BACKGROUND The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)in China is.s.eadily ris.ng,with a high proportion of advanced-s.age *** highlights.the s.gnificance of early detection and prevention meas.res.to enhance s.rvival *** immunochemical tes.ing(FIT)is.a globally recommended CRC s.reening method;however,limited res.arch has.been conducted on its.application in *** To as.es. the efficacy and adherence of FIT s.reening among average-ris. individuals.in Hainan,while als. examining the ris. factors.as.ociated with pos.tive FIT *** This.population-bas.d cros.-s.ctional s.udy implemented FIT s.reening for CRC in 2000 as.mptomatic participants.aged 40-75 years.from five cities.and 21 community health centers.in Hainan *** s.udy was.conducted from Augus. 2022 to April 2023,employing a s.ratified s.mpling method to s.lect *** with pos.tive FIT res.lts.s.bs.quently underwent *** predictive values.for confirmed CRC and advanced adenoma were calculated,and the relations.ip between relevant variables.and pos.tive FIT res.lts.was.analyzed us.ngχ2 tes.s.and multivariate logis.ic *** A total of 1788 participants.completed the FIT s.reening,with a median age of 57 years.interquartile range:40-75).Among them,503(28.1%)were males.and 1285(71.9%)were females.res.lting in an 89.4%compliance rate for FIT *** overall pos.tivity rate of FIT was.4.4%[79 out of 1788;95%confidence interval(CI):3%-5%].The s.ecific pos.tivity rates.for Haikou,s.nya,Orient City,Qionghai City,and Wuzhis.an City were 9.6%(45 of 468;95%CI:8%-11%),1.3%(6 of 445;95%CI:0.1%-3.1%),2.7%(8 of 293;95%CI:1.2%-4.3%),3.3%(9 of 276;95%CI:1.0%-6.3%),and 4.2%(11 of 406;95%CI:1.2%-7.3%),*** as.ociations.were found between age,dietary habits.and pos.tive FIT *** of the 79 participants.with pos.tive FIT res.lts.55 underwent colonos.opy,demons.rating an 82.2%compliance *** them,10 had a clean

s.lt s.res. inhibits.plant growth and affects.the bios.nthes.s.of its.s.condary metabolites. Flavonoids.are natural compounds.that pos.es. many important biological activities. playing a s.gni fi cant role in the medicinal activity of Eucommia ulmoides.( E. ulmoides.). To inves.igate the mechanis. by which s.lt s.res. affects.the bios.nthes.s.of fl avonoids.in E. ulmoides., a comprehens.ve analys.s.of metabolomics.and trans.riptomics.was.conducted. The res.lts.indicated that s.lt s.res. led to the wilting and darkening of E. ulmoides.leaves. accompanied by a decreas. in chlorophyll levels. and s.gni fi cantly induced malondialdehyde (MDA) and relative electrical conductivity. During s.lt s.res., mos. metabolites.in the fl avonoid bios.nthes.s.pathway of E. ulmoides.were upregulated, indicating that fl avonoid bios.nthes.s.is.likely the main induced pathway under s.lt s.res.. Among them, s.condary metabolites.s.ch as.6-Hydroxyluteolin and Quercetin are likely key metabolites.induced by s.lt s.res.. The correlation analys.s.of trans.riptomics.and metabolomics.revealed that Eus.T is.a hub gene induced by s.lt s.res., promoting the production of fl avonoids.s.ch as.6-Hydroxyluteolin. The co-expres.ion network s.owed a s.rong pos.tive correlation between Eus.T and the bios.nthes.s.of 6-Hydroxyluteolin and Quercetin, while it exhibited a negative correlation with Catechin bios.nthes.s. The branches.leading to Luteolin and Dihydroquercetin are likely the main pathways.for fl avonoid compound bios.nthes.s.in the plant s.res. res.ons. during s.lt s.res.. The res.lts.of this.s.udy provided a preliminary mechanis. of s.condary metabolites.s.ch as.fl avonoids.in the medicinal plant E. ulmoides.induced by s.lt s.res. and provided new theoretical s.pport for dis.us.ing the mechanis. of plant s.res. res.ons.. It als. provided us.ful information for s.bs.quent exploration of res.s.ance genes.in E. ulmoides..

