In this paper, we discuss the convergence of the Broyden algorithms withrevised search direction. Under some inexact line searches, we prove that the algorithms areglobally convergent for continuously differentiable functions and the rate of convergence of thealgorithms is one-step superlinear and n-step second-order for uniformly convex objective functions.

In this paper, a QP-free feasible method with piecewise NCP functions is proposed for nonlinear inequality constrained optimization problems. The new NCP functions are piecewise linear-rational, regular pseudo-smooth and have nice properties. This method is based on the solutions of linear systems of equation reformulation of KKT optimality conditions, by using the piecewise NCP functions. This method is implementable and globally convergent without assuming the strict complementarity condition, the isolatedness of accumulation points. purr thermore, the gradients of active constraints are not requested to be linearly independent. The submatrix which may be obtained by quasi-Newton methods, is not requested to be uniformly positive definite. Preliminary numerical results indicate that this new QP-free method is quite promising.

目的·通过机器学习方法,采用临床常见实验室指标及心脏彩色多普勒超声指标,在乳腺癌患者中探究早期识别并预测新辅助治疗后发生与代谢状态改变相关的心血管疾病高风险患者的方案。方法·连续入选2020年9月—2022年9月在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院乳腺外科确诊的原发性浸润性乳腺癌女性患者。收集并记录患者的一般情况、实验室检查结果及心脏彩色多普勒超声结果。经过特征提取后,分别应用梯度增强(gradient boost,GB)、支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)、决策树(decision tree,DT)、K-近邻(K-nearest neighbour,KNN)及随机森林(random forest,RF)5种机器学习方法构建新辅助治疗后患者炎症代谢状态改变预测模型,并比较5种模型的预测性能。结果·最终纳入232例有效临床数据,其中135例为新辅助治疗前,97例为完成4个周期的新辅助治疗后。特征提取筛选出白细胞计数、血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、白细胞介素-2受体和白细胞介素-8这5项特征。在多特征分析中,白细胞计数+血红蛋白+高密度脂蛋白的受试者操作特征曲线下面积高于白细胞介素-2受体+白细胞介素-8(RF:0.928 vs 0.772;GB:0.900 vs 0.792;SVM:0.941 vs 0.764;KNN:0.907 vs 0.762;DT:0.799 vs 0.714),并且在RF、SVM、GB模型中的曲线下面积(0.928、0.941、0.900)及准确率(0.914、0.897、0.776)较高;与RF、GB模型(P=0.122,P=0.097)相比,SVM模型在训练集数据上校准度较好(P=0.394)。结论·SVM模型可通过纳入白细胞计数、血红蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、白细胞介素-2受体、白细胞介素-8这5项临床常见指标,在乳腺癌患者中建立早期预测新辅助治疗后代谢状态改变相关心血管疾病风险的预测模型,可能有助于临床上建立基于患者炎症代谢状态的个体化筛查方案。

Low density and low convergence implosion occurs in the exploding-pusher target experiment, and generates neutrons isotropically to develop a high yield *** order to validate the performance of ShenGuang(SG) laser facility and test nuclear diagnostics, all 48-beam lasers with an on-target energy of 48 kJ were firstly used to drive room-temperature, DT gas-filled glass *** optimization has been carried out and optimal drive uniformity was obtained by the combination of beam repointing and *** final irradiation uniformity of less than 5% on polar direct-drive capsules of 540 μm in diameter was achieved, and the highest thermonuclear yield of the polar direct-drive DT fuel implosion at the SG was 1.04 × 10^(13).The experiment results show neutron yields severely depend on the irradiation uniformity and laser timing,and decrease with the increase of the diameter and fuel pressure of the *** thin CH ablator does not impact the implosion performance, but the laser drive uniformity is *** simulated results validate that the cos γ distribution laser design is reasonable and can achieve a symmetric pressure *** optimization will focus on measuring the symmetry of the hot spot by self-emission imaging, increasing the diameter, and decreasing the fuel pressure.

The neutron capture cross sections(n,γ)of bromine were obtained using the time-of-flight technique at the Back-n facility of the China Spallation Neutron ***γ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected using four C_(6)D_(6) *** pulse-height weighting technique and double-bunch unfolding method based on Bayesian theory were used in the data *** deductions,normalization,and corrections were carefully considered to obtain reliable measurement *** multilevel R-matrix Bayesian code SAMMY was used to extract the resonance parameters in the resolved resonance region(RRR).The average cross sections in the unresolved resonance region(URR)were obtained from 10 to 400 *** experimental results were compared with data from several evaluated libraries and previous experi-ments in the RRR and *** TALYS code was used to describe the average cross sections in the *** astrophysical Maxwell average cross sections(MACSs)of ^(79,81)Br from kT=5 to 100 keV were calculated over a sufficiently wide range of neutron *** a thermal energy of kT=30 keV,the MACS value for ^(79)Br 682±68 mb was in good agreement with the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended *** contrast,the value of 293±29 mb for ^(81)Br was substantially higher than that of the evaluated database and the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended value.

目的:探讨老年血液透析患者红细胞体积分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)水平及其临床意义。方法:前瞻性入选2017年7月至12月在上海市健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院血液净化中心维持性透析老年患者128例。其中男性48例,女性80例,年龄(69.2±4.5)岁,透析龄(64.3±42.5)个月。所有患者均收集临床病史,并于周中透析前检测血红蛋白、红细胞体积分布宽度、电解质、高敏C反应蛋白、血清白蛋白、铁蛋白、甲状旁腺素等临床指标。应用Pearson相关分析和多元线性逐步回归模型分析各临床指标与RDW的关系。应用曲线拟合模型分析可能与RDW呈非线性相关的临床指标。所有患者临床随访12个月,主要终点为死亡,次要终点为各类型心脑血管事件。应用Kaplan-Meier法分析RDW高值组和低值组患者上述终点事件的差异。应用Cox比例风险模型分析与预后相关的独立预测因子。结果:整组患者RDW为[(16.24±2.22)%,(14.0~20.4)%],中位数15.1%,105(82.1%)例患者RDW水平超过参考值上限。男性患者RDW水平低于女性患者组。Pearson相关分析提示RDW与透析龄、每周促进细胞生成素(EPO)剂量、高敏C反应蛋白、透析间期体质量增加比例显著正相关。RDW与血清白蛋白显著负相关。多元线性逐步回归模型结果提示RDW与血清白蛋白显著负相关(P<0.01),与每周EPO剂量显著正相关(P<0.01)。RDW与血红蛋白呈曲线相关,以二次方程拟合优度最佳(P<0.001)。全部患者均随访12个月,共死亡6例,其中RDW高值组4例,RDW低值组2例,差异无统计学意义。随访期间发生各类心脑血管事件36例,其中RDW高值组26例,RDW低值组10例。Kaplan-Meier分析提示RDW高值组和RDW低值组患者在12个月随访期内心脑血管事件发生率差异有统计学意义(log-rank=16.224,P<0.001)。单因素Cox回归显示RDW水平与12个月内心脑血管事件正相关,血红蛋白、血清白蛋白和12个月内心脑血管事件负相关。多因素Cox回归结果显示RDW(HR=1.231,P=0.015)、血清白蛋白水平(HR=0.964,P<0.001)是老年维持性血液透析患者12个月内心脑血管事件的独立预测因素。结论:老年血液透析患者中RDW水平普遍增高,且与贫血、透析龄、营养水平、炎症状态、心脏功能、EPO剂量及反应等多项临床指标有关;RDW水平增高与老年维持性血液透析患者短期临床心脑血管事件转归相关。
