BACKGROUND Triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index values are a new surrogate marker for insulin *** study aimed to explore the relationship between cumulative TyG index values and atrial fibrillation(AF)recurrence after radiofrequency ca.heter ablation(RFca..METHODS A total of 576 patients with AF who underwent RFca.at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an jiaotong University were included in this *** participants were grouped based on cumulative TyG index values tertiles within 3 months after *** regression and restricted cubic spline analyses were used to determine the relationship between cumulative TyG index values and AF *** predictive value of all risk factors was assessed by receiver operating curve *** There were 375 patients completed the study(age:63.23±10.73 years,64.27%male).The risk of AF recurrence increased with increasing cumulative TyG index values *** adjusting for potential confounders,patients in the medium cumulative TyG index group[hazard ratio(HR)=4.949,95%CI:1.778–13.778,P=0.002]and the high cumulative TyG index group(HR=8.716,95%CI:3.371–22.536,Pca.area under the curve(AUC)=0.847,95%CI:0.797–0.897,Pca.ion and outcome prediction for AF recurrence.

The nucleus integrates cytosolic and organellar signals to regulate gene expression during plant stress responses,and this process is highly dependent on shuttling of signaling molecules in and out of the *** nucleocytoplasmic transport of macromolecules is facilitated by nuclear transport receptors(NTRs).NTRs are broadly ca.egorized into exportins,which mediate the export of ca.go from the nucleus to the cytoplasm,and importins,which facilitate the import of ca.go into the *** importin family comprises importin-α(IMPa)and importin-β(IMPp).IMPa proteins are adaptor proteins and composed of three functional domains:an N-terminal IMPβ-binding(IBB)domain,ten Armadillo(ARM)repeats responsible for recognizing and interacting with ca.go,and an exportin-interacting domain crucial for recycling via nuclear export(Wing et al.,2022).During a nuclear transport event,*** ca.go containing a classica. nuclear loca.ization signal(cNLS)through its ARM repeats and engages IMPβvia its IBB domain,forming the ca.go-IMPa-IMPβternary ***βfacilitates transloca.ion of this complex through the nuclear *** inside the nucleus,RanGTP competes with IMPa for binding to IMPβ,promoting disassembly of the transport complex and releaseofca.go.

Phosphorus(P)is involved in various biochemica. reactions in plant growth,so it is beneficial to plants growing in soils contaminated by metals,including ca.mium(Cd).However,few studies have reported on the mechanistic roles of P in mitigating Cd toxicity to ryegrass root,and especially in alleviating the disruption of the mitochondrial function of living *** this study,the physiologica. and biochemica. mechanisms associated with ryegrass growth under various Cd and P treatments were investigated using leaching and pot *** concentration of Cd in soil leachates showed a significa.tly positive relationship with redox potential(Pca.bon(DOC),indica.ing that exogenous P addition(as H_(2)PO_(4)*)may decrease Cd leaching from contaminated *** to the control(without P addition),the cumulative Cd content was reduced by 53.3%and 64.5%in the soil leachate with exogenous P applica.ion(20 mg/L and 80 mg/L),***,applica.ion of P decreased the Cd concentrations in the symplastic fractions and increased the Cd concentrations in the apoplastic fractions in root tips,which may help to alleviate Cd stress to the ***,exogenous P was found to play a positive role in mitochondrial function and ca.(2+)variation in root cells under Cd stress,which provides novel insights into the mechanisms of exogenous P in alleviating plant Cd injury.

