不同维度的无机填料对聚合物基电介质的储能性能有着极大的影响。根据多维协同的理念,将不同维度的氮化硼纳米片(BNNS)和一维二氧化钛纳米纤维(1DTiO_(2))引入到聚酰亚胺(PI)中,利用流延法制备了(BNNS-TiO_(2)-BNNS)/PI复合膜(BTB/PI复合膜)。结果表明:BTB/PI复合膜在103~106 Hz和25~200℃的范围内介电常数保持稳定,介电损耗小于0.025。最佳填料比的BTB/PI复合膜在200℃下具备3.04 J/cm^(3)、88%的高储能性能。本工作提出的聚合物基复合膜,为高温聚合物的研究制备提供了一条行之有效的策略。

目的探讨先诺特韦/利托那韦治疗新型冠状病毒感染(COVID⁃19)的安全性。方法收集2023年6月9日至9月30日在吉林大学第一医院乐群院区住院并应用先诺特韦/利托那韦治疗的成年COVID⁃19患者的病历资料,根据是否发生先诺特韦/利托那韦相关药... 详细信息

目的探讨先诺特韦/利托那韦治疗新型冠状病毒感染(COVID⁃19)的安全性。方法收集2023年6月9日至9月30日在吉林大学第一医院乐群院区住院并应用先诺特韦/利托那韦治疗的成年COVID⁃19患者的病历资料,根据是否发生先诺特韦/利托那韦相关药物不良反应(ADR)将患者分为ADR组与无ADR组。对患者发生ADR时间、临床表现、严重程度以及治疗和转归进行回顾性分析。结果纳入本研究的患者189例,男性92例(48.7%)、女性97例(51.3%),年龄69(60.5,74.0)岁。先诺特韦/利托那韦用法用量均遵照说明书规定(先诺特韦0.75 g+利托那韦0.1 g口服、1次/12 h,连续5 d)。189例患者中18例(9.5%)发生先诺特韦/利托那韦相关ADR。ADR组(18例)和无ADR组(171例)患者的性别、年龄、吸烟状况、COVID⁃19分型和基础疾病为高血压病、糖尿病、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肺部疾病、肿瘤术后者占比的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),2组患者基础疾病为肝损伤和肾损伤者占比的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。ADR组共发生ADR 23例次,发生时间为服用先诺特韦/利托那韦后1~8 d;临床表现包括消化系统症状、转氨酶升高、血清肌酐升高、血尿酸升高、血小板计数降低、白细胞和中性粒细胞计数降低、头晕、头痛等,5例患者同时出现2种症状。ADR严重程度为1、2级者分别为12和6例,无≥3级严重ADR发生。除1例因血小板减少停药外,其他患者均完成5 d治疗。停用先诺特韦/利托那韦和/或对症治疗1~5 d后ADR均消失。结论先诺特韦/利托那韦治疗COVID⁃19有较好的安全性,主要的ADR为腹泻、转氨酶升高等,严重程度均为1~2级,停药后ADR消失;基础疾病为肝、肾损伤者应用先诺特韦/利托那韦时更需警惕ADR的发生。

全自动卸胶机螺旋卸胶刀优化设计与试验

为进一步优化天然橡胶干燥生产线全自动卸胶机的作业效果,降低机器作业过程中对橡胶块的损伤程度,以全自动卸胶机的核心部件螺旋刀为研究对象,以螺旋刀的外圆半径、导程、进给速度为优化变量,以螺旋刀所受最大扭矩和最大压力为评价指标,得到最优参数以优化全自动卸胶机的作业性能。基于螺旋刀的结构使用有限元仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics进行单因素分析并得到优化参数的最佳范围,而后搭建模拟试验台进行正交试验。结果表明:当进给速度为0.1 m/s、外圆半径为60 mm、导程为80 mm时,螺旋刀所受最大扭矩为174.2 N·m、最大压力为1463.4 N,相比优化前,最大扭矩减小10.5%,最大压力减小9.7%,满足卸胶作业需求。

Use of evergreen and deciduous plants by nocturnal-roosting birds:A case study in Beijing

