Based on high resolution,high signal-to-noise(S/N)ratio spectra from Keck/HIRES,we have determined abundances of 20 elements for 18 Ba *** parameter space of these stars is in the range of 4880≤Teff≤6050 K,2.56≤log g≤4.53 dex and-0.27≤[Fe/H]≤0.09 *** is found that four of them can be identified as Ba stars with[s/Fe]>0.25 dex(s:Sr,Y,Zr,Ba,La,Ce and Nd),and three of them are newly discovered,which include two Ba giants(HD 16178 and HD 22233)and one Ba subgiant(HD 2946).Our results show that the abundances ofα,odd and iron-peak elements(O,Na,Mg,Al,Si,Ca,Sc,Ti,Mn,Ni and Cu)for our program stars are similar to those of the thin disk,while the distribution of[hs/ls](hs:Ba,La,Ce and Nd,ls:Sr,Y and Zr)ratios of our Ba stars is similar to those of the known Ba *** of the four Ba stars show clear enhancement in carbon including the known CH subgiant HD *** is found that three of the Ba stars present clear evidence of hosting stellar or sub-stellar companions from the radial velocity data.

BACKGROUND Prolonged postoperative ileus(PPOI) is a prolonged state of "pathological"gastrointestinal(GI) tract dysmotility. There are relatively few studies examining the influence of preoperative nutritional status on the development of PPOI in patients who underwent GI surgery. The association between preoperative albumin and PPOI has not been fully studied. We hypothesized that preoperative albumin may be an independent indicator of *** To analyze the role of preoperative albumin in predicting PPOI and to establish a nomogram for clinical risk *** Patients were drawn from a prospective hospital registry database of GI surgery.A total of 311 patients diagnosed with gastric or colorectal cancer between June 2016 and March 2017 were included. Potential predictors of PPOI were analyzed by univariate and multivariable logistic regression analyses, and a nomogram for quantifying the presence of PPOI was developed and internally *** The overall PPOI rate was 21.54%. Advanced tumor stage and postoperative opioid analgesic administration were associated with PPOI. Preoperative albumin was an independent predictor of PPOI, and an optimal cutoff value of 39.15 was statistically calculated. After adjusting multiple variables, per unit or per SD increase in albumin resulted in a significant decrease in the incidence of PPOI of 8%(OR = 0.92, 95%CI: 0.85-1.00, P = 0.046) or 27%(OR = 0.73, 95%CI:0.54-0.99, P = 0.046), respectively. Patients with a high level of preoperative albumin(≥ 39.15) tended to experience PPOI compared to those with low levels(< 39.15)(OR = 0.43, 95%CI: 0.24-0.78, P = 0.006). A nomogram for predicting PPOI was developed [area under the curve(AUC) = 0.741] and internally validated by bootstrap resampling(AUC = 0.725, 95%CI: 0.663-0.799).CONCLUSION Preoperative albumin is an independent predictive factor of PPOI in patients who underwent GI surgery. 背景:杜仲具有一定的成骨作用,能够促进成骨细胞的增殖及分化,但其对牙槽骨骨形成及Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路的影响尚不明确。目的:基于Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路探讨杜仲促进去势大鼠牙槽骨成骨的作用机制。方法:采用随机数字表法将60只雌性SD大鼠分为空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、杜仲低剂量组、杜仲高剂量组,每组12只。模型组、杜仲低剂量组、杜仲高剂量组通过双侧卵巢切除术建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,假手术组切除双侧卵巢周围同等质量的脂肪组织。造模3个月后,杜仲低、高剂量组大鼠分别灌胃给予2.1,4.2 g/(kg•d)的杜仲,假手术组和模型组大鼠灌胃给予生理盐水。药物干预12周后取材,通过Micro-CT观察牙槽骨骨量变化,苏木精-伊红染色观察牙槽骨病理结构变化,ELISA法检测血清中碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素水平,Western blot检测牙槽骨组织中β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的蛋白表达,RT-qPCR检测牙槽骨组织中骨钙素、Runx2、碱性磷酸酶、β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9 mRNA的表达。结果与结论:①与空白对照组比较,模型组骨体积分数、骨小梁数目、骨小梁厚度、骨密度均降低(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度升高(P<0.05);病理观察可见骨小梁排列紊乱、不规则,骨小梁变细或断裂,骨髓腔变大,骨量明显减少;血清中碱性磷酸酶水平上升(P<0.05),骨钙素水平下降(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、Runx2、β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的mRNA表达均降低(P<0.05);β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的蛋白表达降低(P<0.05)。②与模型组比较,杜仲低、高剂量组大鼠牙槽骨骨体积分数、骨小梁数目、骨小梁厚度、骨密度均升高(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度降低(P<0.05);杜仲低、高剂量组骨小梁排列稍整齐,骨小梁较粗大,骨量增加;杜仲低、高剂量组血清中碱性磷酸酶水平下降(P<0.05),骨钙素水平上升(P<0.05);杜仲低剂量组碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的mRNA表达升高(P<0.05),杜仲高剂量组碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、Runx2、β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的mRNA表达升高(P<0.05);杜仲低剂量组卷曲蛋白9蛋白表达升高(P<0.05),杜仲高剂量组β-连环蛋白、卷曲蛋白9的蛋白表达升高(P<0.05);③与杜仲低剂量组比较,杜仲高剂量组对上述指标的改善作用更显著;④提示:杜仲能有效促进牙槽骨骨形成,其作用机制可能与激活Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路有关。