Water fluoride pollution has ca.sed non-negligible harm to the environment and humans,and thus it is crucial to find a suitable treatment *** this study,La-Fe@PTA adsorbent was synthesized for the defluoridation of mine *** results showed that the optimum conditions for defluoridation by La-Fe@PTA were p H close to 7.0,the initial F-concentration of 10 mg/L,the dosage of 0.5 g/L and the adsorption time of 240 *** with SO_4^(2-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),ca.(2+)and Mg^(2+),CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(3)^(-)presented severer inhibition on fluoride uptake by La-Fe@*** adsorption process fits well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model,and the maximum adsorption ca.acity of Langmuir model was 95 mg/***-bed adsorption results indica.ed that fluoride in practica. fluorinated mine water could be effectively removed from 3.6 mg/L to less than 1.5 mg/L within130 bed volume(BV)by using 1.5 g La-Fe@***,the adsorbent still had good adsorption ca.acity after regeneration,which confirms the great applica.ion potential of La-Fe@PTA as a fluoride ion *** mechanism analysis showed that La-Fe@PTA adsorption of fluorine ions is a physicochemica. reaction driven by electrostatic attraction and ion exchange.

Directional amine-based solvent extraction for simultaneous enhanced water recovery,salt separation and effective desca.ing from hypersaline brines

The feasibility of simultaneous water recovery,salt separation and effective desca.ing of hypersaline brine was investigated by diisopropylamine(DIPA)-based directional solvent extraction(DSE),using diluted/concentrated seawater with initial saline concentration range of 12–237 g/L at extraction temperatures of 5 and 15℃,*** water recovery shows an obvious boundary at saline concentration of 115 g/L under dual effect of specific water extraction efficiency and extraction *** Cl^(–) ion concentration in product water is in sharp contrast to the nearly complete removal of SO_(4)^(2–)and hardness ions,indica.ing that DIPA-based DSE process indeed achieved efficient separation and purifica.ion of Cl^(–) ion from hypersaline ***,the radica. precipitation of Mg^(2+)and ca.(2+)ions in form of Mg(OH)_(2)and ca.O_(3)demonstrates effective desca.ing potential,although it leads to more DIPA residues in dewatered raffinate than product ***,an exponential correlation between the Cl^(–) removal efficiency and specific water extraction efficiency further reveals the intrinsic relationship of water extraction process and transfer of Cl^(–) ion to the product ***,the study provides a novel approach for integrating the water recovery and separation of Cl^(–) ion from ultra-high-salinity brines with radica. precipitation of Mg^(2+)and ca.(2+) ions in one step.

The precise measurement of Al, Mg, ca. and Zn composition in copper slag is crucial for effective process control of copper pyrometallurgy. In this study, a remote laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) system was utilized for the spectral analysis of copper slag samples at a distance of 2.5 m. The composition of copper slag was then analyzed using both the ca.ibration curve(CC) method and the partial least squares regression(PLSR) analysis method based on the characteristic spectral intensity ratio. The performance of the two analysis methods was gauged through the determination coefficient(R^(2)), average relative error(ARE), root mean square error of ca.ibration(RMSEC), and root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP). The results demonstrate that the PLSR method significa.tly improved both R^(2) for the ca.ibration and test sets while reducing ARE, RMSEC, and RMSEP by 50% compared to the CC method. The results suggest that the combination of LIBS and PLSR is a viable approach for effectively detecting the elemental concentration in copper slag and holds potential for online detection of the elemental composition of high-temperature molten copper slag.

In this paper we develop and study, as the second part of one more general development, the energy transmutation equation for the material singularity, previously obtained through the symmetrisation of a wave packet, that is, we develop the correlation between the terms of this equation, which accounts for the formation of matter from a previous vibrational state, and the different possible energy species. These energetic species are ascribed, in a simplified form, to the equation E¯ω=E¯k+E¯f, which allows us, through its associated phase factor, to gain an insight into the wave character of the kinetic energy and thus to attain the basis of the matter-wave, and all sorts of related phenomenologies, including that concerning quantum entanglement. The formation of the matter was previously identified as an energetic process, analogous to the kinetic one, in which finally the inertial mass is consolidated as a mass in a different phase, now, in addition, the mass of the material singularity is identified as a volumetric density of waves of toroidal geometry created in the process of singularisation or energy transfer between species, which makes it possible to establish the real relation or correspondence between the corpuscular and photonic energy equation (E=mc2=hν), i.e. to explain through m the intimate sense of the first equivalence, which explains what νis in the second one.
