Recent years have seen a significant increase in interest in green manufacturing as a key driver of global carbon-neutral efforts and sustainable *** find the research hotspots of green manufacturing and reveal future research trends,this study reviewed and analyzed research articles from the Web of Science database on green manufacturing from1991 to 2022 using a bibliometric *** findings indicate a significant rise in the number of articles related to green manufacturing since the ***,there has been an increase in the involvement of scholars from developing countries such as China and India in this *** on the literature review and bibliometric cluster analysis on green manufacturing,we believed that future research may continue following the lines of intelligent technology integration,adoption of frontier engineering techniques,and industry development in line with carbon reduction targets.A framework for future green manufacturing development is proposed,with a focus on Chinese *** framework could provide policy implications for developing countries looking to pursue opportunities for development in green manufacturing.

Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs)provide a promising way for converting renewable energy into chemical ***,NiO/CGO(nickel-gadolinium doped ceria)cermet has shown its excellent properties in ionic and electronic conductivity under reducing ***,we developed a novel 1D NiO/CGO cathode through a cerium metal-organic framework(MOF)derived *** cathode’s 1D nanostructure integrated with a microchannel scaffold facilitates enhanced mass transport,providing vertically aligned pathways for CO_(2)and H_(2)O ***,the 1D framework increases the number of interfacial sites and reduces ion diffusion distances,thereby simplifying electron/ion ***,this advanced cathode achieved a significant breakthrough in SOEC performance,maintaining efficient CO_(2)and H_(2)O electrolysis at an extraordinary current density of 1.41 A/cm^(2)at 1.5 V and excellent stability over 24 h at 850℃.The enhanced performance of this newly developed cathode not only achieves a remarkable 100%improvement compared to those of NiO/CGO cathodes with varying geometrical configurations but also surpasses those of commercial NiO/CGO catalysts by an outstanding 40%when tested under identical *** development of the 1D NiO/CGO enhances the efficiency and durability of ceramic cathodes for CO_(2)and H_(2)O co-electrolysis in SOECs and improves the scalability and effectiveness of SOECs in renewable energy applications.

放射性皮炎是放疗中最常见的不良反应之一,其急性期主要表现为皮肤红斑、水肿、脱屑、溃疡,并伴有灼痛、瘙痒等症状。对乳腺癌患者而言,其不仅降低生活质量,还会延缓治疗进程并影响生存预后。急性放射性皮炎目前尚无特效药治疗,而中医药具有疗效确切、简便经济之优势,在临床上得到广泛应用。从中医学角度而言,急性放射性皮炎与口疮的症状与病因病机相似,青吹口为治疗口疮之验方,本文旨在基于“异病同治”理论对青吹口膏治疗乳腺癌急性放射性皮炎经验总结,以期提供新的治疗思路。

Virus-like particle(VLP) vaccines had shown great potential during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was thought to be the next generation of antiviral vaccine technology due to viromimetic structures. However,the time-consuming and complicated processes in establishing a current recombinant-protein–based VLP vaccine has limited its quick launch to the out-bursting pandemic. To simplify and optimize VLP vaccine design, we herein report a kind of viromimetic polymer nanoparticle vaccine(VPNVax), with subunit receptor-binding domain(RBD) proteins conjugated to the surface of polyethylene glycol-b-polylactic acid(PEG-b-PLA) nanoparticles for vaccination against SARS-CoV-2. The preparation of VPNVax based on synthetic polymer particle and chemical post-conjugation makes it possible to rapidly replace the antigens and construct matched vaccines at the emergence of different viruses. Using this modular preparation system, we identified that VPNVax with surface protein coverage of 20%–25% had the best immunostimulatory activity, which could keep high levels of specific antibody titers over 5 months and induce virus neutralizing activity when combined with an aluminum adjuvant. Moreover, the polymer nano-vectors could be armed with more immune-adjuvant functions by loading immunostimulant agents or chemical chirality design. This VPNVax platform provides a novel kind of rapidly producing and efficient vaccine against different variants of SARS-CoV-2 as well as other viral pandemics.

Objective To explore the correlation between macrophages and interleukin-10(IL-10 in the peripheral blood of breast cancer(BC)patients and the diagnostic value of joint *** BC patients(n=50)and healthy controls(n=40)were prospectively *** percentage of circulating cluster of differentiation 14(CD 14)macrophage cells was analyzed by flow cytometry,and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect IL-10 expression *** operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to verify the diagnostic value of the models based on the expression of CD14 macrophage cell populations and *** addition,the association between model expression and clinicopathological characteristics was *** 30 patients with BC and 30 with benign breast disease were selected to validate the IL-10 and CD14 macrophage joint detection model using the same *** CD14 macrophage and IL-10 expression levels in BC patients were higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of CD14+macrophages combined with IL-10 was 0.830,the sensitivity was 72.0%,and the specificity was 87.5%.Its diagnostic efficiency was better than all other single and joint *** analysis of clinicopathological features showed that IL-10 and CD14+macrophage joint detection was significantly correlated with tumor size,tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stage,and lymph node,estrogen receptor(ER),and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05).The validation analysis results were consistent with the test *** Peripheral blood macrophages can be an independent diagnostic marker for *** detection of CD14-macrophages and IL-10 suggests poor prognosis,which has unlimited potential to guide BC development and provides a new theory for studying tumor-associated macrophages in BC.
