Small-molecule photothermal agents(PTAs)with intense second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ,1,000 to 1,700 nm)absorption and high photothermal conversion efficiencies(PCEs)are promising candidates for treating deep-seated tumors such as *** date,the development of small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs has largely relied on fabricating donor–acceptor–donor(D–A–D/D′)structures and limited success has been ***,through acceptor engineering,a donor–acceptor–acceptor(D–A–A′)-structured NIR-Ⅱ aza-boron-dipyrromethene(aza-BODIPY)PTA(SW8)was readily developed for the 1,064-nm laser-mediated phototheranostic treatment of *** the donor groups to acceptor groups produced remarkable red-shifts of absorption maximums from first near-infrared(NIR-Ⅰ)regions(~808 nm)to NIR-Ⅱ ones(~1,064 nm)for aza-BODIPYs(SW1 to SW8).Furthermore,SW8 self-assembled into nanoparticles(SW8@NPs)with intense NIR-Ⅱ absorption and an ultrahigh PCE(75%,1,064 nm).This ultrahigh PCE primarily originated from an additional nonradiative decay pathway,which showed a 100-fold enhanced decay rate compared to that shown by conventional pathways such as internal conversion and vibrational ***,SW8@NPs performed highly efficient 1,064-nm laser-mediated NIR-Ⅱ photothermal therapy of osteosarcoma via concurrent apoptosis and *** work not only illustrates a remote approach for treating deep-seated tumors with high spatiotemporal control but also provides a new strategy for building high-performance small-molecule NIR-Ⅱ PTAs.

结合高层梯队理论指出的管理层特征会影响公司财务决策的观点,文章选择2010-2020年沪深A股民营上市公司为研究样本,实证检验实际控制人境外居留权对公司现金持有量的影响及作用机制。结果发现,实际控制人取得境外居留权会增加公司现金持有量,且实际控制人短视在两者关系间发挥部分中介效应。进一步分析发现,实际控制人境外居留权对公司现金持有量的提升作用在地处非一线城市、资产规模小、高科技属性、社会责任信息披露少等类型的公司中更明显。研究结论为上市公司进一步完善内部治理框架和监管部门持续加强监管体系建设等提供了经验支持。

葡萄酒庄旅游作为葡萄酒产业和旅游业相结合的产物,能够促进一二三产业的融合发展,是极具发展潜力的旅游项目。蓬莱区作为国内较早发展酒庄旅游的产区之一,酒庄旅游业已取得初步进展,但如今也面临如何更好整合资源以实现可持续发展的问题。该文基于态势分析法(SWOT)模型分析蓬莱丘山谷葡萄酒庄旅游业发展的优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁,设置发展因素指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)计算各个因素的权重,构建战略四边形。结果表明:蓬莱丘山谷酒庄旅游发展的优势大于劣势,机遇高于威胁,应采取实力型战略。根据上述分析,从自身优势、区位影响力和特色旅游体验等方面提出相应建议,以期实现可持续发展。

Recent advancements in artificial intelligence(AI)have shown promising potential for the automated screening and grading of ***,the different types of visual impairment caused by cataracts exhibit similar phenotypes,posing significant challenges for accurately assessing the severity of visual *** address this issue,we propose a dense convolution combined with attention mechanism and multi-level classifier(DAMC_Net)for visual impairment ***,the double-attention mechanism is utilized to enable the DAMC_Net to focus on lesions-related ***,a hierarchical multi-level classifier is constructed to enhance the recognition ability in distinguishing the severities of visual impairment,while maintaining a better screening rate for normal *** addition,a cost-sensitive method is applied to address the problem of higher false-negative rate caused by the imbalanced *** results demonstrated that the DAMC_Net outperformed ResNet50 and dense convolutional network 121(DenseNet121)models,with sensitivity improvements of 6.0%and 3.4%on the category of mild visual impairment caused by cataracts(MVICC),and 2.1%and 4.3%on the category of moderate to severe visual impairment caused by cataracts(MSVICC),*** comparable performance on two external test datasets was achieved,further verifying the effectiveness and generalizability of the DAMC_Net.

2D profile lines play a critical role in cost-effectively evaluating rock joint properties and shear ***, the interval(ΔI_(L)) between these lines significantly impacts roughness and shear strength assessments. A detailed study of 45 joint samples using four statistical measures across 500 different ΔI_(L)values identified a clear line interval effect with two stages: stable and *** statistical analysis showed a linear relationship between the error bounds of four parameters,shear strength evaluation, and their corresponding maximum ΔI_(L)values, where the gradient k of this linear relationship was influenced by the basic friction angle and normal stress. Accounting for these factors,lower-limit linear models were employed to determine the optimal ΔI_(L)values that met error tolerances(1%–10%) for all metrics and shear strength. The study also explored the consistent size effect on joints regardless of ΔI_(L)changes, revealing three types of size effects based on morphological ***, larger joints required generally higher ΔI_(L)to maintain the predefined error limits, suggesting an increased interval for large joint analyses. Consequently, this research provides a basis for determining the optimal ΔI_(L), improving accuracy in 2D profile line assessments of joint characteristics.

