Polycomb group(PcG)ring finger protein 6(PCGF6),though known as a member of the transcription-re-pressing complexes,PcG,also has activation function in regulating pluripotency gene ***,the mechanism underlying the activation function of PCGF6 is poorly ***,we found that PCGF6 co-localizes to gene activation regions along with pluripotency factors such as *** addition,PCGF6 was recruited to a subset of the super-enhancer(SE)regions upstream of cell cycle-associated genes by OCT4,and increased their *** combining with promoter capture Hi-C data,we found that PCGF6 activates cell cycle genes by regulating SE-promoter interactions via 3D *** fin dings highlight a novel mechanism of PcG protein in regulating pluripotency,and provide a research basis for the therapeutic application of pluripotent stem cells.

As important applications of minimax-type inequalities for a family of functions in [3], in the present paper there are given a number of existence theorems on simultaneous solutions to fixed point and minimax-type inequality problems and to fixed point and variational-type inequality problems. not only abolishing the paracompactness hypothesis on the underlying space and weak- ening the others in the results in[1], but also making them still nicer in form with still more concise and straightforward proofs.

目的探讨菖郁温胆汤联合低剂量奥氮平治疗老年慢性失眠痰热证的效果及安全性。方法纳入2020年6月—2022年6月就诊于山东省泗水县人民医院神经内科门诊、中医科门诊的老年慢性失眠患者60例作为研究对象,按简单随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予小剂量奥氮平片,治疗组在对照组基础上予菖郁温胆汤,评价两组治疗前后睡眠质量、生命质量的改善程度、临床疗效及临床安全性。结果治疗后,治疗组患者睡眠质量得分明显低于对照组、生命质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);不良反应总发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于对照组的26.67%(8/30)(P<0.05)。结论菖郁温胆汤联合小剂量奥氮平治疗老年慢性失眠具有增效减毒作用,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。

Comparison of diagnostic accuracy between ^(18)F-FDG PET and PET/CT for pulmonary neoplasm

Aimed at comparing diagnostic accuracy of 18F-FDG PET with PET/CT for pulmonary neoplasm, a study based on multi-center clinical trial of the diagnoses, in randomized and semi-blind ways, was executed from January 2006 to June 2007. It included 55 patients, i.e. 16 with histopathologically proved lung tumors, 16 with tuberculosis and 23 with benign lesions (inflammation, pseudotumor, granuloma, fibrosis and others). The histopathologic and clinic results were served as reference standard. Statistical significances in pulmonary nodule diagnosis between 18F-FDG PET and PET/CT were determined with 95% confidence interval obtained by ROC analysis. The 18F-FDG PET detected lung neoplasm with a sensitivity of 87.5% (14/16), a specificity of 59.0% (23/39), an accuracy of 67.3% (37/55) and a positive-likelihood ratio of 2.13. The 18F-FDG PET/CT detected lung neoplasm with a sensitivity of 93.8% (15/16), a specificity of 61.5% (24/39), an accuracy of 70.9% (39/55) and a positive-likelihood ratio of 2.43. The area under curves (AUC) of 18F-FDG PET and PET/CT were 0.803±0.068 and 0.799±0.063, respectively. It can be concluded that the diagnostic accuracy for malignant pulmonary nodules between 18F-FDG PET and PET/CT was not statistically different.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has significantly affected the development of *** the post-pandemic era,blockchain technology has become one of the important technologies to help enterprises quickly gain market *** heavy investment required of supply chain stakeholders to employ blockchain technology has hindered its adoption and *** tackle this issue,this study aims to facilitate the adoption of blockchain technology in a supply chain consisting of a core enterprise and a small/medium-sized enterprise through an effective supply chain *** analyze the performance of a cost-sharing(CS)contract and a revenue-sharing(RS)contract and propose a new hybrid CS-RS contract for better *** conduct comparative analyses of the three contracts and find that the hybrid CS-RS contract can more effectively incentivize both parties to reach the highest level of blockchain technology adoption and achieve supply chain coordination.

Flower-like intercalated MoS2 nanomaterials have been successfully synthesized via a microemulsion- mediated hydrotherrnal （MMH） method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, element analysis, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy in detail. Their catalytic performance for anthracene hydrogenation was evaluated using a slurry-bed batch reactor with an initial hydrogen pressure of 80 bar at 350 ℃ for 4 h. The intercalated MoS2 nanoflowers synthesized from Na2MoO4 （MoS2-S） and H2MoO4 （MoS2-A） as molybde- num precursors have diameters of about 150 and 50 nm, respectively. MoS2 nanosheets on MoS2-S and MoS2-A possess stacking layer numbers of 5-10 and 2-5, and slab lengths of about 15 and 10 nm, respectively. The interlayer distances of MoS2-S and MoS2-A are both enlarged from 0.62 nm to about 0.95 nm due to the intercalation ofNH4＋ and surfactant molecules. The MoS2 nanoflowers have high catalytic activities for anthracene hydrogenation. The selectivity for octahydroanthracene, a deeply hydrogenated product, over MoS2-A is 89.8%, which is 31.0 times higher than that over commercial bulk MoS2. Fully hydrogenated product （perhydroanthracene） was also detected over MoS2 nanoflowers with a selectivity of 3.7%. The enhanced hydrogenation activities of MoS2 nanoflowers can be ascribed to the high exposure of catalytic active sites, resulting from the smaller particle size, fewer stacking layer, shorter slab length and enlarged interlayer distance of MoS2 nanoflowers compared with commercial bulk MoS2. In addition, a possible growth mechanism of MoS2 nanoflowers synthesized via the MMH method was proposed.
