In order to quantify the influence of external forcings on the predictability limit using observational data,the author introduced an algorithm of the conditional nonlinear local Lyapunov exponent(CNLLE)*** effectiveness of this algorithm is validated and compared with the nonlinear local Lyapunov exponent(NLLE)and signal-to-noise ratio methods using a coupled Lorenz *** results show that the CNLLE method is able to capture the slow error growth constrained by external forcings,therefore,it can quantify the predictability limit induced by the external *** this basis,a preliminary attempt was made to apply this method to measure the influence of ENSO on the predictability limit for both atmospheric and oceanic variable *** spatial distribution of the predictability limit induced by ENSO is similar to that arising from the initial conditions calculated by the NLLE *** similarity supports ENSO as the major predictable signal for weather and climate *** addition,a ratio of predictability limit(RPL)calculated by the CNLLE method to that calculated by the NLLE method was *** RPL larger than 1 indicates that the external forcings can significantly benefit the long-term predictability *** instance,ENSO can effectively extend the predictability limit arising from the initial conditions of sea surface temperature over the tropical Indian Ocean by approximately four months,as well as the predictability limit of sea level pressure over the eastern and western Pacific ***,the impact of ENSO on the geopotential height predictability limit is primarily confined to the troposphere.

Glanzmann’s thrombasthenia(GT)is an inherited autosomal recessive bleeding disorder,resulting from mutations in the ITGA2B and ITGB3 genes,that lead to a defect in the platelet membrane integrinαIIbβ3.[1]As integrinαIIbβ3 plays an important role in thrombus formation,the clinical manifestation of GT includes bleeding(mostly mucocutaneous)and *** this reason,patients with GT are typically thought to be unlikely to suffer from thromboembolic *** is an anticoagulant that inhibits thrombin and is activated factor X and other serine proteases in the coagulation cascade.[2]Antithrombin deficiency is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease with an approximate prevalence of 1/500 in the overall population.[3]In contrast to the hemorrhagic tendency of GT,patients with antithrombin deficiency are at increased risk of thromboembolism,especially in the venous ***,we describe a rare case of GT and antithrombin deficiency coexisting in a single *** was used for the treatment of pulmonary embolism(PE)and deep vein thrombosis(DVT).

Due to information asymmetry and strategic innovation,firms often encounter challenges related to insufficient driving forces and low-quality innovation *** always act as information intermediaries who help foster the advancement of corporate innovation activities and the conversion of innovation *** study examines the impact of analyst coverage and forecasting bias on corporate innovation,employing data from China A-shared listed firms spanning the period 2007 to *** measure corporate innovation from two perspectives:Input and ***,we use the ratio of research and development(R&D)expenditure to sales as a proxy for the innovation input and the number of patent citations excluding self-citations to measure innovation *** find that analyst coverage promotes corporate innovation,which is consistent with the“bright”side of analyst ***,the positive effect of analyst coverage hinges on effectively transmitting and disclosing accurate information to investors in the capital *** on this,analysts'forecasting bias includes forecasting dispersion and optimism *** find evidence that an increase in analysts'forecast dispersion leads to a decrease in corporate innovation ***,this paper presents a novel approach by employing the regression discontinuity method to examine the effect of analyst optimistic bias on firm *** empirical findings reveal that overly optimistic forecasts by analysts exacerbate innovation *** analyses enrich the research on analyst coverage and corporate innovation,providing an empirical basis for improving the capital market with the help of analysts.

An eddy deep leaching technology was developed in this paper to address the challenge of treating heavy metal contaminants in industrial mining *** desorption effect of As,Cd,Sb and Pb was investigated utilizing chemical leaching and physical eddy *** was found that the heavy metals concentration increased with decreasing particle *** highest proportion of Cd in the form distribution of soil was in the bound to iron and manganese oxides,while the maximum proportion of As,Sb and Pb were in the *** optimal solid-liquid ratio of the hydrocyclone was 1:20,and the corresponding separation efficiency and flow rate were 84.7%and 1.76 m^(3)/hr,*** grade efficiency of soil particle separation increases with particle size and exceeds 99%for particles above 1,000μ*** experiments have revealed that oxalic acid(OA)and a combination of oxalic acid and EDTA(OAPE)were more efficient than citric acid(CA)and a combination of citric acid and EDTA(CAPE)for the desorption of heavy metals,*** comparison of OAPE and eddy leaching found that the latter improved the desorption efficiency by 9.4%,7.5%,7.2%and 7.8%for As,Cd,Sb and Pb compared to the former,*** results demonstrated that the eddy leaching technique could further enhance the desorption efficiency of heavy *** is expected to provide technical support for soil remediation with reduced usage of leaching agents.

Previous studies have shown that low platelet count combined with high plasma total homocysteine(tHcy)increased stroke risk and can be lowered by 73% with folic ***,the combined role of other platelet activation parameters and the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T genotypes on stroke risk and folic acid treatment benefit remain to be *** study aimed to investigate if platelet activation parameters and MTHFR genotypes jointly impact folic acid treatment efficacy in first stroke *** were derived from the China Stroke Primary Prevention *** study includes a total of 11,185 adult hypertensive patients with relevant platelet activation parameters and MTHFR genotype *** simultaneously considering both platelet activation parameters(plateletcrit,platelet count,mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width)and MTHFR genotypes,patients with both low plateletcrit(Q1)and the TT genotype had the highest stroke incidence rate(5.6%)in the enalapril *** subgroup significantly benefited from folic acid treatment,with a 66% reduction in first stroke(HR:0.34;95%CI:0.14-0.82;p=0.016).Consistently,the subgroup with low plateletcrit(Q1)and the CC/CT genotype also benefited from folic acid treatment(HR:0.40;95%CI:0.23-0.70;p=0.001).In Chinese hypertensive adults,low plateletcrit can identify those who may greatly benefit from folic acid treatment,in particular,those with the TT genotype,a subpopulation known to have the highest stroke risk.