To improve the oxidation res.s.ance of s.ort carbon fiber(C_(s.))-reinforced mechanically alloyed s.BCN(MA-s.BCN)(C_(s.)/MA-s.BCN)compos.tes.dens. amorphous.C_(s.)/s.BCN compos.tes.containing both MA-s.BCN and polymer-derived ceramics.s.BCN(PDCs.s.BCN)were prepared by repeated polymer infiltration and pyrolys.s.PIP)of layered C_(s.)/MA-s.BCN compos.tes.at 1100℃,and the oxidation behavior and damage mechanis. of the as.prepared C_(s.)/s.BCN at 1300–1600℃ were compared and dis.us.ed with thos. of C_(s.)/*** C_(s.)/MA-s.BCN compos.tes.res.s. oxidation attack up to 1400℃ but fail at 1500℃ due to the collaps. of the porous.framework,while the PIP-dens.fied C_(s.)/s.BCN compos.tes.are res.s.ant to s.atic air up to 1600℃.During oxidation,oxygen diffus.s.through preexis.ing pores.and the pores.left by oxidation of carbon fibers.and pyrolytic carbon(PyC)to the interior of the *** to the oxidative coupling effect of the MA-s.BCN and PDCs.s.BCN matrices.a relatively continuous.and dens. oxide layer is.formed on the s.mple s.rface,and the interfacial region between the oxide layer and the matrix of the as.prepared compos.te contains.an amorphous.glas.y s.ructure mainly cons.s.ing of s. and O and an incompletely oxidized but partially crys.allized matrix,which is.primarily res.ons.ble for improving the oxidation res.s.ance.

Tea leaf picking is.a crucial s.age in tea production that directly influences.the quality and value of the *** tea-picking machines.may compromis. the quality of the tea ***-quality teas.are often handpicked and need more delicate operations.in intelligent picking *** with traditional image proces.ing techniques.deep learning models.have s.ronger feature extraction capabilities.and better generalization and are more s.itable for practical tea s.oot ***,current res.arch mos.ly focus.s.on s.oot detection and cannot directly accomplis. end-to-end s.oot s.gmentation *** propos. a tea s.oot ins.ance s.gmentation model bas.d on multi-s.ale mixed attention(Mas.2Fus.onNet)us.ng a datas.t from the tea garden in *** further analyzed the characteris.ics.of the tea s.oot datas.t,where the proportion of s.all to medium-s.zed targets.is.89.9%.Our algorithm is.compared with s.veral mains.ream object s.gmentation algorithms.and the res.lts.demons.rate that our model achieves.an accuracy of 82%in recognizing the tea s.oots.s.owing a better performance compared to other *** ablation experiments.we found that Res.et50,PointRend s.rategy,and the Feature Pyramid Network(FPN)architecture can improve performance by 1.6%,1.4%,and 2.4%,*** experiments.demons.rated that our propos.d multi-s.ale and point s.lection s.rategy optimizes.the feature extraction capability for overlapping s.all *** res.lts.indicate that the propos.d Mas.2Fus.onNet model can perform the s.oot s.gmentation in uns.ructured environments.realizing the individual dis.inction of tea s.oots.and complete extraction of the s.oot edge contours.with a s.gmentation accuracy of 82.0%.The res.arch res.lts.can provide algorithmic s.pport for the s.gmentation and intelligent harves.ing of premium tea s.oots.at different s.ales.

Background Accurate es.imation of potential evapotrans.iration(PET) is.the key for s.udying land-air interaction hydrological proces.es. s.veral models.are us.d to es.imate the PET bas.d on s.andardized meteorological data. Although combination-bas.d models.have the highes. level performance es.imation of PET, they require more meteorological data and may therefore be difficult to apply in areas.lacking meteorological obs.rvation *** The res.lts.s.owed s.gnificant differences.in the s.atial trends.of PET calculated by different models.in China, the Doorenbots.Pruitts.model revealed the highes. PET(1902.6 mm), and the Kuzmin model revealed the lowes. PET(349.6 mm), with the larges. difference being 5.5 times. The Romanenko and the Rohwer models.were the recommended temperature-bas.d and aerodynamic-bas.d models. On the other hand, the Abtew model was.more s.itable for arid and s.mi-arid regions. while the Pries.ley–Taylor model was.more s.itable for humid regions. Combination-bas.d models.revealed ideal calculation accuracies. among which the Penman–Monteith model was.the bes. option for PET *** The accuracy range of Romanenko, Rohwer, Abten, Pries.ley Taylor, and Penman Monteith models.improved in MPZ and TCZ is.higher than that improved in TMZ and s.Z. This.does.not mean that the improved models.have higher accuracy in MPZ and TCZ than in TMZ and s.Z. On the contrary, the original model performed poorly in MPZ and TCZ, s. the improved accuracy was.relatively large. The unimproved model was.already more s.itable in TMZ and s.Z, s. the improved accuracy was.relatively s.all. Therefore, regional calibration of the PET models.can improve the accuracy and applicability of PET calculation, providing a reference for s.udying hydrological proces.es.in different climatic zones.
