本文研究了保护剂对合生素冷干粉中益生菌的保护作用及其胶囊贮存条件.并且模拟人体消化环境对其消化影响,(1)采用最适保护剂,细胞冻干存活率和活菌含量最高.蜡样芽孢杆菌分别为84.65%和7.7×109cfu·g-1;植物乳杆菌分别为85.70%和8.5×109cfu·g-1.(2)贮存实验表明:在37℃,RH75%情况下贮存半年益生菌的存活率为41.35%.(3)在人工胃肠液中经过4h作用,益生菌的存活率为52.45%,总菌数为8.49×109 cfu·ml-1.结果表明:减低了对细胞的冻干损伤,解决了胃液和消化酶对益生菌的灭活问题,延长了贮存时间.

人工湿地由于具有运行成本低、维护简单等优点而被广泛应用于养殖废水处理。然而,人工湿地技术普遍存在污染物去除效率受温度影响大等问题。在该研究中,通过构建电活性菌藻生物膜来强化人工湿地系统,对养猪废水进行了自然温度下的处理效能与微生物群落研究,在室外开展了18个月试验,结果表明:电活性菌藻生物膜强化组在夏季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的去除率分别达到98.26%、97.96%、85.45%、95.07%、94.64%和85.45%。在冬季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的去除率分别达到96.10%、91.56%、75.29%、89.94%、92.12%和83.15%。具有良好低温适应性。强化组冬季化学需氧量、氨氮、硝态氮、总氮、总磷、亚硝态氮的出水浓度均满足《禽畜养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596—2001)。相比未构建电活性菌藻生物膜的对照组,以上污染物去除率均分别提高。电活性菌藻膜在冬夏季节的优势微生物均为Cyanobium、Shewanella、Azoarcus,群落结构稳定性高,有利于促进冬季污染物去除率,为提高系统污水处理可靠性提供了保障。

Based on the long wave limit method,the general form of the second-order and third-order rogue wave solutions to the focusing nonlinear Schr?dinger equation are given by introducing some arbitrary *** interaction solutions between the first-order rogue wave and one-breather wave are constructed by taking a long wave limit on the two-breather *** applying the same method to the three-breather solutions,two types of interaction solutions are obtained,namely the first-order rogue wave and two breather waves,the second-order rogue wave and one-breather wave,*** influence of the parameters related to the phase on the interaction phenomena is graphically *** occur among the rogue waves and breather *** the collisions,the shape of them remains *** abundant interaction phenomena in this paper will contribute to a better understanding of the propagation and control of nonlinear waves.

以NH4Cl为气体模板吹制双氰胺制备g-C3N4纳米片,并将其负载于Pt/TiO2纳米管阵列(Pt/TiO2 NTs)上,制备了一种新型的Z型g-C3N4/Pt/TiO2NTs复合电极材料.通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对该材料的结构进行了表征,采用电化学和光电化学方法研究了材料的性能.研究结果显示,在可见光照射下,g-C3N4/Pt/TiO2 NTs复合材料具有高效的光电氧化甲醇的性能.该复合材料的高性能主要归因于以下两点:(1)g-C3N4与Pt/TiO2NTs的结合有效扩展了其在可见光范围的吸收;(2)Z型电荷转移保留了具有强氧化能力的空穴和强还原能力的电子,从而使光生中间体作用于电催化过程增强了甲醇氧化效率.

旋转导向钻井系统(RSS)是定向钻井的核心装备.经过多年攻关,中海油田服务股份有限公司(简称中海油服)研制出了475型旋转导向钻井系统.为了降低该系统在高造斜率井段的疲劳失效风险,本文采用纵横弯曲梁理论建立了475型静态推靠式旋转导向钻具组合(RSBHA)力学分析模型,模拟分析了RSBHA的弯曲应力总体分布规律、最大弯曲应力影响因素及变化规律.研究表明,限定导向头结构参数条件下,适当加长挠性短节并合理调控钻压和导向合力有助于获得较高造斜率并降低BHA(Bottom-Hole Assembly,底部钻具组合)最大曲率和弯曲应力,最终降低挠性短节疲劳失效风险.研究成果能够为提升该系统的工作能力和安全可靠性提供支持.

New method for multibody dynamics based on unknown constraint force

This paper presents a new method for the dynamics of multibody systems based on unknown constraint force. The method can uniformly solve multibody systems with typical configurations, including the system with rigid-flexible coupling, the system in tree topology, and the system with loop constraints. Unlike common methods, the proposed method can model the loop system without “cutting off” loop constraints, leading to the exact same modelling process as the tree-like system performs. Based on graph theory, a topological record matrix M_(rec) is proposed to capture the arbitrary system configuration. Moreover, constraint forces are selected as the key variables in semi-recursive framework. With the recursive kinematics relationship between adjacent bodies, the constraint force equation is further assembled to achieve the full-state system solution. The numerical simulations demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method.

BACKGROUND Solitary fibrous tumors(SFT)are rare spindle cell tumors that are usually benign.A total of 10 cases of SFTs in the upper esophagus have ever been ***,we report the anesthetic management of a patient with a large isolated fibrous tumor of the upper esophagus compressing the tracheal *** also provide a literature review of the current *** SUMMARY We report the case of a 49 year old male with“cough aggravation and wheezing after exercise”,who underwent esophagectomy for a large isolated fibrous tumor compressing the tracheal membrane in the upper *** advise the use of a single-lumen tube with a blocker in patients with difficult airways to reduce the incidence of airway injury and fibrinoscopy at all stages of the perioperative period to guide airway *** case study is the first report of the anesthetic management of a large,isolated fibrous tumor compressing the tracheal membrane in the upper *** This rare case emphasizes the importance of perioperative management of anesthesia in patients with large isolated fibrous tumors of the upper esophagus that compress the tracheal *** use of blocker reduce the incidence of airway injury and fibrinoscopy at the perioperative period to guide airway mana-gement.