With continually increasing urbanization,the land cover in urban areas continues to change,resulting in the loss of *** are highly sensitive to changes in *** forest birds perch on plants that provide increased safety to reduce the risk of predation,and small birds may also consider insulation when using roosting plants in winter because of cold *** plants thus shape the nocturnal roosting environment of urban birds,and proper planting is essential for the survival of birds at *** use of roosting plants by urban birds should therefore be studied to provide a reference for *** the current study,we observed 1865 nocturnal roosting birds in Beijing from 2021 to 2022,with 23 species of birds from 12 families and 45 species of plants from 22 families *** chinensis exhibited the highest bird rarity-weighted richness,followed by Fraxinus pennsylvanica,Phyllostachys propinqua,Pinus tabuliformis,and Ulmus *** diameter at breast height,tree height,and crown width of plants used by birds was largest in summer and smallest in winter,and the perch height of birds was the highest in spring and summer and the lowest in *** used the highest proportion of deciduous plants in summer and the highest proportion of evergreen plants in winter.A significant seasonal difference in the use of evergreen and deciduous plants by small birds was noted,with a preference for deciduous plants in summer and evergreen plants in winter,while this preference was not found in large *** findings indicate that evergreen plants provide a vital nocturnal roosting environment for small birds in *** provide a better nocturnal roosting habitat for urban birds,we recommend paying attention to the combination of evergreen and deciduous plants when carrying out landscape construction.

Contact parameter analysis and calibration in discrete element simulation of rice straw

Discrete element method was used to study and analyze the interaction between rice straws and between rice straw and agricultural machinery parts,thereby providing a scientific basis for post-harvest paddy field *** of rice straw-rice straw,rice straw-agricultural machinery part contact parameters(collision recovery coefficient,static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient)constitute an important prerequisite for the discrete element research *** this study,the collision recovery coefficients of rice straw-steel and rice straw-rice straw were 0.230 and 0.357,respectively,which were calibrated by the collision *** static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient of rice straw-steel were 0.363 and 0.208 respectively,which were calibrated by the inclined plate method and the slope *** static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient of rice straw-rice straw were 0.44 and 0.07,respectively,which were calibrated by the split cylinder *** paired t-test showed insignificant differences between calibration parameter simulation results and the physical test values(p>0.05).Taking the angle of repose that reflecting rice straw flow and friction characteristics as the evaluation index,the verification tests of the above calibration values indicated that the simulated angle of repose has no significant difference from the physical test value(p>0.05).The side plate lifting test on rice straw of different lengths showed no significant difference between the simulated angle of repose and the physical test value(p>0.05).This study can provide a basis for contact parameters choice in discrete element simulation analysis with rice straw-rice straw and rice straw-agricultural machinery parts as the research *** calibration method can provide a reference for the contact parameter calibration of other crop straws.

Holographic multiple-input multiple-output(HMIMO)has become an emerging technology for achieving ultra-high frequency spectral efficiency and spatial resolution in future wireless *** increasing antenna aperture leads to a more significant characterization of the spherical wavefront in near-field communications in HMIMO *** training as a key technique for wireless communication is worth exploring in this near-field *** with the widely researched far-field beam training,the increased dimensionality of the search space for near-field beam training poses a challenge to the complexity and accuracy of the proposed *** this paper,we introduce several typical near-field beam training methods:exhaustive beam training,hierarchical beam training,and multi-beam training that includes equal interval multi-beam training and hash multi-beam *** performances of these methods are compared through simulation analysis,and their effectiveness is verified on the hardware testbed as ***,we provide application scenarios,research challenges,and potential future research directions for near-field beam training.

Adipose browning has demonstrated therapeutic potentials in several ***,by conducting transcriptomic profiling at the single-cell and single-nucleus resolution,we reconstituted the cellular atlas in mouse inguinal subcutaneous white adipose tissue(iWAT)at thermoneutrality or chronic cold *** major nonimmune cells within the iWAT,including adipose stem and progenitor cells(ASPCs),mature adipocytes,endothelial cells,Schwann cells,and smooth muscle cells,were recovered,allowing us to uncover an overall and detailed blueprint for transcriptomes and intercellular cross-talks and the dynamics during white adipose tissue brown *** findings also unravel the existence of subpopulations in mature adipocytes,ASPCs,and endothelial cells,as well as new insights on their interconversion and reprogramming in response to *** adipocyte subpopulation competent of major histocompatibility complex class Ⅱ(MHCⅡ)antigen presentation is ***,a subcluster of ASPC with CD74 expression was identified as the precursor of this MHCⅡ^(+)*** adipocytes are transdifferented from preexisting lipid generating adipocytes,which exhibit developmental trajectory from de novo differentiation of amphiregulin cells(Aregs).Two distinct immune-like endothelial subpopulations are present in iWAT and are responsive to *** data reveal fundamental changes during cold-evoked adipose browning.
