土壤微塑料会改变土壤结构,影响土壤生物酶活性,减少生物多样性等,甚至微塑料会沿着食物链对人类健康造成威胁。目前的研究均集中在水体研究,土壤中微塑料的提取方法是由水体各种介质提取方法演变得到的,没有标准化的提取和定量方法,无法比较研究数据。全面总结了近年来土壤中微塑料的提取和测定方法。与其他化学消解剂相比,30%H_(2)O_(2)和芬顿试剂有较大的发展潜能,控制消解温度能避免对聚合物的破坏。荧光尼罗红染色能避免直接显微镜观察所带来的视觉误差,发出荧光的碎片已被证明为合成的聚合物,与化学分析法相比,该方法更快速且较便宜,但是,对聚合物类型的分辨识别较差。目前,需建立准确、高效的土壤微塑料提取方法,对微塑料在土壤中迁移、转化及其风险评估进行进一步研究,为评估和管理微塑料污染提供技术支持。

身体社会学视域下青少年生命教育的具身转向

当前“为青少年开展生命教育”成为广泛共识,然而现实社会中频繁发生的青少年自伤和自杀现象在一定程度上反映出当前生命教育的缺陷和不足,其根本问题在于“身体的缺位”,忽视了对生命本体的整体理解和全面关怀,导致生命教育存在对象化、功利化和抽象化的现实困境。身体社会学中的“肉身实在论”强调身体的实践本体和生命的价值本体,并在此基础上实现生命教育的“具身”转向。具体而言,是以“身体在场”作为生命教育的逻辑起点,以“生命存在”作为价值追求,并将二者有机统一起来实现其在社会中的回归,共同促进青少年的健康成长与和谐发展。

目的:基于控制营养状况(CONUT)评分评估重症脑卒中病人的免疫营养状况,并构建重症脑卒中病人继发肺部感染风险预测模型。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月于重庆医科大学附属第一医院神经内科重症监护室住院的重症脑卒中病人181例作为研究对象,回顾性收集病人的一般资料、CONUT评分和肺部感染发生情况。采用Logistic回归分析探讨重症脑卒中病人继发肺部感染的影响因素,建立列线图预测模型,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线和校准图评价列线图模型的风险预测能力,采用10-折交叉验证进行模型内部验证。结果:Logistic回归分析结果显示,CONUT评分、气管插管、鼻胃管、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分和查尔森合并症指数是重症脑卒中病人继发肺部感染的独立影响因素。校正气管插管、鼻胃管、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分和查尔森合并症指数后,与CONUT低分组相比,CONUT高分组继发肺部感染的风险增加[OR=5.968,95%CI(1.728,22.560)]。预测重症脑卒中病人继发肺部感染的列线图模型的ROC曲线下面积为0.841[95%CI(0.764,0.917)],10-折交叉验证显示ROC曲线下面积为0.815,结果稳健。模型的校正曲线与实际曲线接近,分布与理想曲线相差不远。结论:重症脑卒中病人入住重症监护室时的CONUT评分为其继发肺部感染的影响因素,基于CONUT评分构建的预测模型预测效能较好。

Plantations have been widely established to improve ecosystem services and *** locust,Robinia pseudoacacia *** a common,widely planted species to control soil erosion on the Loess *** studies have focused on economic values but the interactions between soil and plant carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)remain *** variations of soil,green and senesced leaf C,N and P levels in *** along a latitudinal gradient is useful to understanding its ecological *** results show that soil C,N and senesced leaf N and P significantly decreased with an increase in latitude,but there were no significant changes in the senesced leaf C and soil *** resorption efficiency of N was related with latitude and soil N levels,and the relation between green leaf N and soil N was *** relations suggest that soil N was the key in affecting green leaf N *** higher latitudes,senesced leaves had lower N levels associated with higher N resorption efficiency to maintain a stable N content in green *** a decrease of soil N,*** can enhance N resorption efficiency to meet the demand of ***,it is an important species for reforestation,especially in nutrient-poor environments.

Levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cancer cells or in the tumor microenvironment differ noticeably from those in normal cells and cellular microenvironments because ROS play important roles in all aspects of tumor ***,due to the lack of adequate tools,it is difficult to study the relationship between ROS,especially certain types of ROS(e.g.,HOCl),and *** report herein an HOCl-specific fluorescent probe,FDOCl-20,containing a thiocarbamide group as a receptor,for the visualization of HOCl in solid tumors in *** probe displays high selectivity and sensitivity to HOCl,and is appropriate for use in acidic conditions,including the tumor *** FDOCl-20 as a tool,we can visualize HOCl in solid tumors in ***,the fluorescent intensity of FDOCl-20 is proportional to tumor ***,FDOCl-20 is a useful tool to investigate the relationship between HOCl and the physiological processes of tumors.

Formation and evolution of the tertiary carbonate reefs in the Madura Strait Basin of Indonesia

Analysis of 2 D seismic data over 4 500 km in length from the Madura Strait Basin in the East Java Sea reveals seismic re?ection characteristics of reefs and associated sedimentary bodies, including asymmetrical or symmetrical dome re?ections, slope progradational re?ections, chaotic re?ections and discontinuous strong re?ections inside the reef, which onlap the ?ank of the reef. It is concluded that the developmental paleo-environment of most reefs is mainly conducive to shallow marine carbonate platform facies and platform margin facies, based on well core data, variations in seismic facies and strata *** formation and evolution of all reefs are primarily in?uenced by the tectonic framework of the Madura Strait Basin. Platform margin reefs are principally controlled by two types of structures: one is a series of E-W trending Paleogene normal faults, and the other is an E-W trending Neogene inversion structures. In addition, wave actions, tidal currents and other ocean currents play an accelerated role in sorting, rounding and redeposition for the accumulation and evolution of reefs. Tertiary reefs in the MSB can be divided into four types: 1) an open platform coral reef of Late Oligocene to Early Miocene, 2) a platform margin coral reef controlled by normal faults in Late Oligocene to Early Miocene, 3) a platform margin Globigerina moundreef controlled by a "hidden" inversion structure in Early Pliocene, and 4) a platform margin Globigerina mound-reef controlled by thrust faults in the early Pliocene. Patterns of the formation and evolution of reefs are also suggested.
