Herein,a new nanozyme/natural enzyme hybrid biosensor was established for ultrasensitive l-glutamic acid(L-Glu)*** Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles with peroxidase-like activity and stability was used as a nanozyme and carrier for immobilizing l-Glutamate oxidase(GLOD)through Schiffff base reaction to construct a chem-enzyme cascade *** resultant Fe_(3)O_(4)-GOLD exhibited a wide linear range(1.−500μM)and a low detection limit of 6.03μM for L-Glu ***,the Fe_(3)O_(4)-GOLD exhibited excellent pH stability,thermal stability,reusability and storage *** repeated nine cycles,Fe_(3)O_(4)-GOLD still retained 70%of its initial ***,Fe_(3)O_(4)-GOLD maintained 50%of its initial activity after storage for 20 days,while free GLOD only retained 20%of its initial *** strategy of integrating biomimetic Fe 3 O4 and natural enzymes for cascade catalysis makes it possible to design an efficient and stable chemo-enzyme composite catalysts,which are promising for applications in biosensing and biomimetic catalysis.

In underground engineering with complex conditions,the bolt(cable)anchorage support system is in an environment where static and dynamic stresses coexist,under the action of geological conditions such as high stresses and strong disturbances and construction conditions such as the application of high *** is essential to study the support components performance under dynamic-static coupling *** on this,a multi-functional anchorage support dynamic-static coupling performance test system(MAC system)is developed,which can achieve 7 types of testing functions,including single component performance,anchored net performance,anchored rock performance and so *** bolt and cable mechanical tests are conducted by MAC system under different prestress *** results showed that compared to the non-prestress condition,the impact resistance performance of prestressed bolts(cables)is significantly *** the prestress range of 50–1.0 k N,the maximum reduction rate of impact energy resisted by different types of bolts is 53.9%–61.5%compared to non-prestress *** the prestress range of 1.0–300 k N,the impact energy resisted by high-strength cable is reduced by76.8%–84.6%compared to non-prestress *** MAC system achieves dynamic-static coupling performance test,which provide an effective means for the design of anchorage support system.

The technology of expansion fracturing with liquid CO_(2)(EFLCO_(2))has attracted increasing attention due to reduced vibration and *** disposable fracturing tube has been developed and is gradually replacing the Cardox ***,there is a lack of impact pressure testing of disposable tubes under real working conditions,selection of gas explosion design parameters,and systematic analysis of blasting *** limitation has constrained the widespread application of disposable fracturing tubes in engineering.A joint monitoring of the pressure-time curves in the disposable tubes and boreholes was *** rock-breaking effect of varying hole spacing parameters in the EFLCO_(2)design was analyzed,and a systematic study was carried out on the vibration peak value,frequency,and energy *** results show that(1.the pressure distribution characteristics,stress peak value,and duration in the disposable tubes are different from those of Cardox tubes,which show multi-peak distribution,low-pressure peak value,and short *** correlation between the pressure in the disposable tube,filling pressure,and liquid CO_(2)weight is established,and a theoretical calculation method for the borehole wall pressure is proposed;(2)The hole spacing in rocks of different hardness is suggested;and(3)At the same scale distance,the peak particle velocity(PPV)caused by EFLCO_(2)(PPVCO_(2))is significantly smaller than that caused by blasting(PPVexplosive).The ratio of PPVexplosive to PPVCO_(2)is a power function related to scale distance,and a distance-related zonality exist in this *** frequency composition of the vibration signal caused by EFLCO_(2)is relatively simple with a narrow frequency *** PPV and energy are mainly concentrated in the low-frequency *** research contributes to the optimization of disposable fracturing tubes,gas explosion design,and vibration hazard control.

Recently,an environmentally friendly electrolysis process of soluble vanadates is proposed and successfully confirmed for V_(2)O_(3) *** this paper,the solubilities of various vanadates(***_(3),Na_(4)V_(2)O_(7) and Na_(3)VO_(4))in NaCl molten salt are *** dependences of V_(2)O_(3) extraction on vanadate form,anode material and molten salt system are studied.A long-term electrolysis is carried *** result indicates that the solubilities of all vanadates are high and meet electrolytic *** to Na_(4)V_(2)O_(7) and Na_(3)VO_(4),NaVO_(3) exhibits larger current efficiency and lower electricity *** using SnO_(2) anode instead of graphite anode,the current efficiency of NaVO_(3) electrolysis can be increased to 58.1.and carbon pollution is avoided at 700℃.The extraction rate of V_(2)O_(3) reaches 81.3%after long-term electrolysis of 51.*** work optimizes the electrochemical preparation process of V_(2)O_(3) from various vanadates and contributes to the improvement of current efficiency and extraction rate.

