Background Asthma has been a global problem,especially in *** aim to evaluate the contemporary prevalence and influencing factors of asthma among children aged 3–7 years in Shanghai,*** A random sample of preschool children was included in this *** International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood questionnaire was adopted to assess the childhood *** logistic regression models were used to evaluate the associations between independent variables and childhood *** Of 6389 preschool children who were invited to take part in this study,6163(response rate:96.5%)completed the questionnaire and were included in the *** overall prevalence of asthma was 14.6%which increased more than six folds from 2.1%in *** male,younger age,preterm delivery,being born in spring or autumn,being delivered by elective cesarean section without indication,miscarriage,high socioeconomic status,having allergy history,and exposure to passive smoking,latex paint,and dust were potential risk factors for childhood *** more time outdoors(>30 min/day),having indoor plants,and cleaning rooms more frequently were potential protective *** The prevalence of childhood asthma in Shanghai has increased dramatically during the past three *** findings about risk and protective factors of childhood asthma could be used to develop appropriate strategies to prevent and control childhood asthma in Shanghai and in other similar metropolitan cities.

＜正＞The mammalian cerebral cortex receives and integrates sensory information from the body,and sends out regulatory controlling signals by descending projection neurons in the layer V of *** neurons from motor and sensory cortices innervate distinct subcortical brain *** cortical neurons projects to the superior colliculus, in contrast,motor neuron axons terminate in the spinal *** maturation of different projections is an early postnatal process due to selective axon *** discover the key molecules underlying the different projection neurons,we have labeled the subcortical projection neurons in P8 mouse brain by retrograde tracing from the pyramidal decussation, and isolated the labeled neurons from visual and motor cortices separately by laser capture *** amplification,the mRNA profiles were determined by microarray screening,and compared each other as well as to that from the cortical *** have identified multiple genes that are highly enriched in the subcortical projection neurons. Among them,more than 100 genes were found to be differentially expressed in the projection neurons from visual cortex compared to that from motor *** expression pattern is being verified by real-time PCR and in situ *** differentially expressed genes may contribute to the developmental axon prunning,which will be tested by altering their expression in vivo.

＜正＞Hereditary spastic paraplegia is an inherited neurological disorder manifested by progressive spasticity and weakness of the *** most common early-onset form of HSP is caused by mutations in the human gene SPG3A that results in degeneration of corticospinal projection *** early postnatal mice,spg3a is expressed in hippocampus, and enriched in the layer V of cerebral cortex,which contains long subcortical projection *** study the function of spg3a in vivo,we over expressed it in the upper layers（Ⅱ/Ⅲ） of cortex via in utero electroporation,and examined the development of callosal projection *** generation and radial migration of labeled neurons expressing spg3a were *** of spg3a did not interfere with the axons crossing corpus callosum,instead,some labeled axons elongate and reach to the contralateral of cortex earlier than those from the control *** addition,spg3a expressing neurons were clearly reduced when mice were examined 14 days after birth,suggesting that over-expression of Spg3a may induce neuronal cell *** hypothesize that Spg3a could be involved in postnatal development and maturation of cortical projection *** we are trying to determine consequences of the disease-causing mutations of SPG3A to the developmental processes when expressed in vivo.

Viscosity and structure relationship with equimolar substitution of CaO with MgO in the CaO–MgO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)slag melts

Currently,the Al_(2)O_(3)content in the high-alumina slag systems within blast furnaces is generally limited to 16wt%–18.5wt%,making it challenging to overcome this *** most studies that concentrated on managing the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio or basicity,this paper explored the effect of equimolar substitution of MgO for CaO on the viscosity and structure of a high-alumina CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)slag system,providing theoretical guidance and data to facilitate the application of high-alumina *** results revealed that the viscosity first decreased and then increased with higher MgO substitution,reaching a minimum at 15mol%MgO *** transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results found that the depths of the troughs representing[SiO_(4)]tetrahedra,[AlO_(4)]tetrahedra,and Si-O-Al bending became progressively deeper with increased MgO *** of the Raman spectra showed that the average number of bridging oxygens per Si atom and the X_(Q^(3))/X_(Q^(2))(X_(Q^(i))is the molar fraction of Q^(i) unit,and i is the number of bridging oxygens in a[SiO_(4)]tetrahedral unit)ratio increased from 2.30 and 1.02 to 2.52 and 2.14,respectively,indicating a progressive polymerization of the silicate structure.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results highlighted that non-bridging oxygen content decreased from 77.97mol% to 63.41mol% with increasing MgO concentration,whereas bridging oxygen and free oxygen contents *** analysis demonstrated a gradual increase in the polymerization degree of the tetrahedral structure with the increase in MgO ***,bond strength is another important factor affecting the slag *** occurrence of a viscosity minimum can be attributed to the complex evolution of bond strengths of non-bridging oxygens generated during depolymerization of the[SiO_(4)]and[AlO_(4)]tetrahedral structures by CaO and MgO.

MicroRNA expression profiling found that MicroRNA-218 was enriched in the sorted layer V *** of MicroRNA-218 had more than twofold increase in the layer V neurons compared to that of non-fluorescent control as determined by real time PCR assay of the micro *** vivo expression of MicroRNA-218 significantly reduced the mRNA for Onecutl,Medga1,and Sox5 but not *** vitro expression of the microRNA inhibited the luciferase activity of a fragment containing the binding site of the microRNA in the Satb2 3’UTR,suggesting that the translation of Satb2 may be reduced by *** hypothesize that micro RNAs may regulate the expression of the layer specific transcription factor and modulate the development of the cerebral cortex in vivo.

脑卒中后患者常会遗留不同程度功能障碍,从医疗机构返回至社区家庭过程中,需要各级医疗机构配合互动、上下转介,形成良好的全周期康复闭环。目前,脑卒中全周期康复的落地应用正逐步推进,但仍存在一些阻力。本文以脑卒中全周期康复理念为基础,结合脑卒中社区康复发展现状,思考脑卒中全周期康复-社区康复环节的发展,强调“社区拐点康复”的重要意义以及基层社区康复标准建立的必要性,重视脑卒中患者康复的全周期阶段,探讨社区基层康复的发展策略,切实提高脑卒中患者社区及家庭生存质量。

Association of stent thrombectomy and conventional treatment with neuroprotection, complications, anxiety, and depression in acute ischemic stroke patients
