不同于英美文化研究主要关注当代文化、种族、阶级和性别等议题的特点，德国文化学研究以语言学为根基，既关照历史也立足于当下，融合了文学、语言学、历史学、艺术学、政治学、社会学，乃至自然科学等多元学科背景，对相关文化现象进行多元异质化分析，试图建立一个跨学科合作和对话机制，并以文化作为中介来建构一种新的“问题解决型”学科范式。在当前国际新形势下，文化学研究作为一种研究范式，在学科反思、重构和重塑的同时，也关注难民、危机和气候等全球性问题，在国际化、多元化研究视野和跨国研究方法中寻找学科进路。

SiOxanode has attracted more and more attention due to its rich reserves and high theoretical capacity. However,the disadvantages of low initial Coulombic efficiency and large volume change limit its application. Therefore in this review, the research progress of SiOxanode will be summarized in detailed to demonstrate the various strategies adopted by researchers. Systematically introduction of the progress on preparation methods and modification strategies would be discussed, and the merits and challenges of various approaches will be highlighted as well, which provides valuable insights into the rational design and development of techniques to deal with the promising practical application of SiOxanode.

Oral diseases, such as periodontitis, salivary gland diseases, and oral cancers, significantly challenge health conditions due to their detrimental effects on patient's digestive functions, pronunciation, and esthetic demands. Delayed diagnosis and non-targeted treatment profoundly influence patients' prognosis and quality of life. The exploration of innovative approaches for early detection and precise treatment represents a promising frontier in oral medicine.

The removal of a failed implant with high torque causes significant damage to the surrounding tissue,compromising bone regeneration and subsequent osseointegration in the defect ***,we report a case of carrier screw fracture followed by immediate implant removal,bone grafting and delayed reimplantation.A dental implant with a fractured central carrier screw was removed using the bur-forceps *** resulting three-wall bone defect was filled with granular surface demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft(SD-FDBA).Cone-beam computerized tomography was performed at 1week,6months and 15months postoperatively and standardized for quantitative *** alveolar bone width and height at 15months post-surgery were about 91%of the original values,with a slightly lower bone density,calculated using the gray value *** graft site was reopened and was found to be completely healed with dense and vascularized bone along with some residual bone *** followed by restoration was performed 8months *** quality of regenerated bone following SD-FDBA grafting was adequate for osseointegration and longterm implant *** excellent osteogenic properties of SD-FDBA are attributed to its human origin,cortical bone-like structure,partly demineralized surfaces and bone morphogenetic protein-2-containing *** investigation with more cases and longer follow-up was required to confirm the final clinical effect.

The collection of multiple-channel electrophysiological signals enables a comprehensive understanding of the spatial distribution and temporal features of electrophysiological *** approach can help to distinguish the traits and patterns of different ailments to enhance diagnostic *** array electrodes,which can penetrate skin without pain,can lessen the impedance between the electrodes and skin;however,current microneedle methods are limited to single channels and cannot achieve multichannel collection in small ***,a multichannel(32 channels)microneedle dry electrode patch device was developed via a dimensionality reduction fabrication and integration approach and supported by a self-developed circuit system to record weak electrophysiological signals,including electroencephalography(EEG),electrocardiogram(ECG),and electromyography(EMG)*** microneedles reduced the electrode–skin contact impedance by penetrating the nonconducting stratum corneum in a painless *** multichannel microneedle array(MMA)enabled painless transdermal recording of multichannel electrophysiological signals from the subcutaneous space,with high temporal and spatial resolution,reaching the level of a single microneedle in terms of signal *** MMA demonstrated the detection of the spatial distribution of ECG,EMG and EEG signals in live rabbit models,and the microneedle electrode(MNE)achieved better signal quality in the transcutaneous detection of EEG signals than did the conventional flat dry electrode *** work offers a promising opportunity to develop advanced tools for neural interface technology and electrophysiological recording.

Gastric cancer is highly prevalent among digestive tract *** to the intri-cate nature of the gastric cancer immune microenvironment,there is currently no effective treatment available for advanced gastric ***,there is promising potential for immunotherapy targeting the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype 4(EP4)in gastric *** our previous study,we identified a novel small molecule EP4 receptor antagonist called *** with YY001 alone demonstrated a significant reduction in gastric cancer growth and inhibited tumor metastasis to the lungs in a mouse ***,adminis-tration of YYo01 stimulated a robust immune response within the tumor microenvironment,characterized by increased infiltration of antigen-presenting cells,T cells,and M1 ***,our research revealed that YYo01 exhibited remarkable synergistic ef-fects when combined with the PD-1 antibody and the clinically targeted drug apatinib,rather than *** findings suggest that YYo01 holds great promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for gastric cancer,whether used as a standalone treatment or in combination with other drugs.

2010年底以来,阿拉伯世界掀起了两波声势浩大的社会运动浪潮,而社交媒体在这之中都发挥了独特而重要的作用。在从以“社交”为动力的个人电脑互联网时代升级为以“场景”为核心的移动互联网时代的大背景下,社交媒体传播工具实现了从单纯建立人际联结到更加注重情感体验的智能化和视频化转向;青年和意见领袖相结合成为参与主体,同时女性在性别鸿沟加剧的逆境中持续发声的努力也更加凸显;舆论场中的民间、官方和国际社会三方呈现出割裂与碰撞并存的局面,而信息战攻防强度升级与平台“武器化”的新趋势则进一步增加了撕裂对立的风险。考虑到以美国为代表的西方国家对全球社交媒体平台的技术垄断及信息流操纵,包括阿拉伯世界在内的发展中国家需要以更加全面和审慎的态度看待媒介技术赋权。在利用社交媒体更快发现和掌握自身社会治理问题的同时,阿拉伯国家也应当加大关键平台的建设力度并提高其管理水平,掌握舆论情势引导的自主权,以避免意识形态领域的真空或混乱。

企业传播是指以企业为主体、面向各类利益相关者的战略性传播活动。全球联系复杂化、社会存在多元化、媒介选择自主化的当代环境变动,催生中国企业全球身份的外部转向和公民身份的内部转向,进一步要求企业在理论研究与实践操作上提升传播工作的战略高度与专业能力。企业传播能力的战略、体系、技巧的3S分析框架认为企业传播的核心目标是塑造企业声誉,可以从经营业绩、创新能力、社会责任和战略传播四大维度建立企业声誉评价体系,采取自我测评、合作测评和外部测评相结合的方式进行企业传播效果监测,推动企业传播战略的建立与实施,使企业拥有好业绩、好行为和好声音。