No substantial breakthroughs have been made in hydrocarbon exploration of the South Yellow Sea *** is believed that the Mesozoic-Paleozoic marine sedimentary formation in the South Yellow Sea Basin is similar to that in the Sichuan ***,outcrop,drilling,and seismic data were determined and compared with the research results on petroleum geological conditions in the Yangtze land area,and the hydrocarbon geological conditions were analyzed comprehensively from multiple aspects,such as basin evolution and main source rocks,reservoir characteristics,preservation conditions,and structural *** results show that two main stages in the South Yellow Sea Basin(the stable evolution stage of the Mesozoic-Paleozoic marine basin and the Mesozoic-Cenozoic tectonic reformation and basin formation stage)were important for the development and evolution of four sets of main source *** dominated by carbonate rocks,three sets of capping beds with good sealing capability,relatively weak magmatic activity,and multiple types of structural traps jointly constituted relatively good hydrocarbon-reservoir-forming *** were four sets of main source-reservoir-cap assemblages and three possible hydrocarbon reservoir types(primary residual-type hydrocarbon reservoir,shallow reformed-type hydrocarbon reservoir,and composite-type hydrocarbon reservoir)developed in the marine *** is concluded that the marine strata in the South Yellow Sea Basin have relatively good hydrocarbon *** Laoshan Uplift is characterized by stable structure,complete preserved source reservoir cap assemblage,and large structural traps,and thus it is the preferred prospect zone for marine Paleozoic hydrocarbon exploration in this area.

AIM：To characterize the factors of the improved survival following combined pancreaticoduodenectomy（PD） and gastrectomy for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with pancreaticoduodenal region involvement.METHODS：From 1995 to 2004,53 patients with primary gastric cancer were diagnosed with synchronous（n = 44） or metachronous（n = 9） pancreaticoduodenal region *** these,17 patients（32%） underwent total gastrectomy（TG） or distal subtotal gastrectomy（SG） combined with PD *** preoperative demographic,clinical information,clinicopathologic features and the surgical results of these 17 patients were considered as factors influencing survival and were analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank comparison.RESULTS：The actual 1-and 3-year survival rates of these 17 patients after resection were 77% and 34%,respectively,and three patients survived for more than 5 years after *** tumor-free resection margin（P = 0.0174） and a well-differentiated histologic type（P = 0.0011） were significant prognostic factors on univariate *** mortality occurred within one mo after operation,postoperative weight loss of different degree was present in all the patients with TG and 12 cases had other *** were 9（53%） cases of recurrence in 5-48 mo after *** survival rate in the palliative and explorative group was significantly（P = 0.0064） lower than in the combined PD group.CONCLUSION： Judicious use of en bloc PD and gastrectomy and strictly preventing postoperative complications may improve the long-term survival for advanced gastric cancer patients with pancreaticoduodenal region involvement. Well-differentiated histology and negative resection margin are the most important predictors of long survival.

