High temperature (HT) stress causes male sterility,leading to reduced upland cotton ***,we identified a key gene,Casein Kinase I (GhCKI),that negatively regulates male fertility in upland cotton under ***,conventional genetic manipulations of GhCKI would result in male sterility,hindering its utilization in breeding ***,we engineered quantitative variation for anther thermotolerance-related traits in upland cotton by creating weak promoter alleles of GhCKI genes,using CRISPR/Cas9 and CRISPR/Cpf1genome ***,we screened and identified two new upland cotton plant lines exhibiting a HT-tolerant phenotype with edited GhCKI promoters,and characterized their corresponding heat-tolerant allelic *** research revealed that the primary reason for the HT tolerance of the GhCKI promoter editing mutants is that the trans-acting factors GhMYB73 and GhMYB4,which positively regulate GhCKI expression under HT,failed to bind and activate the expression of ***,our study not only provides a rapid strategy to generate new beneficial alleles but also offers novel germplasm resources and molecular insights for crop HT tolerance breeding.

Adjusting the structure and composition of active sites is a highly effective method for activating linear ***, precise control of interfacial chemistry within molecular-scale environments presents a significant challenge in heterogeneous catalysis. In our study, we present symmetry-broken Mo-O-Co triple-atom active sites within the hybrid zeolite imidazole framework HZIF-CoMo. These sites disrupt the electronic balance and create a weak built-in electric field, thus promoting photocatalytic CO2reduction. The CO yield over HZIF-CoMo is improved to 3.1 mmol g-1h-1, which is over four times higher than the parent cobalt-imidazole framework MAF-6-Co. Both experimental and theoretical studies indicate that electronic modulation through the symmetry-breaking Mo-O-Co moiety acts as an organizing knob to accelerate charge separation and result in more carriers participating in the catalytic reaction. This work provides important insights into optimizing site-related electronic structures for targeted photocatalytic reactions.

Advanced chiral optical materials exhibiting circularly polarized room-temperature phosphorescence（CPRTP） possess significant research value. This study facilitates the synthesis of chiral metal-organic frameworks（CMOFs） with good CPRTP performance by implementing a dual-ligand strategy. By self-assembling the luminescent ligand H2BIIM with the chiral ligands L-or D-H2IDPA in the presence of Zn（II） ions, two robust three-dimensional（3D） CMOFs were successfully constructed. These complexes demonstrated intense fluorescence and exhibited prolonged yellow room-temperature phosphorescence（RTP） with a duration of up to 6 s. Notably, they exhibited both circularly polarized fluorescence(glum= ±7.57 × 10-3) and CPRTP(glum=±2.68 × 10-3). These unique properties were effectively utilized in the creation of multi-color anti-counterfeiting patterns,underscoring their promising potential for a wide range of applications.

Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune ***,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains *** we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial *** the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 *** addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and *** together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

Ⅰ型糖尿病最显著的特征是?细胞的减少缺失,因此带来一系列的并发症,越来越多的患者深受其害.?细胞作为自身免疫靶点,最终在炎性介质的诱导下被巨噬细胞和T细胞所损害.由于这种特性,临床上一般应用5类抗体即胰岛细胞抗体、胰岛素抗体、G A D65及I A-2和I A-2b来诊断及评价.除了H L A基因相关因素外,环境因素例如感染及饮食和生理心理均为该病的可疑病因.目前Ⅰ型糖尿病有多种治疗途径,临床目标定位在控制血糖,阻止?细胞的进一步损伤凋亡及控制自身免疫反应.1992年,胰岛素的发现,使得致命性的糖尿病变成慢性疾病,在一定程度上延缓了微血管并发症的进展,然而这并不能够延缓病情的进展.?细胞移植是目前唯一的一种能够合理自行调控血糖控制疾病相关并发症发展的微创手段.全胰腺移植虽然在某种程度上可以达到预期相当的效果,然而他却伴随着更高的发病率及死亡率,以及终身强制性的免疫抑制.骨髓间充质干细胞联合移植,脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)对骨髓间充质干细胞预处理及胰岛细胞Exendin-4液体保存减轻热缺血时间损害等最新研究为胰岛细胞移植提供新的价值.