Identified as the pathogenic genes of Alzheimer's disease(AD),APP,PSEN1,and PSEN2 mainly lead to early-onset AD,whose course is more aggressive,and atypical symptoms are more common than sporadic ***,a novel missense mutation,APP E674Q(also named“Shanghai APP”),was detected in a Chinese index patient with typical late-onset AD(LOAD)who developed memory decline in his *** results from neuroimaging were consistent with AD,where widespread amyloidβdeposition was demonstrated in 18 F-florbetapir Positron Emission Tomography(PET).APP E674Q is close to theβ-secretase cleavage site and the well-studied Swedish APP mutation(KM670/671NL),which was predicted to be pathogenic in *** dynamics simulation indicated that the E674Q mutation resulted in a rearrangement of the interaction mode between APP and BACE1 and that the E674Q mutation was more prone to cleavage by *** in vitro results suggested that the E674Q mutation was pathogenic by facilitating the BACE1-mediated processing of APP and the production of Aβ.Furthermore,we applied an adeno-associated virus(AAV)-mediated transfer of the human E674Q mutant APP gene to the hippocampi of two-month-old C57Bl/6 J ***-E674Q-injected mice exhibited impaired learning behavior and increased pathological burden in the brain,implying that the E674Q mutation had a pathogenicity that bore a comparison with the classical Swedish ***,we report a strong amyloidogenic effect of the E674Q substitution in *** our knowledge,E674Q is the only pathogenic mutation within the amyloid processing sequence causing LOAD.

背景:自体富血小板血浆的临床应用受患者本身以及血小板数量和活性的限制。由采供血机构制备的浓缩血小板,来源广泛,可程序化、标准化制备,其临床应用日益广泛。目的:综述白膜法制备浓缩血小板治疗慢性难愈性创面的影响因素。方法:应用计算机检索2000年1月至2023年4月PubMed数据库、中国知网、万方医学网与血小板相关的文章,中文检索词为“异体血小板,白膜法,皮肤溃疡,难愈性创面”,英文检索词为“allogeneic platelets(concentrate),buffy-coat method,skin ulcer,refractory wounds”。筛选标题和摘要,查阅全文,最后纳入符合主题标准的文献有51篇。结果与结论:(1)采供血机构供应的浓缩血小板对糖尿病足创面、压疮、下肢静脉溃疡等慢性难愈性创面具有一定的效果,主要体现在缩小溃疡面积、缩短伤口愈合时间,特别是在浓缩血小板使用的前2周,促愈合效果显著;(2)制备浓缩血小板的原料保存条件(全血过夜/白膜过夜、振荡/静置时间)、离心条件(离心参数、装罐方式)以及血袋的结构等会影响浓缩血小板的浓度,间接影响异体浓缩血小板的疗效;(3)异体浓缩血小板对慢性难愈性创面治疗的研究也存在一些问题,现有证据样本量较小,结果缺乏一定说服力,浓缩血小板促进不同创面愈合的最佳制备参数、最佳剂量以及治疗方案未知,还需要更多随机、多中心临床试验进行验证。

背景:血小板细胞外囊泡是循环中最丰富的囊泡,富含丰富的生物活性分子、遗传物质及蛋白质等信息分子,参与细胞通讯和物质交换,不仅具有良好的促凝活性,还具有促进组织修复和再生的巨大潜力,在再生医学具有广泛的应用前景。目的:从血小板细胞外囊泡的分泌机制、在再生医学领域的应用及临床转化的限制因素进行阐述,为血小板细胞外囊泡的临床转化提供一些理论支撑。方法:应用计算机检索2005年1月至2023年8月PubMed数据库与血小板细胞外囊泡有关的文章,英文检索词为“platelet-derived,plateletrich plasma,extracellular vesicles,isolated,microvesicles exosomes,applications”,最后纳入符合主题标准的文献62篇进行综述分析。结果与结论:(1)活化的血小板细胞外囊泡可产生血小板微囊泡和血小板外泌体两种类型的囊泡,前者的分泌可能与肌动蛋白细胞骨架的不对称性相关,后者的分泌可能与H^(+)-ATP酶的调节相关。(2)血小板细胞外囊泡是血小板浓缩物和血小板本身的潜在效应物,可能通过促进血管生成、影响细胞行为、促凝与止血以及发挥炎症作用等几方面影响组织再生。(3)血小板细胞外囊泡在组织损伤、肌肉再生、软骨再生、骨关节炎等再生医学领域已有临床前报道,作为伤口愈合的潜在治疗方法已有临床试验数据,但血小板细胞外囊泡的分离方法、样本来源以及激活剂的种类等因素限制了血小板细胞外囊泡在再生医学领域的临床转化。(4)未来血小板细胞外囊泡可能成为再生医学中替代富血小板血浆的无细胞疗法,其临床转化还需要积极寻找鉴别血小板细胞外囊泡和血小板外泌体的特异性标志物,在激活剂刺激血小板细胞外囊泡产生的机制以及血小板细胞外囊泡的最佳收集方式、最佳储存方法、保质期限、临床应用的推荐剂量和最佳临床适应证还需要继续深入研究。
