Effects of inorganic nutrients and environmental factors on the removal of n-propylbenzene and isopropylbenzene in seawater by cryptophytes Rhinomonas reticulata S6A

To effectively remove n-propylbenzene(n-PBZ)and isopropylbenzene(i-PBZ)leaked into seawater using Rhinomonas reticulata S6A(a newly isolated marine microalga),the effects of three inorganic nutrients and four environmental factors on their degradation were determined after 7 d of *** show that NaNO_(3) at 300 mg/l caused a higher removal efficiency of both n-PBZ and i-PBZ(44.79%and 39.26%),while for NaH_(2) PO_(4)·H_(2) O,greater removal rates of two PBZs(47.30%and 42.23%)were achieved at 30 and 20 mg/l,***_(3) supplementation(500-750 mg/l)resulted in a large reduction(43.67%-45.04%)in i-PBZ *** change in seawater pH(from 6 to 9)did not affect the elimination of n-PBZ and *** most suitable salinity and temperature were 30 and 25-30℃,respectively,leading to the PBZs removal of~40%.light intensity exhibited significant influence on elimination of PBZs,and the maximum removal efficiencies of 56.07%(n-PBZ)and 55.00%(i-PBZ)were recorded under 200 and 600μmol/(m^(2)·s),*** addition,the microalga could still remove PBZs when it failed to grow well due to darkness,strong light,low temperature,or low salinity,which might mean that good growth of alga is not always a necessary condition for PBZs ***,attention should be paid to the suitability of nutrient levels and environmental conditions(excluding pH)in seawater when using microalgae for bioremediating PBZs-contaminated seawater.

All-solid-state fluoride ion batteries(FIBs)have been recently considered as a post-lithium-ion battery system due to their high safety and high energy *** like all solid-state lithium batteries,the key to the development of FIBs lies in room-temperature electrolytes with high ionic conductivity.β-KSbF_(4) is a kind of promising solid-state electrolyte for FIBs owing to its rational ionic conductivity and relatively wide electrochemical stability window at room ***,the previous synthesis routes ofβ-KSbF_(4) required the use of highly toxic hydrofluoric acid and the ionic conductivity of as-prepared product needs to be further ***,the β-KSbF_(4) sample with an ionic conductivity of 1.04×10^(-4)s cm^(-1)(30°C)is synthesized through the simple solid-state *** order to account for the high ionic conductivity of the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)are used to characterize the physic-ochemical *** results show that the as-synthesizedβ-KSbF_(4) exhibits higher carrier concentra-tion of 1.0×10^(-6)S cm-Hz^(-1)K and hopping frequency of 1.31×10^(6)Hz at 30°C due to the formation of the fluorine ***,the hopping frequency shows the same trend as the changes of ionic conductivity with the changes of temperature,while the carrier concentration is found to be almost *** two different trends indicate the hopping frequency is mainly responsible for the ionic conduc-tion behavior withinβ-KSbF_(4).Furthermore,the all-solid-state FIBs,in which Ag and Pb+PbF_(2) are adopted as cathode and anode,andβ-KSbF_(4) as fluoride ion conductor,are capable of reversible charge and *** assembled FIBs show a discharge capacity of 108.4 mA h g^(-1) at 1st cycle and 74.2 mA h g^(-1) at 50th *** on an examination of the capacity decay mechanism,it has been found that deterioration of the electrolyte/electrode int

The accumulation of heavy metals in mushrooms has presented a significant risk to human health， underscoring the importance of devising a portable and cost-effective method for detecting heavy metals. Thus， we have developed an electrochemical sensor based on 3-dimensional highly reduced graphene oxide (3D-HRGO) in conjunction with Fe3O4nanoparticles， enabling the simultaneous quantification of Cd2+， Pb2+， Cu2+， and Hg2+. The 3D-HRGO/Fe3O4nano-particles material prepared in this study was characterized and confirmed by multiple techniques， then dispersed in a simple and environmental dispersant， consist of 75% ethanol and 0.1% Nafion， and coating on a glass carbon electrode (GCE) to preparing a 3D-HRGO/Fe3O4/GCE sensor. The limit of detection (lOD) of 3D-HRGO/Fe3O4/GCE sensor for Cd2+， Pb2+， Cu2+， and Hg2+in simultaneous detection were 0.2 μg/l， 0.6 μg/l， 0.6 μg/l， and 0.9 μg/l， respectively. The sensor demonstrates exceptional stability， reproducibility， anti-interference， and recovery rate. Furthermore， the electrochemical sensor was employed to detect heavy metals in actual mushrooms and validated through conventional methodologies. This study represents the pioneering utilization of 3D-HRGO/Fe3O4as a foundational material for an electrochemical sensor capable of simultaneous detection of multiple metals， thereby advancing the progress of on-site and expeditious detection techniques.

We report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked *** the use of partial differential equations and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system of partial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using the suitable similarity *** transformed differential equations are solved *** of the magnetic parameter,solid volume fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentum and temperature distribution have been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and Nusselt number were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking sheet and unique solution for the stretching ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comparing with Cu/H_(2)O ***,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are unstable.

Bacterial family Christensenellaceae performed high heritability and associated with human health status. Numerous studies observed that the abundance of Christensenellaceae could be significantly reduced in patients with intestinal diseases or metabolic disorders， inferred that it may be treated as an effective biomarker. Christensenella minuta (C. minuta) was the first member of Christensenellaceae family isolated from human fecal samples. Accumulating evidences suggested that C. minuta may demonstrate a positive bio-therapeutic effects toward unhealthy status. Hence， this review aimed to systematically summarize the characterization of Christensenellaceae under specific health or diseases， and discover its promising application. Besides， the latest studies on the pharmacological research of C. minuta also summarized. Current important literatures grasped the potential health benefits of C. minuta in managing metabolic disorders， gut ecosystem， and inflammation. Whereas， several critical knowledge gaps about the safe and clinical application remain should be addressed in future verification. C. minuta is worthy to be elevated as the next prospective probiotic star in nutraceutical or medical field and should not be overlooked.