网络空间正在成为信息化时代美国全球战略竞争的主要领域之一。为适应迅速扩张、充满不确定性的网络环境,美国将传统威慑理念引入网络安全战略领域,以网络威慑作为其追求安全利益、扩大竞争优势、重塑国际霸权的重要手段。美国的网络威慑战略不断调整,先后经历了被动应对、主动防御、攻势主导和立体威慑四个阶段,在网络霸权追求的驱使下呈现出威慑态势日益强化、威慑体系不断完善、攻防兼备且偏重实战等趋势。美国的网络威慑战略强化受到多种内外动因的影响,是安全—利益考量、权力—政治诉求、思想—文化根源以及社会—经济因素等变量叠加作用的结果。美国企图超越传统的战略逻辑,但其战略制定与实施并未单纯地停留在“安全”层面上,而是在激进特征的推动下进行战略的演化发展,其安全思维背后的霸权实质形成了一种战略悖论,不仅造成美国的内在逻辑困境,还将导致攻防相悖的脆弱安全环境并动摇国家间的战略平衡。

Potential high-temperature risks exist in heat-prone components of electric moped charging devices， such as sockets， interfaces， and controllers. Traditional detection methods have limitations in terms of real-time performance and monitoring scope. To address this， a temperature detection method based on infrared image processing has been proposed: utilizing the median filtering algorithm to denoise the original infrared image， then applying an image segmentation algorithm to divide the image. After trimming the image boundaries， the corner detection algorithm is used to extract corner information from the image， acquiring the position of the rectangular selection area that includes all corners. Finally， the block partitioning algorithm is used for temperature detection of the selected area and to determine the type of fault in the charging device based on the threshold. Based on this method， an electric moped charging device monitoring and warning system using infrared images has been designed. Experimental results demonstrate that this monitoring system can effectively detect the location and temperature of the test area， display and transmit warning information in real time via software， and has a high accuracy rate. This system holds promise as a crucial tool for enhancing the safety of electric moped charging devices.

Metal–phthalocyanines are a class of catalytically active materials promising in energy conversion and storage fields(e.g.,electrocatalysis).However,understanding and controlling the electrochemical properties in metal-phthalocyanine systems is ***,we elucidate the electrocatalytic origins of a series of cobalt-phthalocyanine molecular catalysts and finetune their electronic properties at the atomic level,both experimentally and *** interactions between the cobalt center and the local coordination environment are regulated by introducing either electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups on the phthalocyanine ligand,and the spin-orbit splitting of cobalt is increased by~0.15 eV compared with the nonsubstituted ***,the aminated cobalt phthalocyanine-based electrocatalysts exhibit low free energies in the ratedetermining steps of the oxygen reduction(-1.68 eV)and oxygen evolution reactions(0.37 eV).This contributes to the high electrocatalytic activity(e.g.,a halfwave potential of 0.84 V and an overpotential of 0.30 V at 10 mAcm^(-2)),featuring a high selectivity of a four-electron pathway(i.e.,a negligible by-product of hydrogen peroxide).These catalysts also exhibit exceptional kinetic current density(Tafel slope of 100 mV dec^(-1))in oxygen reduction reactions,in addition to a superior power density(158 mWcm^(-2))and a high cycling stability(>1,300 cycles)in Zn-air batteries,outperforming the commercial Pt/C and/or RuO2counterparts.

stable neutral Fe(IV)complex(Fe-HDCL),readily accessible on the g scale,was found to possess high water solubility and good stability(<5%degradation over 4 h upon photoirradiation).Fe-HDCL is green and absorbs light effectively in the visible region(500–800 nm)with aλmax at 650 nm(ɛ=7830 M^(−1)cm^(−1)).Fe-HDCL also exhibits photothermal(PT)behavior comparable to single-wall carbon nanotubes in the solid *** aqueous solution,high PT conversion(η=72.6%)is achieved,and a strong hyperthermia-based inhibition of cell growth is observed upon subjecting Fe-HDCL to near-infrared 730 nm laser *** biological studies in vitro and in vivo confirmed that Fe-HDCL is biocompatible,clears readily,and allows the visual detection of blood *** subjecting mice to intravenous injection at low doses(e.g.,50μmol·kg^(−1)),Fe-HDCL also permits the photoacoustic(PA)imaging of kidneys and the evaluation of renal fibrosis in mouse *** addition,Fe-HDCL allows PA-based imaging of brain tissues,presumably reflecting its ability to pass through the blood-brain *** thus propose that Fe-HDCL has a role to play as PT agent and as a photodiagnostic.
