H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus poses a great challenge for poultry *** disease virus(NDV)-vectored H7N9 avian influenza vaccines(NDV_(vec)H7N9)are effective in disease control because they are protective and allow mass *** note,these vaccines elicit undetectable H7N9-specific hemagglutination-inhibition(HI)but high IgG antibodies in ***,the molecular basis and protective mechanism underlying this particular antibody immunity remain ***,immunization with an NDV_(vec)H7N9 induced low anti-H7N9 HI and virus neutralization titers but high levels of hemagglutinin(HA)-binding IgG antibodies in *** residues(S150,G151 and S152)in HA of H7N9 virus were identified as the dominant epitopes recognized by the NDV_(vec)H7N9 immune *** transferred NDV_(vec)H7N9 immune serum conferred complete protection against H7N9 virus infection in *** NDV_(vec)H7N9 immune serum can mediate a potent lysis of HA-expressing and H7N9 virus-infected cells and significantly suppress H7N9 virus *** activities of the serum were significantly impaired after heat-inactivation or treatment with complement inhibitor,suggesting the engagement of the complement ***,mutations in the 150-SGS-152 sites in HA resulted in significant reductions in cell lysis and virus neutralization mediated by the NDV_(vec)H7N9 immune serum,indicating the requirement of antibody-antigen binding for complement ***,antibodies induced by the NDV_(vec)H7N9 can activate antibody-dependent complement-mediated lysis of H7N9 virus-infected cells and complement-mediated neutralization of H7N9 *** findings unveiled a novel role of the complement in protection conferred by the NDV_(vec)H7N9,highlighting a potential benefit of engaging the complement system in H7N9 vaccine design.

Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological diseases worldwide with a high prevalence and unknown ***,its control is *** is generally accepted that an imbalance between the excitatory and inhibitory properties of the central nervous system(CNS)leads to a large number of abnormally synchronized neuronal discharges in the *** receptor potential vanilloid protein type 1(TRPV1)is a non-selective cation channel that contributes to the regulation of the nervous system and influences the excitability of the nervous *** includes the release of neurotransmitters,action potential generation due to alterations in ion channels,synaptic transmission,and the changes in glial *** is abundant evidence that TRPV1 is widely expressed in the central nervous system(including microglia)and is involved in the development of epilepsy through *** conclusion,microglial TRPV1 participates in neuroinflammatory reactions and functions as a potential proinflammatory *** presents a novel treatment approach to regulate seizures brought on by neuroinflammation.

“Digital transformation of education”is a hot topic of present educational reform and the development tendency of future educational *** transformation of education,as a process stressing technology-driven educational innovation and reform,boasts the importance of development in its birth and *** is driven jointly by social and cultural transitions,the impetus of technical innovation,the guidance of national policies,and the endogenous development of the education *** logic of practice of the transformation can be regarded as the behavior choice dominated by value and intentions,and the underlying generation principles in practice comprise the“problem-driven+concept-led”principle,the“system evolution+innovative breakthrough”principle,and the“value assessment+iterative optimization”*** present,under the background of constructing the new ecology of a smart society and a high-quality education system,and under the pressure of COVID-19 pandemic,the transformation faces golden development ***,the present transformation practice still has some differences from the expected value ***,it is required to research and develop a mature digital education model or framework,carry out a national digital education preparation campaign,work for pilot schemes for the transformation at all levels and of all kinds,attach importance to theoretical research on education relating to the digital transformation of education,and more actively embrace the new wave of educational reform worldwide.

The H9N2 and H5N1 avian in fluenza viruses(AIVs) have been circulating in poultry in China and become endemic since 1998 and 2004, ***, they are prevalent in poultry throughout China. This endemicity makes them actively involved in the emergence of the novel lineages of other subtypes of in fluenza viruses, such as the well-known viruses of the highly pathogenic avian in fluenza(HPAI) H5N2 and the2013 novel H7N7, H7N9 and H10N8 subtypes, thereby threatening both the poultry industry and public ***, we will review brie fly the prevalence and evolution,pathogenicity, transmission, and disease control of these two subtypes and also discuss the possibility of emergence of potentially virulent and highly transmissible AIVs to humans.

The influence on fine particle aggregation and flotation behavior induced by high intensity conditioning(HIC) from saturated of the slurry with CO2 saturation was *** size measurements were *** effect of dissolved gas,xanthate addition and agitation speed on fine sphalerite particle aggregation-and flotation-behavior were *** results show that during HIC in air or CO2 saturated water xanthate acts as a *** dissolved gas content in the pulp and HIC play a synergistic role in promoting fine particle aggregation and hence flotation;a significantly enhanced aggregation of fine sphalerite particles in a CO2 saturated slurry by HIC is *** aggregate size increased when the agitation speed was increased from 700 r/min to 1500 r/*** the HIC speed to 1500 r/min caused a positive impact on flotation *** increasing the speed to 2000 r/min resulted in an adverse effect on flotation kinetics.

A series of novel Schiff bases including 4-tert-butyl-5-benzyl-2-benzyliminothiazoles was synthesized by reacting the aromatic aldehydes with the corresponding *** antitumor bioassay revealed that compounds 2n and 2m exhibited potent cytotoxicity against human cervix cancer（HeLa） cell line with IC50 values of 0.001 and 0.007 mmol/L,*** preliminary structure-activity relationship（SAR） investigations and the apoptosis evaluation suggest that 4-tert-butyl-5-benzyl-2-benzyliminothiazoles may be a satisfactory backbone for antitumor activity,and compound 2n can serve as an attractive candidate for the development of novel apoptosis in anticancer treatment.

Aiming at the difficulty of mining fault prognosis starting points and constructing prognostic models for remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of rolling bearings,a RUL prediction method is proposed based on health indicator(HI)extraction and trajectory-enhanced particle filter(TE-PF).By extracting a HI that can accurately track the trending of bearing degradation and combining it with the early fault enhancement technology,early abnormal sample nodes can be mined to provide more samples with fault information for the construction and training of subsequent prediction *** at the problem that traditional degradation rate models based on PF are vulnerable to HI mutations,a TE-PF prediction method is proposed based on comprehensive utilization of historical degradation information to timely modify prediction model *** from a rolling bearing prognostic study show that prediction starting points can be accurately detected and a reasonable prediction model can be conveniently constructed by the RUL prediction method based on HI amplitude abnormal detection and ***,aiming at the RUL prediction problem under the condition of HI mutation,RUL prediction with probability and statistics characteristics under a confidence interval can be obtained based on the method proposed.

Pulmonary Hypertension(PH)is a global health problem that affects about 1%of the global *** models of PH play a vital role in unraveling the pathophysiological mechanisms of the *** present study proposes a Kernel Extreme Learning Machine(KELM)model based on an improved Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA)for predicting PH mouse *** experimental results showed that the selected blood indicators,including Haemoglobin(HGB),Hematocrit(HCT),Mean,Platelet Volume(MPV),Platelet distribution width(PDW),and Platelet–Large Cell Ratio(P-LCR),were essential for identifying PH mouse models using the feature selection method proposed in this ***,the method achieved 100.0%accuracy and 100.0%specificity in classification,demonstrating that our method has great potential to be used for evaluating and identifying mouse PH models.
