Seismic isolation is an effective strategy to mitigate the risk of seismic damage in tunnels.However,the impact of surface-reflected seismic waves on the effectiveness of tunnel isolation layers remains under explored.In this study,we employ the wave function expansion method to provide analytical solutions for the dynamic responses of linings in an elastic half-space and an infinite elastic space.By comparing the results of the two models,we investigate the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers induced by reflected seismic waves.Our findings reveal significant differences in the dynamic responses of the lining in the elastic half-space and the infinitely elastic space.Specifically,the dynamic stress concentration factor(DSCF)of the lining in the elastic half-space exhibits periodic fluctuations,influenced by the incident wave frequency and tunnel depth,while the DSCF in the infinitely elastic space remain stable.Overall,the seismic isolation application of the tunnel isolation layer is found to be less affected by surface-reflected seismic waves.Our results provide valuable insights for the design and assessment of the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers.

Detecting changes in surface air temperature in mid-and low-altitude mountainous regions is essential for a comprehensive understanding of warming trend with altitude.We use daily surface air temperature data from 64 meteorological stations in Wuyi Mountains and its adjacent regions to analyze the spatio-temporal patterns of temperature change.The results show that Wuyi Mountains have experienced significant warming from 1961 to 2018.The warming trend of the mean temperature is 0.20℃/decade,the maximum temperature is 0.17℃/decade,and the minimum temperature is 0.26℃/decade.In 1961-1990,more than 63%of the stations showed a decreasing trend in annual mean temperature,mainly because the maximum temperature decreased during this period.However,in 1971-2000,1981-2010 and 1991-2018,the maximum,minimum and mean temperatures increased.The fastest increasing trend of mean temperature occurred in the southeastern coastal plains,the quickest increasing trend of maximum temperature occurred in the northwestern mountainous region,and the increase of minimum temperature occurred faster in the southeastern coastal and northwestern mountainous regions than that in the central area.Meanwhile,this study suggests that elevation does not affect warming in the Wuyi Mountains.These results are beneficial for understanding climate change in humid subtropical middle and low mountains.

Redundancy is an important attribute of a resilient urban drainage system.While there is a lack of knowledge on where to increase redundancy and its contribution to resilience,this study developed a framework for the optimal network structure of urban drainage systems that considers pipeline redundancies.Graph theory and adaptive genetic algorithms were used to obtain the initial layout and design of the urban drainage system.The introduction of additional water paths(in loop)/redundancies is suggested by the results of complex network analysis to increase resilience.The drainage performances of the urban drainage system with pipeline redundancies,and without redundancies,were compared.The proposed method was applied to the study area in Dongying City,Shandong Province,China.The results show that the total overflow volume of the urban drainage system with pipeline redundancies under rainfall exceeding the design standard(5 years) is reduced by 20-30%,which is substantially better than the network without pipeline redundancies.

p53 is mutated in half of cancer cases.However,no p53-targeting drugs have been approved.Here,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor prognosis.In a retrospective study on tissue microarrays with 132 TNBC cases,DNMT1 overexpression was associated with p53 mutations(P=0.037)and poor overall survival(OS)(P=0.010).In a prospective DEciTabinE and Carboplatin in TNBC(DETECT)trial(NCT03295552),decitabine with carboplatin produced an objective response rate(ORR)of 42%in 12 patients with stage IV TNBC.Among the 9 trialed patients with available TP53 sequencing results,the 6 patients with p53 mutations had higher ORR(3/6 vs.0/3)and better OS(16.0 vs.4.0 months)than the patients with wild-type p53.In a mechanistic study,isogenic TNBC cell lines harboring DETECT-derived p53 mutations exhibited higher DNMT1 expression and decitabine sensitivity than the cell line with wild-type p53.In the DETECT trial,decitabine induced strong immune responses featuring the striking upregulation of the innate immune player IRF7 in the p53-mutated TNBC cell line(upregulation by 16-fold)and the most responsive patient with TNBC.Our integrative studies reveal the potential of repurposing decitabine for the treatment of p53-mutated TNBC and suggest IRF7 as a potential biomarker for decitabine-based treatments.

The growth of dendrites in the lithium(Li)metal anode hinders the commercialization of lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Electrolyte additives have proved to be an effective way to solve the problem of dendrites and improve the coulombic efficiency.Herein,we propose a strategy of using L-tyrosine(L-Tyr)as an additive to protect the lithium metal anode in situ,where L-Tyr can be electropolymerized in situ to form an ordered array of nanosheets on the surface of the lithium metal anode to uniformly deposit lithium ions.At the same time,the addition of L-Tyr changed the structure of the solvent in the electrolyte,because the carboxyl group on L-Tyr make DME form hydrogen bonds easily.Besides,the reduction of free DME makes more TFSI-involved in the formation of the SEI film on the electrode surface,which increases the proportion of LiF in the SEI film.With 2 wt%L-Tyr,Li||Li symmetric cells superior cycle stability in ether electrolytes,Li|Cu cells y improved stability up to 200 cycles with an average CE of 93.1%in ether electrolytes and Li||Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO)demonstrated an excellent cycling capabilitie with 119 mAh/g capacity retention by the 5000^(th)cycle.

