Structured block copolymer(BCP) particles have gained increasing attention due to their potential applications in separation,catalysis, controlled release, and other fields. Three-dimensional(3D) confined assembly has been proved as a facile yet robust approach for generating BCP particles with controllable shapes and internal structures. In this feature article, we summarized the preparation of structured polymeric particles through 3D confined self-assembly of BCPs. The effects of interfacial interactions, degree of confinement,and additives on the shape and internal structure of BCP microparticles were comprehensively discussed. In addition, we highlighted the recent progress in using disassembly as a route to synthesize colloidal particles with unique structures. Two strategies were introduced in this part:(a) disassembling the discrete domains resulted in mesoporous microparticles;(b) disassembling the continuous domains led to the dissociation of microparticles into micelle-like nano-objects. The applications of the structured colloidal particles in photonic crystals,controlled release, and directed growth of inorganic materials were also presented. Finally, we discussed the current challenges and future opportunities in this promising area.

VIBRATION OF A SINGLE PROTEIN BUBBLE IN BINGHAM LIQUID

The vibration of a single protein bubble may take place under the action of high pressure difference. In this process, the bubble wall may experience a finite deformation. The equation describing the dynamics of the protein bubble with viscoelastic film in Bingham liquid is derived. A numerical solution to this equation is carried out to study the effect of liquid pressure, the characteristic parameters of Bingham liquid and the viscosity of the protein film on the finite deformation of the bubble. The results show that the vibration of the protein bubble wall is caused by the action of pressure difference, the elastic stress in finite deformation and the dissipation of viscosity of the protein film and Bingham liquid. The vibration is nonlinear. Decreasing the pressure difference between gas and Bingham liquid on both sides of the protein bubble will lead to a change of vibration performance. The frequency and amplitude are reduced, tegether with the speed of vibration damping. In addition, the deformation rate of the bubble is smaller when the amplitude of vibration is reduced, which means shorter time to reach a balance state. On the other side, the increase of the magnitude of viscosity of the protein film or the plastic viscosity of Bingham liquid can restrain the vibration of the protein bubble wall in the course of finite deformation, as a result, the load bearing capacity of bubble is enhanced.

Objective To investigate the antipyretic effect of Eupatorium chinense and its mechanism. Methods The content of arginine vasopressin（AVP） in ventral septal area（VSA） and blood plasma, and cyclic adenosine monophosphate（c AMP） levels of hypothalamus and blood plasma were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The body temperature（Tb） was decreased at 1 h after administration of E. chinense（3 and 6 g/kg） and Aspirin（0.3 g/kg） respectively, which was significantly different from the temperature of fever model group. The antipyretic effect of Aspirin and E. chinense lasted for longer time. Aspirin（0.3 g/kg） and E. chinense（3 and 6 g/kg）reduced the level of cA MP in hypothalamus of fever rats and increased AVP content in plasma. The changes in c AMP content in plasma of all drug treatment groups were not obvious. Conclusion E. chinense has strong antipyretic effect and may affect the production of AVP and c AMP in fever rats.

此文从消费者的搜索行为入手,对可能产生的搜索结果、屏幕关注度分布和点击行为等展开分析,分析了影响搜索引擎营销效果的主要因素,以及控制和改变这些要素对营销效果的影响.这些要素包括:关键词所反映的搜索动机、信息项出现的位置、前后项关系、以及搜索动机与营销诉求的关联性等.文章采用实证分析方法,模拟用户浏览搜索引擎页面的过程,分析在不同环境下用户的点击行为.研究结果表明,企业的营销诉求与客户搜索目的的关联性、信息项在屏幕页面的排名、前后项的相对位置关系等都对点击率(搜索引擎营销效果)有很大影响.

Multi-model ensemble learning for battery state-of-health estimation:Recent advances and perspectives

In this study,a series of catechol-based amides(8 a-n) with different amide linkers linking the catecholic moiety to the terminal phenyl ring was designed and synthesized as potent PDE4 D *** prepared analogues were evaluated for their inhibitory activity and selectivity using human PDE4 CAT,full length PDE4 B1 and PDE4 D7 enzymes and other PDE family *** results indicated that most of compounds 8 a-n displayed moderate to good PDE4 CAT inhibitory *** these compounds,compound 8 j with shorter amide linker(-CONHCH-) displayed comparable PDE4 CAT inhibitory activity with *** interestingly,Optimization of the series led to the discovery of compound 8 g,a potent(IC=97 nM) and selective PDE4 D inhibitor with a 10-fold selectivity over the PDE4 B subtypes and over 1000-fold selectivity against other PDE family *** of 8 g into the binding pocket of the PDE4 D catalytic domain revealed that 8 g form three extra H-bonds to the N-H of residue Asn487 and two water molecules.

The burgeoning market for lithium-ion batteries has stimulated a growing need for more reliable battery performance monitoring. Accurate state-of-health(SOH) estimation is critical for ensuring battery operational performance. Despite numerous data-driven methods reported in existing research for battery SOH estimation, these methods often exhibit inconsistent performance across different application scenarios. To address this issue and overcome the performance limitations of individual data-driven models,integrating multiple models for SOH estimation has received considerable attention. Ensemble learning(EL) typically leverages the strengths of multiple base models to achieve more robust and accurate outputs. However, the lack of a clear review of current research hinders the further development of ensemble methods in SOH estimation. Therefore, this paper comprehensively reviews multi-model ensemble learning methods for battery SOH estimation. First, existing ensemble methods are systematically categorized into 6 classes based on their combination strategies. Different realizations and underlying connections are meticulously analyzed for each category of EL methods, highlighting distinctions, innovations, and typical applications. Subsequently, these ensemble methods are comprehensively compared in terms of base models, combination strategies, and publication trends. Evaluations across 6 dimensions underscore the outstanding performance of stacking-based ensemble methods. Following this, these ensemble methods are further inspected from the perspectives of weighted ensemble and diversity, aiming to inspire potential approaches for enhancing ensemble performance. Moreover, addressing challenges such as base model selection, measuring model robustness and uncertainty, and interpretability of ensemble models in practical applications is emphasized.
