Lignin is the largest natural aromatic biopolymer,but usually treated as industrial biomass *** development of lignin/polymer biocomposites can promote the high value utilization of lignin and the greening of ***,the weak interfacial interaction between industrial lignin and polymer induces poor compatibility and serious agglomeration in polymer owing to the strong intermolecular force of *** such,it is extremely difficult to prepare high performance lignin/polymer ***,we proposed the strategy of in situ construction of interfacial dynamic bonds in lignin/polymer *** taking advantage of the abundant oxygen-containing polar groups of lignin,we inserted dynamic bonding connection such as hydrogen bonds and coordination bonds into the interphase between lignin and the polymer matrix to improve the interfacial ***,the natural amphiphilic structure characteristics of lignin were utilized to construct the hierarchical nanophase separation structure in lignin/polymer *** persistent problems of poor dispersity and interfacial compatibility of lignin in the polymer matrix were effectively *** lignin-modified polymer composites achieved simultaneously enhanced strength and *** concise review systematically summarized the recent research progress of our group toward building high-performance lignin/polymer biocomposites through the design of interfacial dynamic bonds(hydrogen bonds,coordination bonds,and dynamic covalent bonds)between lignin and different polymer systems(polar plastics,rubber,polyurethane,hydrogels,and other polymers).Finally,the future development direction,main challenges,and potential solutions of lignin application in polymers were presented.

上海植物园标本馆(前称上海植物园标本室)在1974年上海植物园建园同期开始筹备,将标本采集与建园引种相结合,于1977年5月16日正式成立,馆代码为SG,首批制作入库的标本为1976年从浙江西天目山、安徽黄山、江西大余等引种地采集的约1530份标本。在1985至2021年间,因植物园工作重心转移,标本采集和相应研究工作基本停滞。2022年8月,上海植物园标本室完成新址改造和搬迁,并正式更名为上海植物园标本馆,并从此逐渐恢复标本采集和研究支撑。截至2023年底,腊叶标本馆藏量从搬迁前18216份新增至22182份。作为中小型标本馆,上海植物园标本馆还充分借助志愿者力量,接轨国家标本资源共享平台,完成5686份标本的信息录入和4077份标本的照片拍摄;同时开展自然教育课程探索,在向276名中小学生普及植物标本的作用和意义、引导学生细致观察植物形态和加强保护自然意识等方面取得了一定成效。上海植物园标本馆希望以本馆志愿者运行机制和标本科普探索为参考,为全国中小型标本馆的复兴发展、为中国植物园在生物多样性保护、植物科学研究和相关科普教育等方面贡献力量。

E-commerce platform financing is a new service pattern of supply chain ***,this pattern may bring some new issues when considering the problem of cash flow shortage and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized *** enterprises use this service,they worry about the leakage of preferential wholesale price when applying the full loan amount and providing the true transaction *** on the model consisting of a supplier,a retailer and a cross-border e-commerce platform,the authors design a price masking strategy to prevent the retailer’s preferential wholesale price information from *** authors analyze the profit of the retailer and the platform before and after adopting the price masking *** authors find that the price masking strategy always benefits the ***,the optimal profit of the retailer and the platform are both affected by the loan interest ***,there exists a range of loan interest rates that can benefit both the retailer and the platform if the price masking strategy is *** research emphasizes that platform can expand the total business volume by allowing retailers to use price masking *** other words,there will be more and more retailers attracted by the strategy,which benefits the long-term growth of cross-border e-commerce platform financing.

