Hydraulic directional valve fault diagnosis using a weighted adaptive fusion of multi-dimensional features of a multi-sensor

Because the hydraulic directional valve usually works in a bad working environment and is disturbed by multi-factor noise,the traditional single sensor monitoring technology is difficult to use for an accurate diagnosis of ***,a fault diagnosis method based on multi-sensor information fusion is proposed in this paper to reduce the inaccuracy and uncertainty of traditional single sensor information diagnosis technology and to realize accurate monitoring for the location or diagnosis of early faults in such valves in noisy ***,the statistical features of signals collected by the multi-sensor are extracted and the depth features are obtained by a convolutional neural network(CNN)to form a complete and stable multi-dimensional feature ***,to obtain a weighted multi-dimensional feature set,the multi-dimensional feature sets of similar sensors are combined,and the entropy weight method is used to weight these features to reduce the interference of insensitive ***,the attention mechanism is introduced to improve the dual-channel CNN,which is used to adaptively fuse the weighted multi-dimensional feature sets of heterogeneous sensors,to flexibly select heterogeneous sensor information so as to achieve an accurate *** results show that the weighted multi-dimensional feature set obtained by the proposed method has a high fault-representation ability and low information *** can diagnose simultaneously internal wear faults of the hydraulic directional valve and electromagnetic faults of actuators that are difficult to diagnose by traditional *** proposed method can achieve high fault-diagnosis accuracy under severe working conditions.

The propagation form of internal cracks induced by continuous casting soft reduction and the control strategy for enhancing the internal quality of 45 steel through industrial trials and a three-dimensional flow-heat transfer-solidification coupling model were *** results showed that the internal cracks induced by soft reduction exhibited a characteristic of being"coarse in the middle and fine at both ends",and displayed an elliptical arc distribution on the loose side of the strand cross *** cracks originated within the brittle temperature range and propagated inward to the liquid impenetrable temperature and outward to the zero ductility temperature or *** control strategy for enhancing the internal quality of the 45 steel strand through soft reduction is to adjust the casting speed or the reduction zone appropriately,ensuring that the central solid fraction of the reduction zone falls within the range of *** this point,a reasonable reduction amount is allocated to eliminate the center shrinkage cavities and center segregation,even if it results in minor reduction-induced cracks.

An Innovative Coupled Common-Node Discrete Element Method-Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics Model Developed with LS-DYNA and Its Applications

In this study,a common-node DEM-SPH coupling model based on the shared node method is proposed,and a fluid–structure coupling method using the common-node discrete element method-smoothed particle hydrodynamics(DS-SPH)method is developed using LS-DYNA *** DEM and SPH are established on the same node to create common-node DEM-SPH particles,allowing for fluid–structure *** simulations of various scenarios,including water entry of a rigid sphere,dam-break propagation over wet beds,impact on an ice plate floating on water and ice accumulation on offshore structures,are *** interaction between DS particles and SPH fluid and the crack generation mechanism and expansion characteristics of the ice plate under the interaction of structure and fluid are also *** results are compared with available data to verify the proposed coupling ***,the simulation results demonstrated that controlling the cutoff pressure of internal SPH particles could effectively control particle splashing during ice crushing failure.

Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo)causes bacterial blight(BB),a globally devastating disease of rice(Oryza sativa)that is responsible for significant crop *** and sugar metabolites are important for pathogen infection,providing energy and regulating events associated with defense responses;howev-er,the mechanisms by which they regulate such events in BB are *** an inevitable sugar metabolite,methylglyoxal(MG)is involved in plant growth and responses to various abiotic stresses,but the underlying mechanisms remain *** and how MG functions in plant biotic stress responses is almost completely ***,we report that the Xoo strain PXO99 induces OsWRKY62.1 to repress transcrip-tion of OsGLY Il genes by directly binding to their promoters,resulting in overaccumulation of *** negatively regulates rice resistance against Pxo99:osglyll2 mutants with higher MG levels are more sus-ceptible to the pathogen,whereas OsGLYIl2-overexpressing plants with lower MG content show greater resistance than the wild *** of OsGLYll2 to prevent excessive MG accumulation confers broad-spectrum resistance against the biotrophic bacterial pathogens Xoo and Xanthomonas oryzae *** and the necrotrophic fungal pathogen Rhizoctonia solani,which causes rice sheath *** evidence shows that MG reduces rice resistance against PXO99 through CONSTITUTIVE DISEASE RESISTANCE 1(OsCDR1).MGmodifies the Arg97 residue of OsCDR1to inhibit its aspartic protease activ-ity,which is essential for OsCDR1-enhanced *** together,these findings illustrate how Xoo promotes infection by hijacking a sugar metabolite in the host plant.

Auxiliary ball milling to prepare WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets composite for lithium-ion battery anode materials

A novel nano-WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets(GNSs)composite is obtained by ball milling with xylitol as auxiliary agent and hightemperature *** improves the shear force during ball milling and well overcomes the van der Waals interactions between the interlayer of graphite and WS_(2).Through high-temperature calcination,GNSs and WS_(2) nanosheets can form tight interface *** produced WS_(2)/GNSs composites can be used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,while maintaining a high reversible specific capacity of 705 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 95%at a current density of 250 mA·g^(-1)after 200 cycles,mainly because WS_(2)/GNSs composites have a higher Li^(+)diffusion coefficient of 2.2×10^(-9)cm^(2)·s^(-1)and a higher specific surface area of 70.10 m^(2)·g^(-1).As a result,the xylitol-assisted ball milling method designed in this work is suitable for extended preparation of peeling of two-dimensional layer materials into nanosheets.