The load rejection transient process of bulb turbine units is critical to safety of hydropower stations,and determining appropriate closing laws of guide vanes(GVs)and runner blades(RBs)for this process is of *** this study,we proposed a procedure to optimize the co-closing law of GVs and RBs by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),combined with the design of experiment(DOE)method,approximation model,and genetic optimization *** sensitivity of closing law parameters on the histories of head,speed,and thrust was analyzed,and a two-stage GVs’closing law associating with a linear RBs’closing law was *** results show that GVs dominate the transient characteristics by controlling the change of *** GVs’first-stage closing speed while shortening first-stage closing time can not only significantly reduce the maximum rotational speed but also suppress the water hammer pressure;slowing GVs’second-stage closing speed is conducive to controlling the maximum reverse axial *** directly affect the runner *** RBs’closing speed can further reduce the rotational speed and the maximum reverse axial *** safety margin of each control parameter,flow patterns,and pressure pulsations of a practical hydropower station were all improved after optimization,demonstrating the effectiveness of this method.

Four distinct types of sulfated peptides have been identiﬁed in Arabidopsis *** peptides play crucial roles in regulating plant development and stress *** studies have revealed that Xan-thomonas and Meloidogyne can secrete plant-like sulfated peptides,exploiting the plant sulfated peptide signaling pathway to suppress plant *** the past three decades,receptors for these four types of sulfated peptides have been identiﬁed,all of which belong to the leucine-rich repeat receptor-like protein kinase subfamily.A number of regulatory proteins have been demonstrated to play important roles in their corresponding signal transduction *** this review,we comprehensively summarize the discov-eries of sulfated peptides and their receptors,mainly in Arabidopsis *** also discuss their known biological functions in plant development and stress ***,we put forward a number of ques-tions for reference in future studies.

Low-cost sensors are widely used to collect high-spatial-resolution particulate matter data that traditional reference monitoring devices *** addition to the mass concentration,the number concentration and size distribution are also fundamental in determining the origin and hazard level of particulate ***,low-cost optical sensors have been improved to establish optical particle sizers(OPSs).In this study,a low-cost OPS,the Nova SDS029,is introduced,and it is evaluated in comparison to two reference instruments—the GRIMM 1.-D and the TSI *** first tested the sizing accuracy using polystyrene latex ***,we assessed the mass and number size distribution accuracy in three application scenarios:indoor smoking,ambient air quality,and mobile *** evaluations suggest that the low-cost SDS029 rivals research-grade optical sizers in many *** example,(1.the particle diameters obtained with the SDS029 are close to the reference instruments(usually1.%)in the 0.3-5μm range;(2)the number of particles and mass concentration are highly correlated(r≥0.99)with the values obtained with the reference instruments;and(3)the SDS029 slightly underestimates the number concentration,but the derived PM_(2.5)values are closer to monitoring station than the reference *** successful application of the SDS029 in multiple scenarios suggests that a plausible particle size distribution can be obtained in an easy and cost-efficient *** believe that low-cost OPSs will increasingly be used to map the sources and risk levels of particles at the city scale.

In recent years,biochar has attracted considerable attention for soil quality improvement and carbon sequestration due to its unique physicochemical ***,the mechanism by which biochar application negatively affects the growth of crop seedlings has not been fully *** this study,a hydroponic experiment was conducted to evaluate the response of rice,wheat,and corn seedlings to biochar application(CK,0 g/L;BC1.0.5 g/L;and BC2,1.0 g/L).Compared with the CK treatment,the BC1.and BC2 treatments decreased the fresh shoot and root weights of rice and corn seedlings(P0.05).For the contents of nutrient elements in seedlings,both BC1.and BC2 treatments hindered the roots from absorbing Fe and Cu and increased the uptake of Ca and *** with the CK treatment,the translocation factor(TF)values of Ca,Mn,and Zn were significantly decreased especially in rice seedlings(35.3%-36.8%,68.7%-76.5%,and 29.8%-22.0%,respectively)under the BC1.and BC2 treatments,while only Mn was significantly decreased in wheat and corn seedlings(P1.~23 nm)were found in the root cells under BC2 treatment *** findings reveal that a large amount of biochar application can reduce nutrient absorption and translocation,and hinder rice,wheat,and corn seedlings,particularly rice seedling,in hydroponic system.
