The magnetic dynamics of a thin Co_(2)FeAl film epitaxially grown on GaAs substrate was investigated using the timeresolved magneto-optical Kerr measurement under an out-of-plane external *** intrinsic magnetic damping constant,which should do not vary with the external magnetic field,exhibits an abnormal huge increase when the precession frequency is tuned to be resonant with that of the coherent longitudinal acoustic phonon in the Co_(2)FeAl/GaAs *** experimental finding is suggested to result from the strong coherent energy transfer from spins to acoustic phonons via magnetoelastic effect under a resonant coupling condition,which leads to a huge energy dissipation of spins and a greatly enhanced magnetic damping in Co_(2)*** experimental findings provide an experimental evidence of spin pumping-like effect driven by propagating acoustic phonons via magnetoelastic effect,suggesting an alternative approach to the possible long-range spin manipulation via coherent acoustic waves.

Rumen microbes play an important role in ruminant energy supply and animal *** studies showed that yak(Bos grunniens)rumen microbiome and fermentation differ from other ***,little is understood about the features of the rumen microbiome that make yak adapted to their unique environmental and dietary *** study was to investigate the rumen microbiome and metabolome to understand how yak adapt to the coarse forage and harsh environment in the Qinghai-Tibetan *** female Qaidam yellow cattle(Bos taurus),9 dzomo(hybrids of cattle and yak)and 9 female plateau yak(***),about 5 to 6 years old,were used in this *** fermentation parameters,fibrolytic enzyme activities,and rumen metataxonomic were *** 18(6 samples per group)were selected for rumen metagenomic and metabolome *** analysis revealed that the rumen microbiota was significantly different among plateau yak,Qaidam yellow cattle,and dzomo(P<0.05).Metagenomic analysis displayed a larger gene pool encoding a richer repertoire of carbohydrate-active enzymes in the rumen microbiome of plateau yak and dzomo than Qaidam yellow cattle(P<0.05).Some of the genes encoding glycoside hydrolases that mediate the digestion of cellulose and hemicellulose were significantly enriched in the rumen of plateau yak than Qaidam yellow cattle,but glycoside hydrolase 57 that primarily includes amylases was abundant in Qaidam yellow cattle(P<0.05).The rumen fermentation profile differed also,Qaidam yellow cattle having a higher molar proportion of acetate but a lower molar proportion of propionate than dzomo and plateau yak(P<0.05).Based on metabolomic analysis,rumen microbial metabolic pathways and metabolites were *** metabolites are mainly amino acids,carboxylic acids,sugars,and bile *** in rumen microbial composition could explain the above *** present study showed that the rumen microbiome of plateau yak h

Research on the elastic responses of organic-rich shales during thermal evolution has predominantly focused on North American marine shales. However, the rock physics properties of lacustrine(continental) organic-rich shales with varying maturities, particularly under the unique geological conditions in China, have not yet been comprehensively explored. Therefore,characterizing the elastic properties of lacustrine organic-rich shales across various maturity stages is crucial for understanding their seismic rock physics responses and for enabling the identification of sweet spots in continental shale reservoirs using logging and seismic data, as well as facilitating geophysical monitoring of the in-situ conversion of oil shales. In this study,hydrous pyrolysis experiments were conducted on immature shales from the Chang 7 member of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin and the Jijuntun Formation in the Fushun Basin. Compressional and shear wave velocities, along with elastic anisotropy, were measured at various stages of thermal maturity to observe the evolution of the elastic properties. For the Chang7 shale(compacted shale), both P-and S-wave velocities perpendicular to the bedding decreased significantly during the oil and gas generation stages, with the S-wave velocity perpendicular to the bedding decreasing by over 40%. Meanwhile, the elastic anisotropy increased significantly, likely because of microcracks formed by hydrocarbon expulsion from the bedding-parallel organic matter. In contrast, the Jijuntun Formation shale(cemented shale) exhibited an increase in both P-and S-wave velocities during the oil generation stage. This trend could be attributed to early-stage cementation, which suppressed microcrack formation, while the increase in the elastic modulus of the organic matter became dominant. Umami peptides play important roles in the flavor of fermented broad bean paste (FBBP)， and proteases produced by microorganisms contributed to the production of umami peptides. In order to reveal the formation of umami peptides and their relationships with protease-producing microorganisms during the natural fermentation of FBBP， peptidomics and virtual screening were used to identify and screen umami peptides. Meanwhile， macrogenomics was used to analyze the abundance of microbial-derived protease genes during FBBP fermentation. Then， based on the Pearson correlation coefficient， the correlation network diagram of each protease-producing microorganism with umami peptides was constructed. The results showed that a total of two exopeptidases and four endopeptidases were annotated from FBBP. Staphylococcus， Lactobacillus， Aspergillus， and Weissella can produce most proteases. The species Lactobacillus＿curvatus， Dyella＿jiangningensis， Erythrobacter＿sp， and unclassified＿g＿Pantoea had strong correlation with umami peptides， and they may contribute to the process of protein hydrolysis to produce umami peptides. This study is expected to reveal the formation mechanism of umami peptides in FBBP， and the results of this study provided a better understanding of the relationship between proteases， microbiota， and core umami peptides in FBBP， which could help to improve the umami taste of Pixian Douban paste (PDBP) during fermentation.

