Guizhou,South China,but O. granulata in northern Greenland may represent an indefinite species. Specimens of Ovatoryctocara from Newfoundland cannot be identified to species level. Specimens includ-ing two cranidia and three pygidia from the lower part of the Aoxi Formation at Yaxi Village,Shizhu Town,eastern Tongren,north-eastern Guizhou,were previously assigned to O. granulata,which is now reassigned as a new species O. yaxiensis sp. nov. It bears the following main features: glabella club-shaped,slightly expanded medially,with four pairs of lateral furrows,of which S1-S3 are trian-gular pits,S4 is shallow,connecting with axial furrow; shorter palpebral lobe situated a little anterior to the midway of facial suture across the fixigenae,longer posterolateral area (exsag.); semielliptical pygidium consisting of seven axial rings with a terminal piece and with eight pairs of marginal tips giving a sawtooth-like shape of the lateral margins in dorsal view. Although O. granulata is a widely distributed species,the FAD of O. granulata,for a global stage boundary,still has some disadvantages. First,its distribution is not as wide as that of Oryctocephalus indicus (Reed,1910). Second,specimens of O. granulata are common only in Siberia. Third,the strati-graphic range of the species has not been studied in detail in all continents. Fourth,O. granulata is relatively small and easily affected by post-burial distortion. Last but not least,there exists obviously a facies change between the Ovatoryctocara Zone (lower Amgan Stage; deeper water facies) and the underlying Anabaraspis splendens Zone (Toyonian Stage; shallow water facies) in Siberian Platform. Osteoblasts are essential in the maintenance of human bone homeostasis.1 The abnormal formation and impaired differentiation ability of osteoblasts are pivotal factors leading to bone-related diseases,suggesting that an indepth study of osteoblasts can provide novel treatment strategies for these diseases.2 Human primary osteoblasts are precious experimental models in bone-related research.3 However,the isolation and culture of human primary osteoblasts still have some difficulties and ***,we refined a method to isolate and culture human primary osteoblasts by taking cancellous bone through a bone tissue sampler and pre-digesting it with pancreatin,which makes the process easier,cheaper,and more ***,we compared the effects of the subtle changes in isolation and culture methods on the phenotype of human primary osteoblasts and examined the differences in morphology,proliferation,and differentiation between micro-explants cultured osteoblasts(MECOBs)and explants cultured osteoblasts(EC-OBs).

Dinomischus is a rare solitary epifaunal suspension feeder. The over-all morphology of Dinomischus consists of a conical calyx surrounded with elongate bracts and an elongate stem. Visceral mass and stomach sac are evident in the body cavity. Dinomischus is interpreted as a primative ancestor of living entoprocts based on similarities in morphology and mode of life. Previously, Dinomischus is only known in two localities： the mid-Middle Cambrian Burgess Shale Biota and the Early Cambrian Chengjiang Biota. A single specimen of Dinomischus cf. D. isolatus Cowry Morris, 1977 from the Kaili Biota, Guizhou, China is reported here. The discovery of Dinomischus in the Kaili Biota extends its geographical range and indicated that the rare Dinomischus could tolerate deeper water settings during the Middle Cambrian.

以直接蒸发式室内CO_(2)人工冰场为研究对象,通过建立室内冰场稳定温度场数学模型,分析了当蒸发温度为-13℃,采用12.7 mm大管径铜管供冷时,室内人工冰场场地的质流密度、排管间距、含油率等因素对冰面温度和冰面温差的影响。结果表明:润滑油含量增加会增大管内压降及冰面进出口处的温差,但由于研究的管径和质流密度相对较大,影响幅度较小;供冷排管的间距和质流密度是影响冰面温度分布的主要因素;随着排管间距和质流密度的增大,冰面温差增大。为保证冰面温差在0.5℃以内,推荐的质流密度应小于200 kg/(m^(2)·s),排管间距应小于90 mm。

Analysis of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer and inner macular layers by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography for detection of early glaucoma

