BACKGROUND To retrospectively report the safety and efficacy of renal transcatheter arterial embolization for treating autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD)patients with gross *** SUMMARY The purpose of this study is to retrospectively report the safety and efficacy of renal transcatheter arterial embolization for treating ADPKD patients with gross *** and methods:During the period from January 2018 to December 2019,renal transcatheter arterial embolization was carried out on 6 patients with polycystic kidneys and gross *** arteriography was performed first,and then we determined the location of the hemorrhage and performed embolization under digital subtraction angiography *** in routine blood test results,routine urine test results,urine color and postoperative reactions were observed and ***:Renal transcatheter arterial embolization was successfully conducted in 6 *** indices of 5 patients and the color of gross hematuria improved after surgery compared with before *** severe complication reactions *** For autosomal dominant polycystic kidney syndrome patients with gross hematuria,transcatheter arterial embolization was safe and effective.

A non-increasing sequenceπ=(d1,..., dn) of nonnegative integers is said to be a graphic sequence if it is realizable by a simple graph G on n vertices. In this case, G is referred to as a realization ofπ. In terms of graphic sequences, the Loebl-Komlós-Sós conjecture states that for any integers k and n, if π=(d1,..., dn)is a graphic sequence with d「n/2」≥k, then every realization ofπcontains all trees with k edges as *** problem can be viewed as a forcible degree sequence problem. In this paper, we consider a potential degree sequence problem of the Loebl-Komlós-Sós conjecture, that is, we prove that for any integers k and n, ifπ=(d1,..., dn) is a graphic sequence with d「n/2」≥k, then there is a realization ofπcontaining all trees with k edges as subgraphs.

Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)combined with adjuvant chemotherapy on myelosuppression for colorectal cancer(CRC)patients using network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods Literature searches in both international(PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library)and Chinese(China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure)databases for relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were conducted from inception until October 10,*** included RCTs of patients who received CHM combined with chemotherapy,including FOLFOX,XELOX,FOLFIRI,and other relevant regimens in the CHM treatment *** outcomes included the incidence of myelosuppression,leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and *** reviewers independently screened the databases,extracted the data,and assessed the risk of bias and credibility of *** 5.4.1 software and STATA 14.0 were used to perform the *** A total of 31 RCTs were included,published from 2008 to 2021 in *** these,2,314 participants comparing the following 9 CHMs were identified:Shengbai Recipe(SBR),Bazhen Decoction(BZD),jianpi Jiedu Recipe(JJR),jianpi Recipe(JR),Compound Cantharis Capsule(CCC),Zaofan Pill(ZFP),Guilu Erxian Gel(GL),Buzhong Tiaogan Decoction(BZ),and Qiamagu Capsule(QM).The results of NMA found an indirect *** on the surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA),the ZFP+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of myelosuppression,with an odds ratio(OR)of 0.08[95%confidence interval(CI):0.01,0.76],whereas the GL+chemotherapy group had the lowest incidence of leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia,with an OR of 5.25(95%CI:2.41,11.43),4.66(95%CI:2.23,9.72),and 0.27(95%CI:0.13,0.54),***,BZD+chemotherapy could alleviate leukopenia,hemoglobin reduction,and thrombocytopenia(P<0.01).Pairwise comparison showed that there was no difference in the efficacy among the 8 CHMs+c

针对受限金属薄层在剪切塑性变形时出现明显尺度效应这一问题,现有理论分析多采用纯剪切假设和传统钝化边界条件,其理论预测与实验结果不符.文章采用黏弹塑性本构模型,对Gudmundson高阶应变梯度塑性理论进行了有限元实现,深入研究了金属薄层受限剪切的塑性变形机理.考虑因界面倾斜引起的附加压应力,采用自定义平面单元对材料的压缩-剪切组合变形进行了有限元模拟.根据表面解锁的物理机制,引入“软-硬”中间态的边界条件.结果表明,在压缩-剪切组合变形条件下,受限薄层的剪切流动应力明显低于纯剪切条件下的流动应力,而压应力的存在降低了剪切屈服强度.利用周期性钝化边界条件,能够定量描述界面处几何必需位错饱和引起的边界条件变化,理论预测与实验结果吻合.相关研究揭示了加载方式和高阶边界条件在受限薄层剪切尺度效应问题中的重要作用.

Small RNA(sRNA)-mediated RNA silencing(also known as RNA interference,or RNAi)is a conserved mechanism in eukaryotes that includes RNA degradation,DNA methylation,heterochromatin formation and protein translation *** plants,sRNAs can move either cell-to-cell or systemically,thereby acting as mobile silencing signals to trigger noncell autonomous ***,whether and what proteins are also involved in noncell autonomous silencing have not been *** this study,we utilized a previously reported inducible RNAi plant,PDSi,which can induce systemic silencing of the endogenous PDS gene,and we demonstrated that DCL3 is involved in systemic PDS silencing through its RNA binding *** confirmed that the C-terminus of DCL3,including the predicted RNA-binding domain,is capable of binding short *** affecting RNA binding,but not processing activity,reduced systemic PDS silencing,indicating that DCL3 binding to RNAs is required for the induction of systemic *** mosaic virus infection assays showed that the RNA-binding activity of DCL3 is required for antiviral RNAi in systemically noninoculated *** findings demonstrate that DCL3 acts as a signaling agent involved in noncell autonomous silencing and an antiviral effect in addition to its previously known function in the generation of 24-nucleotide sRNAs.
