目前,微血管浸润(microvascular invasion,MVI)被认为是与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)术后预后直接相关的高危因素,它是术前肿瘤能否切除、术后肿瘤复发和转移的重要危险因素,也是术后是否需要进行辅助治疗的重要参考指标。近年来,一些新兴的、非侵入性的影像技术和影像组学方法,如超声、CT、MRI、PET/CT可在术前进行预测肝癌血管侵犯状态。基于此,本文将对近年来影像学技术和影像组学方法在HCC方面应用的相关文献进行梳理,对术前预测HCC-MVI状态的研究展开综述,旨在进一步分析先进的影像学技术在医疗领域应用中存在的挑战,促进预测HCC-MVI的临床运用,此外还将对未来的研究方向进行探讨。

In this paper,we study the dynamics of k-essence in loop quantum cosmology(LQC).The study indicates that the loop quantum gravity(LQG)effect plays a key role only in the early epoch of the universe and is diluted in the later *** fixed points in LQC are basically consistent with those in standard Friedmann-Robertson-Walker(FRW)*** most of the attractor solutions,the stability conditions in L Q C are in agreement with those for the standard FRW *** some special fixed points,however,tighter constraints are imposed thanks to the LQG effect.

Cell reprogramming is the process of reverting mature,specialized cells into induced pluripotent stem *** also refers to the erasure and re-establishment of epigenetic markers during the development of mammalian germ cells,such as DNA methylation[1].At present,reprogramming mainly refers to two processes:the process of reverting differentiated cells to a pluripotent state,and the process of transforming one type of differentiated cell into another[2].Reprogramming mainly includes induced pluripotent stem(iPS)cells,direct transdifferentiation,and indirect lineage conversion.

基坑弱渗透性土层界面滞水导排技术研究

在渗透性差异较大的土层互层剖面中,“界面滞水”是工程降水过程中施工风险高、处置难度大的一大技术问题。为确保基坑开挖安全及地下结构施作质量,改善土体强度、降低工程施工风险,提出一种降水井、集水井和砂井相结合的层间滞水导排技术,依托某区域基坑降水工程,在现场观测的基础上,分析砂井尺寸、布井间距和设置深度对基坑侧壁滞水导排效果的影响,并验证该滞水导排技术的可行性和合理性。研究结果表明:砂井的设置,可以为低渗透性土层处的界面滞水提供顺畅的竖向渗流通道,能实现预先主动的地下水控制,对保证地下结构施作质量、土层疏干效果和提高土体强度具有有益效果。砂井的导排水影响范围主要由低渗透性土层的水平向渗透特征所决定,随着砂井直径增加,其滞水导排范围约为6 m~8 m,布井间距建议为10 m~15 m;砂井的设置深度应穿透水位降深范围内低渗透性土层,且不应超过实际降水位以下,规避因砂井的设置导致水分积聚造成工程风险。

Type-II generalized Feistel network(GFN) has attracted a lot of attention for its simplicity and high parallelism. Impossible differential attack is one of the powerful cryptanalytic approaches for word-oriented block ciphers such as Feistel-like ciphers. In this paper, we deduce the impossible differential of Type-II GFN by analyzing the Boolean function in the middle *** main idea is to investigate the expression with the variable representing the plaintext(ciphertext) difference words for the internal state words. By adopting the missin-the-middle approach, we can construct the impossible differential of Type-II GFN. As an illustration, we apply this approach to WARP. The structure of WARPis a 32-branch Type-II GFN. Therefore, we find two 21-round truncated impossible differentials and implement a 32-round key recovery attack on WARP. For the 32-round key recovery attack on WARP, some observations are used to mount an effective attack. Taking the advantage of the early abort technique, the data, time, and memory complexities are 2125.69chosen plaintexts,2126.6832-round encryptions, and 2100-bit. To the best of our knowledge, this is the best attack on WARPin the single-key scenario.

There is a growing need to explore the potential of coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)to enhance the utilization rate of wind power(wind)and photovoltaic power(PV)in the green energy *** study developed a load regulation model for a multi-power generation system comprising wind,PV,and coal energy storage using realworld *** power supply process was divided into eight fundamental load regulation scenarios,elucidating the influence of each scenario on load *** the framework of the multi-power generation system with the wind(50 MW)and PV(50 MW)alongside a CFPP(330 MW),a lithium-iron phosphate energy storage system(LIPBESS)was integrated to improve the system’s load regulation *** energy storage operation strategy was formulated based on the charging and discharging priority of the LIPBESS for each basic scenario and the charging and discharging load calculation method of LIPBESS auxiliary *** optimization using the particle swarm algorithm,the optimal capacity of LIPBESS was determined to be within the 5.24-4.88 MWh *** an economic perspective,the LIPBESS operating with CFPP as the regulating power source was 49.1% lower in capacity compared to the renewable energy-based storage mode.
