Micro Extrusion of Ultrafine Grained Titanium Prepared by ECAP

Micro compression and micro extrusion experiments of ultrafine grained titanium cylindrical specimens in diameters of 4, 2, and 1 mm prepared by equal channel angular pressing（ECAP） were conducted on the micro plastic forming test machine. The effects of specimen size, grain size, deformation temperature and extrusion speed on the flow stress and forming properties of the ultrafine grained pure titanium were investigated. The flow stress of ultrafine grained pure titanium specimen decreases with decreasing specimen size. The yield limit of pure titanium with refined grain prepared by ECAP is significantly greater than that of coarse grained specimen. Also the research results show that the flow stress of specimen increases with decreasing deformation temperature and with the increase of the strain rate, and the ultrafine grained pure titanium possesses good micro forming properties at deformation temperature of 300 ℃.

Noise Impact and Improvement on Indoors Acoustic Comfort for the Building Adjacent to Heavy Traffic Road

A good acoustic environment is absolutely essential to maintaining a high level satisfaction and moral health among residents. Noise and other boresome sounds come from both in- door and outdoor sources. For the residential buildings adjacent to heavy traffic roads, outdoors traffic noise is the main source that affects indoor acoustic quality and health. Ventilation and outdoor noise prevention become a pair of contradictions for the residents in China nowadays for those buildings adjacent to heavy traffic roads. It is investigated that traffic noise emission is mainly con- stituted by the motors of trucks, buses and motorcycles as well as brake. In this paper, two methods of traffic noise reduction on the indoor sound environment and comfort are carried out to study and compare the residential buildings adjacent to heavy traffic roadway in a city. One is to install noise barriers on the two sides of the roadway, which consist of sound-proof glass and plas- tic materials. The effect of sound-insulation of this method is heavily dependent on the relative distance between the noise bar- rier and indoors. A reduction of sound with an average pressure level of 2–15dB is achieved on the places behind and under the noise barrier. However, for the equivalent of noise barrier height, the noise reduction effect is little. As for the places of higher than the noise barrier, the traffic noise will be even strengthened by 3–7dB. Noise increment can be seen at the points of distance farther than 15m and height more than noise barrier; the noise reduction effect is not satisfactory or even worsened. In addition, not every location is appropriate to install the noise barrier along the heavy traffic roads. The other method of noise reduction for the buildings adjacent to heavy traffic is to install the airproof and soundproof windows, which is the conversion from natural venti- lation to mechanical ventilation. Understanding the role of humic substances in soils is important for developing and utilizing organic fertilizers or soil amendments for sustainable *** objective of this study was to determine the effects of different fractions of humic acids derived from Leonardite on enzymatic activities and bioavailability of nutrients in a *** experiment was carried out by mixing different factions of humic acids with a soil and incubated for 70 *** treatments included five factions of humic acids(HS1(low molecular weight),HS2(medium molecular weight)),HS3(large molecular weight,SED(sediment of fractions),HS(mixture of HS1,HS2,and HS3)),raw Leonardite(IM)and a control(no addition of humic acid).Experimental results showed that application of humic acids significantly improved acid and alkaline phosphatase activities,especially with *** substances with high molecular weights significantly inhibit urease activity,and the optimal application rate was 600 kg/hm2 of humic substances with the high molecular *** of NH4+-N were decreased with increasing humus *** treatments(HSmix,HS1,HS2,HS3,IM,SED)did not affect the soil contents of Ca,although soil concentrations of K,P,Cu,Zn were increase significantly when small molecular weight humus(HS1)was applied.

TiZrV non-evaporable getters have been widely used to improve vacuum properties in the field of accelerators due to the excellent activation temperature[1].The ultimate vacuum and pumping capacity of TiZrV film tubes at different activation temperatures were investigated in the *** results show that the coated pipe is not activated at 180℃.The coated pipe is activated at 220℃and the ultimate vacuum is decreased by about 25%relative to the uncoated pipe,and the coated pipe enables a uniform pressure distribution therein.

Fruit with stripes,which are generally longitudinal,can occur naturally,but the bioprocesses underlying this phenomenon are ***,we observed an atypical anthocyanin distribution that caused red-striped fruit on the spontaneous pear bud sport“Red Zaosu”(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.).In this study,comparative transcriptome analysis of the sport and wild-type“Zaosu”revealed that this atypical anthocyanin accumulation was tightly correlated with abnormal overexpression of the gene-encoding gibberellin(GA)2-beta-dioxygenase 8,***,decreased methylation was also observed in the promoter region of PbGA2ox8 from“Red Zaosu”compared with“Zaosu”.Moreover,the GA levels in“Red Zaosu”seedlings were lower than those in“Zaosu”seedlings,and the application of exogenous GA4 reduced abnormal anthocyanin accumulation in“Red Zaosu”.Transient overexpression of PbGA2ox8 reduced the GA4 level and caused anthocyanin accumulation in pear fruit ***,the presence of red stripes indicated anthocyanin accumulation in the hypanthial epidermal layer near vascular branches(VBs)in“Red Zaosu”.Transient overexpression of PbGA2ox8 resulting from vacuum infiltration induced anthocyanin accumulation preferentially in calcium-enriched areas near the vascular bundles in pear *** propose a fruit-striping mechanism,in which the abnormal overexpression of PbGA2ox8 in“Red Zaosu”induces the formation of a longitudinal array of anthocyanin stripes near vascular bundles in fruit.

In the context of rural revitalization era,more and more villages choose tourism as the direction of development,and the primary link of rural tourism development is to combine the characteristics of different villages,mining tourism resources suitable for their own characteristics and development *** villages with tea culture,how to develop rural health tourism from the perspective of tea travel experience has become a new *** Huanghuaxi in Anhua County as an example,the paper evaluates and analyzes the planning methods and key points of rural health tourism based on tea tourism experience from the perspective of development potential,and makes clear the foothold and feasibility of health tourism ***,from the perspective of tea culture activation and inheritance and health tourism design,this paper discusses how to effectively integrate the functions of tea culture and health *** the spatial layout,road traffic,landscape and construction and operation of Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County,a series of construction strategies are proposed to make tea culture and health industry promote each *** the same time,there are two kinds of theme tour lines for people with different needs,namely,the leisure vacation theme tour line and the tea travel health theme tour line,which provide new ideas for the planning and design research of rural recreation projects related to the tea travel experience.