The oral microbiota is associated with oral diseases and digestive systemic ***,the causal relationship between them has not been completely elucidated,and colonisation of the gut by oral bacteria is not clear due to the limitations of existing research *** aim of this study was to develop a human oral microbiota-associated (HOMA) mouse model and to investigate the ecological invasion into the *** transplanting human saliva into germ-free (GF) mice,a HOMA mouse model was first constructed.16S rRNA gene sequencing was used to reveal the biogeography of oral bacteria along the cephalocaudal axis of the digestive *** the HOMA mice,84.78% of the detected genus-level taxa were specific to the *** component analysis (PCA) revealed that the donor oral microbiota clustered with those of the HOMA mice and were distinct from those of specific pathogen-free (SPF) *** HOMA mice,OTU counts decreased from the stomach and small intestine to the distal *** distal gut was dominated by Streptococcus,Veillonella,Haemophilus,Fusobacterium,Trichococcus and *** mice and human microbiota-associated (HMA) mice along with the GF mice were then *** communities of cohoused mice clustered together and were significantly separated from those of HOMA mice and HMA *** Source Tracker analysis and network analysis revealed more significant ecological invasion from oral bacteria in the small intestines,compared to the distal gut,of cohoused *** conclusion,a HOMA mouse model was successfully *** overcoming the physical and microbial barrier,oral bacteria colonised the gut and profiled the gut microbiota,especially in the small intestine.

Taking the advantages of semiconducting properties and carrier-mediated ferromagnetism in(Ga,Mn)As,a giant modulation of magnetism via electric field in(Ga,Mn)As ultrathin film has been ***,huge interfacial electric field is obtained by using ionic liquid as the gate *** magnetization and transport measurements are employed to characterize the samples,while the transport data are used to analyze the electric filed effect on *** demagnetization of(Ga,Mn)As film is then realized by thinning its thickness down to ~2 nm,during which the degradation of ferromagnetism of(Ga,Mn)As ultrathin film induced by quantum confinement effect is suppressed by inserting a heavily-doped p-type GaAs buffer *** variation of the Curie temperature is more than 100 K,which is nearly 5-times larger than previous *** results provide a new pathway on the efficient electrical control of magnetism.

Alzheimer’s disease not only affects the brain,but also induces metabolic dysfunction in peripheral organs and alters the gut *** aim of this study was to investigate systemic changes that occur in Alzheimer’s disease,in particular the association between changes in peripheral organ metabolism,changes in gut microbial composition,and Alzheimer’s disease *** do this,we analyzed peripheral organ metabolism and the gut microbiota in amyloid precursor protein-presenilin 1(APP/PS1)transgenic and control mice at 3,6,9,and 12 months of ***-month-old APP/PS1 mice exhibited cognitive impairment,Alzheimer’s disease-related brain changes,distinctive metabolic disturbances in peripheral organs and fecal samples(as detected by untargeted metabolomics sequencing),and substantial changes in gut microbial composition compared with younger APP/PS1 ***,a strong correlation emerged between the gut microbiota and kidney metabolism in APP/PS1 *** findings suggest that alterations in peripheral organ metabolism and the gut microbiota are closely related to Alzheimer’s disease development,indicating potential new directions for therapeutic strategies.
