The Middle Devonian ostracods from the Jiwozhai patch reef in Dushan, Guizhou Province, South China were described for the first time in this study. Twenty-nine species belonging to 20 genera were identified and figured, including a new species named Wangshangkia jiwozhaiensis sp. nov. The ostracod fauna in the Jiwozhai patch reef represents a Givetian age. The ostracod assemblage belongs to the smooth-podocopid association, which is also ecologically equivalent to the Eifelian Mega-Assemblage Ⅲ. This association is indicative of shallow open-marine environments. The Jiwozhai patch reef fauna is primarily comprised of suspension feeders, including filter-feeding ostracods, corals, brachiopods and bryozoans. Ostracods from the Jiwozhai patch reef were compared to the ostracod faunas from Laurentia-Baltica at generic level, which reveals limited faunal exchanges between South China and Laurentia-Baltica during the Middle Devonian.

xLi2MnO3·（1-x）Li（Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3）O2 （x=0.25, 0.40, 0.55） compounds were prepared by low-heating solid state reaction. In the voltage range of 2.70-4.35 V, the discharge capacity of the electrode decreased with the increase of x, with a better cyclability. However, when cycled between 2.7 and 4.6 V, the cathodes delivered much larger capacities and their capacities increased with the introduction of Li2MnO3. Moreover, it was found that the discharge capacity gradually increased with the cycle number. The reason for this phenomenon was discussed. It was found that the relatively low cut-off potential made the activation of the Li2MnO3 component in the compound a gradual process, which caused the increasing capacity.

Conductivities of lithium bis（oxalato）borate （LiBOB）-ethyl carbonate （EC）/diethyl carbonaten （DEC） electrolytes at 25℃ and 50℃ were studied. The electrolyte component with the highest conductivity at each temperature was obtained through changing the concentration of LiBOB and the ratio of EC/DEC. The mass triangle model was applied to calculate the conductivity of Li- BOB-EC/DEC ternary system at 25℃ and 50℃. The results show that the calculated and experimental results have reached a good agreement. Therefore, it is expected that the experimental work can be vastly reduced by introducing the mass triangle model.

The overall occurrence,stratigraphical distribution,palaeoenvironmental and palaeobiogeographical significances of the ostracod faunas from the Silurian Pulu Formation in the Yalai West Ⅱ section,Nyalam region,southern Tibet,China,are documented for the first ***-two species belonging to 19 genera are identified and figured *** ostracod fauna in the Pulu Formation indicates an age of the late *** ostracods belong to a podocope-rich association,which suggests an offshore environment for the Yalai West II *** ostracods of the Pulu Formation have strong affinities with the South China taxa and also share some similarities with those from *** implies that ostracods could probably benefit from sea-level changes to facilitate faunal exchanges between peri-Gondwana and *** isolation and global sea-level changes are proposed as the primary factors controlling the palaeobiogeographical distribution of ostracods during the Silurian.

In this paper two dimensional elliptic interface problem with imperfect contact is considered,which is featured by the implicit jump condition imposed on the imperfect contact interface,and the jumping quantity of the unknown is related to the flux across the interface.A finite difference method is constructed for the 2D elliptic interface problems with straight and curve interface ***,the stability and convergence analysis are given for the constructed ***,in particular case,it is proved to be *** examples for elliptic interface problems with straight and curve interface shapes are tested to verify the performance of the *** numerical results demonstrate that it obtains approximately second-order accuracy for elliptic interface equations with implicit jump condition.

Sulfide solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted ever-increasing attention due to their superior roomtemperature ionic conductivity(~10^(-2) S cm^(-1)).Additionally,the integration of sulfide SEs and highvoltage cathodes is promising to achieve higher energy ***,the incompatible interfaces between sulfide SEs and high-voltage cathodes have been one of the key factors limiting their ***,this review presents a critical summarization of the interfacial issues in all-solid-state lithium batteries based on sulfide SEs and high-voltage cathodes and proposes strategies to stabilize the electrolyte/cathode ***,the future research direction of electrolyte/cathode interfaces and application prospects of powder technology in sulfide-based ASSLBs were also discussed.

Ultra-high nickel layered oxide cathode material with high energy density is the most promising material to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the poor structural stability and severe surface/interface side reactions of the material lead to poor rate performance and cyclic stability,which limits its application in *** this paper,the dual-modification strategy of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3) coating is used to meet the above *** doping can effectively widen layer spacing and reduce Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) mixing,and La_(2)O_(3) coating can effectively eliminate the residual alkali on the surface of active material,inhibit the thickening of cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)film and reduce surface/interface side ***,the modified material(NM90-CL)with excellent electrochemical properties is achieved through the synergistic enhancement of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3) *** capacity retention rate can reach 77.9%after 200 cycles at 1.0℃ and 75.7%after 200 cycles at 5.0℃.Its reversible capacity can up to 153.5 mAh·g^(–1) at 10.0℃.This dual-modification strategy will provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the synthesis of other high-performance electrode materials.