Background： The radiochemotherapy regimen concomitantly employing temozolomide （TMZ） chemotherapy and radiotherapy （RT） 4 weeks after surgery, followed by 6 cycles of TMZ is a common treatment for glioblastoma （GBM）. However, its median overall survival （OS） is only 14.6 months. This study was to explore the effectiveness and safety of early TMZ chemotherapy between surgery and chemoradiotherapy plus the standard concomitant radiochemotherapy regimen. Methods： A randomized, parallel group, open-label study of 99 newly diagnosed GBM patients was conducted at 10 independent Chinese neurosurgical departments from June 2008 to June 2012. Patients were treated with concomitant radiochemotherapy regimen plus early postsurgical temozolomide （early TMZ group） or standard concomitant radiochemotherapy regimen （control group）. Overall response was assessed based on objective tumor assessments, administration ofcorticosteroid and neurological status test. Hematological, biochemical, laboratory, adverse event （AE）, and neurological condition were measured for 24 months of tbllow-up. The primary efficacy endpoint of this study was overall survival （OS）. The secondary endpoint was progression free survival （PFS）. Results： The median OS time in the early TMZ group was 17.6 months, compared with 13.2 months in the control group （log-rank test P 0.021 ）. In addition, the OS rate in the early TMZ group was higher at 6, 12, and 18 months than in the control group, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The median PFS time was 8.7 months in the early TMZ group and 10.4 months in the control group （log-rank test P = 0.695）. AEs occurred in 29 （55.8%） and 31（73.8%） patients respectively in early and control groups, including nausea （15.4% vs. 33.3%）, vomiting （7.7% vs. 28.6%）, fever （7.7% vs. 11.9%）, and headache （3.8% vs. 23.8%）. INTRODUCTIONMicroneurosurgery made its debut in the early 1960s. It became popular in the medical field and became a primary operation method in neurosurgery since it improved the efficacy of neurosurgery with a less surgery-related injury. Over the past five decades, the accumulation of experience of microsurgery, improvement of microsurgery techniques, refined micro-instruments, and advanced preoperative diagnostic imaging allowed the evolution of microneurosurgery techniques and further reduced surgery-related trauma.

影响固体火箭冲压发动机补燃室燃烧效率的因素很多,且各因素对燃烧效率的影响很难用精确的解析函数式来表示。采用基于正交多项式的响应面法结合数值模拟的优化方法对某实验发动机补燃室进行了设计,结果表明:这种优化方法可以减少为得到近似函数式而对补燃室流场进行计算的次数,节省计算时间,能方便地对发动机补燃室各个参数进行优化与分析。

Multi-dimensional Bi@C electrocatalyst for Cr3+/Cr2+ redox reaction boosting high-performance iron-chromium flow batteries

With the increasing demand for energy storage technology, iron-chromium flow batteries（ICFBs） have been widely concerned because of their price advantage. However, the low electrochemical activity of Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples and the side hydrogen evolution reaction limit the industrial application of ICFBs. A multi-dimensional Bi/carbon composite electrocatalyst（Bi@C）for ICFB is designed and prepared to improve the electrochemical activity of Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples. Benefiting by using the Bimetal organic framework（Bi-MOF） with solid matrix as precursors, Bi nanospheres are highly dispersed on the Bi@C electrocatalyst that effectively enhances the electrochemical activity. The special morphology of Bi@C electrocatalyst helps the transfer of electrons and ions, significantly reducing the polarization of battery. Herein, the 3D porous carbon frames accelerate mass transfer, and the 2D carbon nanobelts and carbon layer coating on 0D Bi nanospheres improve the conductivity of Bi nanospheres. Therefore, the ICFB with multi-dimensional Bi@C electrocatalyst exhibits coulombic efficiency of 98.10% and energy efficiency of 79.14% at 140 mA cm-2, which is higher than ICFBs with commercial graphite carbon electrocatalyst and with heat treatment carbon felt. This work provides a simple and economical method to fabricate a high-performance multidimensional Bi@C electrocatalyst for Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples, boosting the development of ICFBs.