自开元十一年始,唐玄宗曾举行系列典礼,包括北巡和二郊九庙之礼,这些都与十三年年底的封禅大典关系密切。封禅是宣告太平盛世建成的标志性仪式,其核心元素包括圣王受命、致太平与封禅典礼。开元十一年的北都巡狩,意义在于重新叙述从高祖“受命”到玄宗“再受命”的天命史;通过二郊九庙的祭祀仪式,向天地祖先报告太平功成并获得天地祖先的肯定;最后举行最高级别的封禅典礼,宣告太平盛世的建成。北巡、二郊九庙礼和封禅是玄宗建构开元盛世的三阶段,这些仪式彼此呼应,形成结构与意义上的联系。围绕这些仪式产生诸多文章,乃是玄宗盛世文化论述的核心。

Background and aim:Several effective antiviral drugs are now available;however,the risk of liver-related complications is still present.Low-level viremia(LLV),defined as a hepatitis B virus(HBV)deoxy-ribonucleic acid(DNA)load lower than 2000 IU/mL,is one of the major factors responsible for these complications.It has been reported that 22.7e43.1%of patients with HBV experience LLV.Herein,we aimed to explore the risk factors for very LLV(VLLV)during antiviral treatment.Methods:We collected data of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)who received nucleos(t)ide analog treatment from October 2016 to April 2021.VLLV was defined as an HBV DNA load of 9e20 IU/mL.A total of 139 patients with LLV were matched with 139 patients with a sustained virological response at a 1:1 ratio according to age and gender.Results:Seropositivity rates for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)(45.3%vs.17.3%,P0.050).HBeAg seropositivity(aOR,5.08;95% CI:2.15±12.02;P<0.001 vs.aOR,2.78;95% CI:1.16±7.00;P=0.022)and HBsAg levels(aOR,2.75;95% CI:1.41e5.37;P=0.003 vs.aOR,2.10;95% CI:1.27±3.46;P=0.004)significantly increased the risk of VLLV,irrespective of the age group.Both HBsAg(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC),0.681;95% CI:0.623±0.736;P<0.001)and HBeAg(AUC,0.640;95% CI:0.581±0.697;P<0.001)had certain pre-dictive

Background and aim:Hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection is one of the major global health challenges,leading to a significant increase in rates of hepatic fibrosis,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.A comprehensive nationwide survey of trends in prevalence and associated factors could facilitate pre-ventive behavioral interventions.Herein,we sought to determine prevalence,diagnosis,treatment,and risk factors for HCV infection in the general United States(US)population.Methods:This was a secondary analysis of the publicly available data from the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES).The prevalence of HCV-RNA-positive(HCV-RNAþ)was weighted using patient serum sample data collected from 1999 to 2018.A propensity score matching model was used due to the imbalance in the number of HCV-RNAþand HCV-RNA-negative(HCV-RNA?)patients.Matched variables included gender,age,educational level,marital status,language,household size,alcohol consumption,smoking,number of family members and family income to poverty ratio.Results:The weighted prevalence of HCV-RNAþwas 1.11%(95%confidence interval(CI):1.02e1.20),1.58%(95%CI:1.42e1.74)for men and 0.67%(95%CI:0.57e0.77)for women aged 20 years or older in the US from 1999 to 2018.The weighted prevalence of HCV-RNAþincreased from 0.87%(95%CI:0.62e1.12)in 2013e2014,0.95%(95%CI:0.68e1.22)in 2015e2016 to 1.00%(95%CI:0.72e1.28)in 2017e2018,respectively.In propensity-matched analysis,patients with HCV-RNAþwere more likely to be non-Hispanic black,and have had drug use and blood transfusions.Meanwhile,the weighted diagnostic and treatment rates were 56.27%(95%CI:50.90e61.64)and 35.40%(95%CI:27.64e43.16)from 1999 to 2018,respectively.Conclusions:Active HCV infection rate increased between 2013 and 2018,varied by demographic and risk variables.In the direct-acting antiviral era,affordable treatment and universal screening have the potential to improve overall national health.

密文查询的完整性验证机制能在保护人工智能应用数据隐私的同时,为查询结果的可靠性提供保证.然而,现有针对密文范围查询的完整性验证方法存在验证数据结构构建开销较高、数据可扩展性较差的缺陷.为此,文中分析ServeDB(Secure Verifiable and Efficient Framework)计算性能瓶颈产生的原因,并基于分析结论提出基于立方格索引的密文范围查询完整性验证方法(Cube-Cell-Based Authentication Tree,CubeTree).CubeTree采用基于分位数归一化的数据重分布优化方法,平衡数据记录在值域空间中的分布,降低数据记录的编码开销.进一步提出基于平衡K叉树的扁平化结构以及基于立方格索引的验证数据结构,合并具有相同编码的数据记录,采用立方格作为基本验证单元,大幅降低验证数据结构的冗余性,减少构造过程的计算与存储开销.在真实数据集与合成数据集上的实验表明,CubeTree能显著降低验证数据结构的构建开销以及查询完整性证明的生成与校验开销,并可高效处理亿级规模的大型数据集.
