Epidemiologic studies use outcome-dependent sampling （ODS） schemes where, in addition to a simple random sample, there are also a number of supplement samples that are collected based on outcome variable. ODS scheme is a cost-effective way to improve study efficiency. We develop a maximum semiparametric empirical likelihood estimation （MSELE） for data from a two-stage ODS scheme under the assumption that given covariate, the outcome follows a general linear model. The information of both validation samples and nonvalidation samples are used. What is more, we prove the asymptotic properties of the proposed MSELE.

We report a novel cyano migration-mediated radical-polar crossover process, whereby both the sulfonylcyanation of aliphatic alkenes and the formation of cyclopropanes are concurrently achieved. This transformation yields a diverse array of multisubstituted cyclopropanes under mild photocatalytic conditions. Mechanistic studies elucidate that the reaction proceeds via intramolecular nucleophilic substitution, leading to the formation of the cyclopropane derivatives.

The Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan tectonic belt of the northern Tibet Plateau experienced a protracted tectonic history， including the openings and closures of the Proto- and Paleo-Tethyan Oceans. Although the tectonic belt has been extensively studied， details regarding the tectonic processes involved in its development remain controversial. To better constrain the tectonic processes of this tectonic belt， we conducted detailed field geological mapping， zircon U-Pb geochronology， and whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic analyses. Our results show that intrusive rocks in the tectonic belt crystallized in ca. 292–233 Ma， perhaps in an arc/subduction setting. Geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data suggest that early Permian–late Triassic ultramafic-intermediate intrusions were sourced from the enriched mantle， whereas intermediate-acidic rocks were sourced from mixed crust-mantle. We present the tectonic model that involves: (1) Early Devonian–early Permian intracontinental extension occurred in the northern margin of the Qaidam continent (ca. 416 Ma–292 Ma); (2) Early Permian–late Triassic northward subduction of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean resulted in arc magmatism (ca. 292 Ma–233 Ma); and (3) subsequent late Triassic intracontinental extension (ca. 233 Ma–215 Ma). Our results suggest that the late Paleozoic–early Mesozoic development of the Zongwulong Shan-Qinghai Nanshan was related to the opening， subduction， and slab retreat of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean， which has key implications for the tectonic evolution of the northern Tibetan Plateau.

living/controlled cationic ring-opening polymerization （ROP） of L-lactide is a promising approach to isotactic-rich and crystalline poly（L-lactide）.In contrast with the unsubstituted lactones,L-LA can not be polymerized by organic Lewis acids or carbenium ions,and the state of the art in this field is the cationic ROP of L-LA catalyzed by Br?nsted acid/alcohol system via activated monomer ***,we reported the first example of controlled cationic ROP of L-LA by using Meerweintype ion pair[Me3O]+[B（C6F5）4]-as the catalyst.[Me3O]+[B（C6F5）4]-promoted rapid L-LA cationic polymerization in the absence of alcohol,producing isotactic-rich and crystalline PLLA without transesterification and epimerization side *** activated chain end mechanism,involving twice SN2 substitution and configuration-inversion （S→R→S） with the assistance of released Me2O,was proposed and further verified by density functional theory and control *** work expands the catalytic toolbox of isotactic-rich and crystalline polylactide *** represents a unique example of cationic-controlled polymerization of L-LA catalyzed by an organic ion pair.

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)has garnered great attentions as a prospective cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)by virtue of its decent theoretical capacity,superior ion conductivity and high structural ***,the inherently poor electronic conductivity and sluggish sodium-ion diffusion kinetics of NVP material give rise to inferior rate performance and unsatisfactory energy density,which strictly confine its further application in ***,it is of significance to boost the sodium storage performance of NVP cathode *** to now,many methods have been developed to optimize the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode *** this review,the latest advances in optimization strategies for improving the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material are well summarized and discussed,including carbon coating or modification,foreign-ion doping or substitution and nanostructure and morphology *** foreign-ion doping or substitution is highlighted,involving Na,V,and PO_(4)^(3−)sites,which include single-site doping,multiple-site doping,single-ion doping,multiple-ion doping and so ***,the challenges and prospects of high-performance NVP cathode material are also put *** is believed that this review can provide a useful reference for designing and developing high-performance NVP cathode material toward the large-scale application in SIBs.

Deciphering the role of mtH2O2 in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury mechanisms with low-background super-resolution fluorogenic probe

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury（HIRI） is characterized by mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress. Monitoring mitochondrial hydrogen peroxide（mtH2O2） levels in real-time through super-resolution imaging is crucial for elucidating its distribution in live cells and its mechanism of action during HIRI. However, low-background fluorogenic probes have been overlooked in the context of super-resolution imaging. In this study, we developed a low-background fluorogenic probe（MitoWG） with the potential for super-resolution morphology-correlated mitochondrial identification to track the fluctuates of mtH2O2in HIRI. Activation of the desirable fluorescence properties of the probe by mtH2O2was confirmed using structural illumination microscopy（SIM）, enabling high-quality mitochondrial imaging with exceptional specificity and *** in mtH2O2levels were successfully observed in both cellular and rat models of HIRI. Furthermore, we associated the decline in mitochondrial redox homeostasis with accelerated mtH2O2production during HIRI, which triggered mitophagy deficiency and led to cell death. In conclusion, Mito-WG possesses excellent photophysical and low-background properties for SIM imaging, making it a promising tool for mtH2O2tracking in HIRI research and clinical diagnosis.

利用仿真技术分析研究了具有随机本构参数的混凝土框架结构的地震反应 ,提出二重随机模拟的概念 ,建议了一类随机结构非线性随机模拟算法。研究结果表明 :当考虑混凝土本构关系的固有离散性时 ,混凝土结构的地震响应会出现大幅度的随机涨落行为。这种随机涨落对于结构的内力分布具有显著影响 ,进而导致结构塑性铰分布的不可精确预测特征。对于复杂结构的分析 ,应注意混凝土材料本构关系随机性的影响。