Knowledge of the changes in a material’s function, form, and location during the transfer and transformation of materials to generate human services will improve our understanding of how humanity interacts with the environment and of how services are formed by human activities. We compared lead’s anthropogenic and biogeochemical cycles and found that the services, pathways, and changes in form requiring the most attention. We traced lead through its life cycle and identified the changes in its functions, forms, and locations by examining technology and engineering information. Lead ore and scrap were the two main anthropogenic sources of lead. When lead provides human services, its main functions included the storage and delivery of electricity, anti-corrosion treatments, and radiation protection; the main forms of lead in these products were Pb, PbO2 and PbSO4, and the main location changed from lithosphere in central China to regions in eastern China.

个体大小反映林木径向生长状况,细根对根际土壤环境变化具有高度敏感性,探讨不同大小个体的林木细根功能性状与根际土壤微环境之间的关系,有助于从个体水平揭示林木地下生态系统内的相互作用机制。该研究以11年生刨花楠(正名:刨花润楠,Machilus pauhoi)为对象,基于不同大小个体进行细根与根际土壤取样,分析不同大小刨花楠个体细根功能性状与根际土壤养分含量、微生物群落结构及酶活性的关系。结果表明:1)不同大小林木个体细根功能性状与根际微环境均存在差异,其中细根生物量、比根长、根长密度、根体积密度、根组织密度、根氮含量和根磷含量等指标差异显著,除比根面积和根组织密度外,其他各细根功能性状均以中等个体为最大,根际土壤碳氮磷含量也以中等个体刨花楠为最高。2)不同大小刨花楠个体细根比根长、根体积密度、细根生物量及根际土壤真菌、放线菌含量等性状变异系数较大,其中中等刨花楠个体变异系数相对较大,而小刨花楠个体相对较小,各大小个体都倾向于通过调节根体积密度、细根生物量及根际土壤真菌含量、硝态氮含量等性状以适应环境变化。3)不同大小个体细根采取的资源利用策略不同,中等刨花楠个体具有较大的比根长、根氮含量、根磷含量,采取资源获取型策略以优化其对养分的获取能力,根组织密度较大的小个体细根采取资源保守型策略以提升其应对环境胁迫的能力,而大个体细根则采取地上、地下协同生长的资源权衡策略。4)根际土壤微环境中的土壤全碳含量、微生物生物量碳含量、放线菌含量、铵态氮含量、酸性磷酸酶活性和微生物生物量氮含量是影响刨花楠细根功能性状的主要因子。不同大小刨花楠个体细根功能性状与根际微环境间关系存在差异。小刨花楠个体细根主要受根际土壤养分的影响;中等刨花楠个体细根主要受根际土壤中放线菌含量及酸性磷酸酶活性影响;而大刨花楠个体细根性状表现出既受根际土壤养分影响又受根际土壤微生物群落结构中细菌、放线菌含量影响的特征。研究结果可为开展刨花楠微地形造林、精确制定其人工林抚育间伐措施、培育大径材人工林等提供理论依据。

A fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) for the determination of salinomycin(SAL) was developed by using anti-SAL monoclonal antibodies(mAb).Fluorescein labeled SAL(tracer) was synthesized by the N-hydroxysuccinimide active ester method and purified using thin layer chromatography(TLC).The developed FPIA for SAL had a dynamic range from 0.60 to 2193 ng/mL with an IC50 value of 33.2 ng/mL and a detection limit(LOD) of 0.08 ng/*** significant cross-reactivities were observed with other drugs but 67.6% with narasin.
