城市街道场景实例分割算法可以显著提升城市环境感知和智能交通系统的准确性与效率,针对城市街景行人和车辆之间相互遮挡和背景干扰严重等问题,提出一种基于频率注意力机制和多尺度特征融合的实例分割模型FMInst.首先,构建一种高低频注意力机制进行交互编码从而增加高分辨率细节信息.其次,在Swin Transformer主干网络的Patch Merging层引入软池化操作,减少特征信息损失,有效提高小尺度目标分割结果.最后,结合MLP层构建多尺度的深度卷积,有效增强目标局部信息提取,提升实例分割精度.在Cityscapes公共数据集进行对比实验,结果表明FMInst的mAP提高1.2%,达35.6%,同时AP50提高2.2%,达61.4%,极大地改善实例分割的掩码质量和分割效果.

The uncertainties from renewable energy sources(RESs)will not only introduce significant influences to active power dispatch,but also bring great challenges to the analysis of optimal reactive power dispatch(ORPD).To address the influence of high penetration of RES integrated into active distribution networks,a distributionally robust chance constraint(DRCC)-based ORPD model considering discrete reactive power compensators is proposed in this *** proposed ORPD model combines a second-order cone programming(SOCP)-based model at the nominal operation mode and a linear power flow(LPF)model to reflect the system response under ***,a distributionally robust optimization(WDRO)method with Wasserstein distance is utilized to solve the proposed DRCC-based ORPD *** WDRO method is data-driven due to the reason that the ambiguity set is constructed by the available historical data without any assumption on the specific probability distribution of the *** the more data is available,the smaller the ambiguity would *** results on IEEE 30-bus and 123-bus systems and comparisons with the other three-benchmark approaches demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.

We design a novel all-normal flat near-zero dispersion chalcogenide photonic crystal fiber(PCF) for generating midinfrared(MIR) supercontinuum(SC). The proposed PCF with a core made of As2Se3 glass and uniform air holes in the cladding is selectively filled with As2S5 glass. By carefully engineering the PCF with an all-normal flat near-zero dispersion profile, the anomalous-dispersion soliton effect is reduced, thus enabling broadband highly coherent SC to be *** also investigate the influence of the pulse parameters on the SC generation. Broadband SC covering 1.4 μm-10 μm with perfect coherence is achieved by pumping the proposed 3-cm-long PCF with 3-μm 100-fs pulses. The results provide a potential all-fiber realization of the broadband coherent MIR-SC.

基于铜纳米簇（CuNCs）荧光可以覆盖可见光区的特性，制备了多色荧光CuNCs/淀粉复合物，并探索了其在手印显现方面的应用。以还原型L-谷胱甘肽作为还原剂和配体，分别在90℃和室温下的碱性体系中制备了蓝色和橙色荧光CuNCs溶液。利用橙色荧光CuNCs的不良溶剂（乙醇）引发聚集诱导发光效应，获得了具有更高发射强度的橙色荧光CuNCs乙醇-水溶液。以抗坏血酸为还原剂、3-巯基丙酸为配体，在室温下的酸性体系中制备了绿色荧光CuNCs溶液。运用物理表征结合光谱分析，研究了以上3种CuNCs的微粒形貌、化学组成和光学性质。结果表明，在溶液中分散良好的CuNCs具有优异的光致发光性能。通过干燥将CuNCs溶液与淀粉基质复合，研究了CuNCs的种类以及CuNCs与淀粉的配比对产物发射波长和荧光强度的影响，最终得到在365 nm紫外光下具有强烈蓝色、绿色和橙色荧光的CuNCs/淀粉复合物，此复合物适用于手印显现，能显现手印的细节特征和部分三级特征，选用合适的滤光片滤除不同客体的背景干扰，可以拍摄到清晰的手印荧光图像。

文章以黄龙病菌亚洲种为样本分析柑橘黄龙病植株叶片中脉的内生细菌种群,通过对发病样本(HLB)总共24个,空白样本(HC)12个,进行16S rDNA V3-V4区扩增子测序,通过生物信息学分析得到60种有注释的微生物OTU(可认为是60种微生物),发现HC组... 详细信息

文章以黄龙病菌亚洲种为样本分析柑橘黄龙病植株叶片中脉的内生细菌种群,通过对发病样本(HLB)总共24个,空白样本(HC)12个,进行16S rDNA V3-V4区扩增子测序,通过生物信息学分析得到60种有注释的微生物OTU(可认为是60种微生物),发现HC组有54种OTU,HLB组只有38种OTU,其中HC组注释到属水平的有38个属,HLB组有30个属,在HLB组中,黄龙病菌(Candidatus Liberibacter)是优势菌群,平均占比达到81.35%,而在HC组中并未发现黄龙病菌。通过t-test分析发现,发病组和健康组中的Cadidatus Liberibacter和Roseburia2个微生物的占比在属水平上具有显著差异;根据Spearman秩相关性分析发现黄龙病菌与拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、梭形杆菌属(Fusobacterium)及罗氏菌属(Roseburia)3个属呈正相关,与鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、放线菌属(Amnibacterium)、甲基杆菌属(Methylobacterium)及Beijerinckiaceae 1174-901-12这4个属呈负相关。

SnTe has received considerable attention as an environmentally friendly alternative to the representative thermoelectric material of ***,excessive hole carrier concentration in SnTe results in an extremely low Seebeck coefficient and high thermal conductivity,which makes it exhibit relatively inferior thermoelectric *** this work,the thermoelectric performance of p-type SnTe is enhanced through regulating its energy band structures and reducing its electronic thermal conductivity by combining Bi doping with CdSe ***,the carrier concentration of SnTe is successfully suppressed via Bi doping,which significantly decreases the electronic thermal ***,the convergence and flattening of the valence bands by alloying CdSe effectively improves the effective mass of SnTe while restraining its carrier ***,a maximum figure of merit(ZT) of~ 0.87 at 823 K and an average ZT of~ 0.51 at 300-823 K have been achieved in Sn_(0.96)Bi_(0.04)Te-5%*** results indicate that decreasing the electronic thermal conductivity is an effective means of improving the performance of thermoelectric materials with a high carrier concentration.

目的研究肉桂内生真菌Xylaria ***-1-4的次级代谢产物及其抗肉桂枝枯病菌的活性。方法采用现代色谱分离手段,包括反相中压层析柱色谱和半制备高效液相方法分离纯化Xylaria ***-1-4菌株的次级代谢产物;采用现代波谱技术包括紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振光谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)等技术鉴定其结构;采用微量肉汤稀释法体外测定抗肉桂枝枯病菌的活性。结果从肉桂内生真菌Xylaria ***-1-4中分离鉴定得11个化合物,分别为Xylariaopyrone I(1)、3-(4-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-pyran-6-yl)propanoic acid(2)、nodulisporipyrones B(3)、nodulisporipyrones C(4)、nodulisporipyrones A(5)、4R,6S,9S-环(D-4-OH-L-Pro-L-Leu)(6)、环(4-OH-Pro-Phe)(7)、5-carboxymellein(8)、(2S)-butylitaconic acid(9)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(10)和亚油酸(11)。其中化合物4对肉桂枝枯病菌具有较强抑制作用,IC50值为(3.29±0.11)μg/mL,其他化合物表现出中等强度抑制活性(IC503>5,说明当侧链上C-8位存在-OH时,其抗枝枯病活性更强,且R-OH比S-OH活性更强。结论α-吡喃酮衍生物类化合物可能是炭角菌Xylaria ***-1-4的抗肉桂枝枯病菌主要特征性成分,这为进一步寻找新型环保的生物农药提供新思路。