AIM： To analyze the diagnostic capabilities of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer（p RNFL） thickness and segmented inner macular layer（IML） thickness measured by spectraldomain optical coherence tomography for detection of early glaucoma. METHODS： Fifty-three patients with primary open angle glaucoma（POAG）, 60 patients with normal tension glaucoma（NTG） and 32 normal control subjects were enrolled. Thicknesses of p RNFL, total macular layers（TML）, and the IML, including macular RNFL（m RNFL） and macular ganglion cell layer（m GCL） were assessed. The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves（AROC） were calculated to compare the diagnostic power of different parameters. RESULTS： There were no differences in the parameters of p RNFL, TML, and IML between POAG and NTG groups. The thicknesses of superior and inferior m GCL showed significant correlation with mean deviation of visual field（R2=0.071, P=0.004; R2=0.08, P=0.002）. The m GCL thickness significantly correlated with the p RNFL thickness in the superior and inferior quadrants（R2=0.156, P〈0.001; R2=0.407, P〈0.001）. The thickness of the inferior-outer sector of macula had greater AROCs than those in the inferior-inner sector of macula. The AROCs for superior（0.894） and inferior（0.879） p RNFL thicknesses were similar with the AROCs for superior（0.839） and inferior m GCL（0.864） thicknesses. Sensitivities at 80% specificity for global p RNFL, inferior-outer m GCL and inferior-outer m RNFL thicknesses were 0.938, 0.867, and 0.725, respectively. CONCLUSION： The diagnostic capability of the m GCL thickness is comparable to that of the p RNFL thickness in patients with early glaucoma. The inferior-outer sector of IML has a better diagnostic capability than the inferiorinner sector of IML for detection of early glaucoma.

To investigate the stress response characteristics and shear stress transfer mechanism of BFRP(basalt fiber reinforced plastics)anchors under rainfall conditions and to explore the reinforcement effect of BFRP anchors,a comparative indoor physical model test was conducted in this study using loess mudstone slope as a typical case,and multi-attribute response data,such as slope displacement,BFRP anchor strain and axial force,were *** on the variation law of slope displacement,it can be concluded that the deformation displacement of the slope on the side reinforced by BFRP anchors is smaller than that of slopes reinforced with steel anchors;the bearing capacity of BFRP anchor is given priority in time,and the anchoring effect of BFRP anchor at the top of the slope is given priority,and the axial force value of anchor is characterized by a surface amplification effect in space;the axial force is higher around the anchor head and tends to decay as a negative exponential function as the anchor extends in the direction of the interior of the slope;the shear stress of BFRP anchor and anchorage body are unevenly distributed along the axial direction,with the maximum value occurring in the free section near the slope surface and decreases as the BFRP anchor extends towards the interior of the *** results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of BFRP anchors.

乳腺癌早期筛查、精准诊断、有效治疗是提高患者生存率的重要因素,而影像学是筛查、诊断、治疗评估的主要手段。基于现有的影像技术,乳腺临床诊治流程虽然已逐步规范化,但在高效灵敏筛查、无创精准诊断以及治疗监测评估等方面仍存在核心局限。例如,传统的医学影像技术存在诊断特异性低、成像速度慢、使用电离辐射或注射造影剂等局限,仍存在重大临床诉求。光声成像作为一项新兴的医学影像技术,可以与传统技术形成优势互补,提供快速(如10~15s完成全乳腺扫描)、高分辨率、信息丰富的医学影像。其光学对比度和声学分辨率使之具备揭示肿瘤微环境结构、功能、分子细节特征的能力。本文简述了光声成像的技术原理和主要设计形态,概述并评价了乳腺肿瘤筛查、诊断和治疗评估领域的代表性光声成像研究。最后讨论了光声成像在乳腺临床上的应用前景,其有望成为继钼靶、超声、核磁共振之后的“第四大”乳腺成像技术。

In the diagnosis of severe contagious diseases such as Ebola,severe acute respiratory syndrome,and COVID-19,there is an urgent need for protein sensors with large refractive index *** terahertz metamaterials cannot be used to develop such protein sensors due to their low refractive index sensitivities.A simple method is proposed that is compatible with all geometrical structures of terahertz metamaterials to increase their refractive index *** method uses patterned photoresist to float the split-ring resonators(SRRs)of a terahertz metamaterial at a height of 30μm from its substrate that is deposited with complementary *** floating terahertz metamaterial has an extremely large refractive index sensitivity of 532 GHz/RIU because its near field is not distributed over the substrate and also because the complementary SRRs confine the field above the *** floating terahertz metamaterial senses bovine serum albumin(BSA)and the protein binding of BSA and anti-BSA as BSA,and anti-BSA solutions with low concentrations that are smaller than 0.150μmol/L are sequentially dropped onto *** floating terahertz metamaterial is a great achievement to develop protein sensors with extremely large refractive index sensitivities,and has the potential to sense dangerous viruses.
