Kinesin is a molecular motor that can step processively on microtubules via the hydrolysis of ATP *** important factor characterizing the processivity of the kinesin motor is its dissociation from the ***,using all-atom molecular dynamics simulations,we studied the dissociation process of the kinesin head in weak-microtubulebinding or ADP state from tubulin on the basis of the available high-resolution structural data for the head and *** analyzing the simulated snapshots of the structure of the head-tubulin complex we provided detailed structural and dynamic information for the dissociation *** found that the dissociation of the head along different directions relative to the tubulin exhibits very different dynamic ***,the potential forms or energy landscapes of the interaction between the head and tubulin along different directions were *** studies have important implications for the detailed molecular mechanism of the dissociation of the kinesin motor and thus are critical to the mechanism of its processivity.

Double bubbles near a rigid wall surface collapse to produce a significant jet impact,with potential applications in surface cleaning and ultrasonic ***,the dynamic behaviors of near-wall bubbles remain *** this study,we investigate the jetting of a near-wall bubble induced by another tandem *** define two dimensionless standoff distances,γ_(1),γ_(2),to represent the distances from the center of the near-wall bubble to the rigid wall and the center of controlling bubble to the center of the near-wall bubble,*** observations reveal three distinct jetting regimes for the near-wall bubble:transferred jetting,double jetting,and directed *** further investigate the jetting mechanism,numerical simulations are conducted using the compressibleInterFoam solver in the open-source framework of OpenFOAM.A detailed analysis shows that the transferred jet flow is caused by the pinch-off resulting from the axial contraction velocity at the lower end of the near-wall bubble being greater than the vertical contraction velocity,leading to a maximum jet velocity of 682.58 m/*** the case of double jetting,intense stretching between the controlling bubble and the wall leads to a pinch-off and a double jetting with a maximum velocity of 1096.29 m/*** directed jet flow is caused by the downward movement of the high-pressure region generated by the premature collapse of the controlling bubble,with the maximum jet velocity reaching 444.62 m/s.

Active sites of two-dimensional(2D)electrocatalysts are often partially blocked owing to their inevitable stacking and hydrophobic polymeric binders in macroscale electrodes,therefore impeding their applications in efficient ***,using layered double hydroxide(LDH)nanosheets as a model 2D electrocatalyst,we demonstrate that their performance toward water splitting can be boosted when they are electrostatically assembled into an organized structure pillared by hydrophilic polyelectrolytes or nanoparticles in a layer-by-layer(LbL)*** particular,their mass activity on a planar electrode can be as large as 2.267 mA·μg^(-1) toward oxygen evolution reaction(OER),when NiFe-LDH nanosheets are electrostatically connected by poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS),while drop-casted NiFe-LDH nanosheets only have a mass activity of 0.116 mA·μg^(-1).In addition,these homogeneous NiFe-LDH nanofilms can be easily deposited on three-dimensional(3D)surfaces with high areas,such as carbon cloths,to serve as practical electrodes with overpotentials of 328 mV at a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2),and stability for 40 ***,Pt nanoparticles can be LbL assembled with NiFe-LDH as bifunctional electrodes for synergistically boosted oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER),leading to successful overall water splitting powered by a 1.5 V *** study heralds the spatial control of 2D nanomaterials in nanoscale precision as an efficient strategy for the design of advanced electrocatalysts.

Recent studies have shown that the construction of nanophononic metamaterials can reduce thermal conductivity without affecting electrical properties,making them promising in many fields of application,such as energy conversion and thermal ***,although extensive studies have been carried out on thermal conductivity reduction in nanophononic metamaterials,the local heat flux characteristic is still *** this work,we construct a heat flux regulator which includes a silicon nanofilm with silicon *** regulator has remarkable heat flux regulation ability,and various impacts on the regulation ability are ***,even in the region without nanopillars,the local heat current is still lower than that in pristine silicon nanofilms,reduced by the neighboring nanopillars through the thermal proximity *** combine the analysis of the phonon participation ratio with the intensity of localized phonon modes to provide a clear *** findings not only provide insights into the mechanisms of heat flux regulation by nanophononic metamaterials,but also will open up new research directions to control local heat flux for a broad range of applications,including heat management,thermoelectric energy conversion,thermal cloak,and thermal concentrator.

Urban rail transit (URT) disruptions present considerable challenges due to several factors: i) a high probability of occurrence, arising from facility failures, disasters, and vandalism;ii) substantial negative effects, notably the delay of numerous passengers;iii) an escalating frequency, attributable to the gradual aging of facilities;and iv) severe penalties, including substantial fines for abnormal operation. This article systematically reviews URT disruption management literature from the past decade, categorizing it into pre-disruption and post-disruption measures. The pre-disruption research focuses on reducing the effects of disruptions through network analysis, passenger behavior analysis, resource allocation for protection and backup, and enhancing system resilience. Conversely, post-disruption research concentrates on restoring normal operations through train rescheduling and bus bridging services. The review reveals that while post-disruption strategies are thoroughly explored, pre-disruption research is predominantly analytical, with a scarcity of practical pre-emptive solutions. Moreover, future research should focus more on increasing the interchangeability of transport modes, reinforcing redundancy relationships between URT lines, and innovating post-disruption strategies.

This article proposes the extended role-based access control （RBAC） model /br solving dynamic and multidomain problems in grid computing, The formulated description of the model has been provided. The introduction of context and the mapping relations of context-to-role and context-to-permission help the model adapt to dynamic property in grid environment. The multidomain role inheritance relation by the authorization agent service realizes the multidomain authorization amongst the autonomy domain. A function has been proposed for solving the role inheritance conflict during the establishment of the multidomain role inheritance relation.
