Cancer is a predominant culprit behind worldwide death and accounts for up to 10 million deaths every *** is the primary therapeutic method employed for cancer in clinical settings and is essential in controlling tumor *** the advances in this field,tumor invasion and metastasis during treatment remain a significant cause of treatment ***,the underlying mechanisms involving such a disappointing phenomenon are still not fully ***(VNB)extends the lifespan of many cancer patients in the clinic as an emerging chemotherapy drug approved by Food and Drug Administration(FDA).However,VNB-induced tumor metastasis is still an intractable problem,which may be closely related to the abnormal oxidative stress generated during VNB-mediated ***,the study aims to construct a reductive nanosystem loaded with VNB,called VNB-VNP,to improve cancer cure rates and reduce tumor *** the reductive component vitamin E,VNB-VNP can effectively reduce oxidative stress and significantly outperform free VNB in preventing tumor *** transcriptome analysis shows that VNB-VNP can alleviate the over-expression of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 2(ENPP2),which may be the main reason why VNB-VNP can inhibit tumor invasion and ***,the research designs a new platform for VNB treatment,which demonstrates promising efficacy in inhibiting neoplastic progression and identifies a new mechanism associated with VNB-induced tumor metastasis,which may offer several valuable references for enhancing chemotherapy efficacy in clinical anti-tumor therapy.

Precise fault location plays an important role in the reliability of modern power *** the in-creasing penetration of renewable energy sources,the power system experiences a decrease in system inertia and alterations in steady-state characteristics following a fault *** existing single-ended phasor domain methods assume a certain impedance of the remote-end system or consistent current phases at both *** problems present challenges to the applicability of con-ventional phasor-domain location *** paper presents a novel single-ended time domain fault location method for single-phase-to-ground faults,one which fully considers the distributed parameters of the line *** fitting of transient signals in the time domain is real-ized to extract the instantaneous amplitude and ***,to eliminate the error caused by assumptions of lumped series resistance in the Bergeron model,an im-proved numerical derivation is presented for the distrib-uted parameter line *** instantaneous symmet-rical components are extracted for decoupling and inverse transformation of three-phase recording *** on the above,the equation of instantaneous phase constraint is established to effectively identify the fault *** proposed location method reduces the negative effects of fault resistance and the uncertainty of remote end pa-rameters when relying on one-terminal data for ***,the proposed fault analysis methods have the ability to adapt to transient processes in power *** comparisons with existing methods in three different systems,the fault position is correctly identified within an error of 1%.Also,the results are not affected by sampling rates,data windows,fault inception angles,and load conditions. The characteristics and sensitivity of solidification cracks in peritectic steels were investigated using directional solidifi-cation *** cracks were observed in both hypoperitectic steels(12CrlMoV,15CrMo)and hyper-peritectic steel(20CrMo)during solidification at growth velocities of 15,50,and 80 pm/*** the dendritic boundaries,sulphide precipitates were found,promoting crack *** on the statistical analysis of interdendritic cracks in peritectic steels,the area ratio(RA)of interdendritic cracks in a directional solidification structure was proposed to evaluate the crack sensitivity of peritectic ***,the crack sensitivities of peritectic steels(12CrlMoV,15CrMo,and 20CrMo)were tested,evaluated,and compared with the surface crack rates of three types of steels produced from a steel *** results demonstrated that RA was in good agreement with that of the steel plant,and the crack sensitivity of 12CrlMoV steel was the strongest,followed by that of 15CrMo and 20CrMo ***,RA can be used to evaluate the crack sensitivity of peritectic steel.

Background Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)affects intestinal growth,morphology,and function,which leads to poor growth performance and high *** present study explored whether maternal dietary methyl donor(MET)supplementation alleviates IUGR and enhances offspring’s growth performance by improving intestinal growth,function,and DNA methylation of the ileum in a porcine IUGR *** Forty multiparous sows were allocated to the control or MET diet groups from mating until *** farrowing,8 pairs of IUGR and normal birth weight piglets from 8 litters were selected for sampling before suckling *** The results showed that maternal MET supplementation tended to decrease the IUGR incidence and increased the average weaning weight of ***,maternal MET supplementation significantly reduced the plasma concentrations of isoleucine,cysteine,urea,and total amino acids in sows and newborn *** also increased lactase and sucrase activity in the jejunum of newborn *** addition resulted in lower ileal methionine synthase activity and increased betaine homocysteine S-methyltransferase activity in the ileum of newborn *** methylation analysis of the ileum showed that MET supplementation increased the methyla-tion level of DNA CpG sites in the ileum of newborn ***-regulated differentially methylated genes were enriched in folic acid binding,insulin receptor signaling pathway,and endothelial cell *** contrast,up-regulated methylated genes were enriched in growth hormone receptor signaling pathway and nitric oxide biosyn-thetic *** Maternal MET supplementation can reduce the incidence of IUGR and increase the weaning litter weight of piglets,which may be associated with better intestinal function and methylation status.

Natural tactile sensation is complex,which involves not only contact force intensity detection but also the perception of the force direction,the surface texture,and other mechanical ***,the vast majority of the developed tactile sensors can only detect the normal force,but usually cannot resolve shear force or even distinguish the directions of the ***,we present a new paradigm of bioinspired tactile sensors for resolving both the intensity and the directions of mechanical stimulations via synergistic microcrack-bristle structure design and cross-shaped configuration *** microcrack sensing structure gives high mechanical sensitivity to the tactile sensors,and the synergistic bristle structure further amplifies the sensitivity of the *** cross-shaped configuration engineering of the synergistic microcrack-bristle structure further endows the tactile sensors with good capability to detect and distinguish the directions of the applied mechanical *** as-fabricated tactile sensors exhibit a high sensitivity(25.76 N^(−1)),low detection limit(5.4 mN),desirable stability(over 2,500 cycles),and good capability to resolve both mechanical intensity and directional *** promising application scenarios,surface texture recognition and biomimetic path explorations are successfully demonstrated with these tactile *** newly proposed tactile sensation strategy and technology have great potential applications in ingenious tactile sensation and construction of various robotic and bionic prostheses with high operational dexterity.