Superlubricity control is of great interest in both industry and scientific research,and several methods have been proposed to achieve this *** this work,ultraviolet(UV)light was introduced into titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))and silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))tribosystems to accomplish photoinduced *** friction coefficients(COFs)between Si_(3)N_(4) balls and TiO_(2) plates in the mixtures of sulfuric acid(H^(2)SO_(4))solution and glycerol solution were obviously reduced,and the system entered the superlubricity region(COF<0.01)after UV illumination at a speed of 56 mm/***,the COF was much larger without UV treatment than that with UV *** formation of silica(SiO_(2))layers on the surfaces of Si_(3)N_(4) balls and the elastohydrodynamic effects were determined to be fundamental to the low friction in this experiment,and the enhancement of the combination between the TiO_(2) surface and the hydroxy group of glycerol by UV illumination was the key to the photoinduced superlubricity in this *** findings showed one method for achieving superlubricity by introducing a light field that could be further applied to special working conditions.

Creating a multi-gene alignment matrix for phylogenetic analysis using organelle genomes involves aligning single-gene datasets manually,a process that can be time-consuming and prone to *** HomBlocks pipeline has been created to eliminate the inaccuracies arising from manual *** processing of a large number of sequences,however,remains a time-consuming *** conquer this challenge,we develop a speedy and efficient method called Organelle Genomes for Phylogenetic Analysis(ORPA).ORPA can quickly generate multiple sequence alignments for whole-genome comparisons by parsing the result files of NCBI BLAST,completing the task just in 1 *** increasing data volume,the efficiency of ORPA is even more pronounced,over 300 times faster than HomBlocks in aligning 60 high-plant chloroplast *** phylogenetic tree outputs from ORPA are equivalent to HomBlocks,indicating its outstanding *** to its speed and accuracy,ORPA can identify species-level evolutionary conflicts,providing valuable insights into evolutionary cognition.

Black phosphorus(BP)is a newly discovered two-dimensional material that has promising applications from bioelectronics to ***,facile oxidation of BP leads to changes in surface chemical composition and physical properties,often being referred to as the degradation process of *** products of BP nanosheets,namely,oxidized BP nanosheets(oBPNSs),are routinely considered as by-products without many ***,we found that oBPNSs displayed excellent osteoclastogenesis inhibition effects without impairing cell *** contrast to the classic antiresorptive bisphosphonate drugs,oBPNSs showed a different mode of action by suppressing the maturation of *** resorption assays,osteoclast actin ring analysis,and tartrate-resistant acid phosphate activity assay results indicated that oBPNSs suppressed receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis in a dose-and oxidation-dependent *** and proteomic analyses indicated that oBPNSs inhibited the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway and phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)in differentiated osteoclasts,as confirmed by Western blot *** results suggest that oBPNSs might be potential antiresorptive nanomaterials to treat osteoporosis.

Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)have layered structures with excellent tribological *** the energy difference between hexagonal-molybdenum ditelluride(2H-moTe_(2))and distorted octahedral-molybdenum ditelluride(1T′-moTe_(2))is very small among the transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs),moTe_(2) becomes one of the most promising candidates for phase *** our experiment,we found that the friction force and friction coefficient(COF)of 2H-moTe_(2) were an order of magnitude smaller than those of 1T′-moTe_(2) by the atomic force microscope(AFM)*** friction difference between 1T′-moTe_(2) and 2H-moTe_(2) was further verified in molecular dynamics(MD)*** density functional theory(DFT)calculations suggest that the friction contrast is related to the difference in sliding energy barrier of the potential energy surface(PES)for a tip sliding across the *** PES obtained from the DFT calculation indicates that the maximum energy barrier and the minimum energy path(MEP)energy barrier of 2H-moTe_(2) are both smaller than those of 1T′-moTe_(2),which means that less energy needs to be dissipated during the sliding *** difference in energy barrier of the PES could be ascribed to its larger interlayer spacing and weaker mo–Te interatomic interactions within the layers of 2H-moTe_(2) than those of 1T′-moTe_(2).The obvious friction difference between 1T′-moTe_(2) and 2H-moTe_(2) not only provides a new non-destructive means to detect the phase transition by the AFM,but also provides a possibility to tune friction by controlling the phase transition,which has the potential to be applied in extreme environments such as space lubrication.
