A new one-dimensional（ID） fluoroaluminophosphate chain（C4H15N3）[AlPO4F2]（denoted AIPO-CJ28） was synthesized in the concentrated fluoride synthetic medium with a gel composition of 1.0Al（OPr^1）a：1.0H3PO4： 5.4DETA：1.3HF：2.0H2O（DETA=diethylenetriamine）. The reagents were mixed directly without introducing additional water solvent. The 1D chain is constructed by alternating AlO2F2 arid doubly bridging PO4 tetrahedra to form the simplest serrate chain. AIPO-CJ28 can be transformed to another 1D aluminophosphate chain A1PO-CSC upon further crystallization at 230 ℃.

This paper presents the gas distribution analysis by injecting air fountain into the containment and simulations with the HYDRAGON code. Turbulence models of standard k-ε(SKE), re-normalization group k-ε(RNG) and a realizable k-ε(RLZ) are used to assess the effects on the gas distribution analysis during a severe accident in a nuclear power plant. By comparing with experimental data,the simulation results of the RNG and SKE turbulence models agree well with the experimental data on the prediction of dimensionless density distributions. The results illustrate that the turbulence model choice had a small effect on the simulation results, particularly the region near to the air fountain source.

It remains a significant challenge to fabricate self-healing aerogels with excellent flame ***,we develop a class of biomass aerogels by electrostatically assembling chitosan(CS),phytic acid(PA),and itaconic acid(IA).The electrostatic interaction between CS and IA is weak and dynamic,so freeze-drying the solution of CS and IA enables the formation of continuous aerogel skeleton with self-healing ability and re-programmability;in comparison,the electrostatic interaction between CS and PA is strong and less dynamic,and thus mixing PA with CS in aqueous solution leads to fine precipitates of high flame retardancy due to the synergistic phosphorus-nitrogen *** the continuous skeleton and the fine precipitates results in self-healing aerogles with UL-4 V-0 rating of flame retardancy aerogels and autoextinguishable ***,the aerogels after burning in flame for 30 s form a skin-core structure,and the carbonized skin protects the integrity of the aerogels and the self-healing ability of the internal ***,this work provides a facile strategy to develop multifunctional aerogels which hold great promise for advanced applications.

Fine particle detachment and subsequent migration can lead to severe pore plugging and consequent permeability decline. Therefore, it is crucial to quantify the critical condition when fine particle detachment occurs. The frequently observed deviations or even contradictions between experimental results and theoretical predictions of fines detachment arise from an insufficient understanding of adhesion force that can be highly influenced by salinity and temperature. To clarify the intrinsic influence of salinity and temperature on fines detachment, adhesion forces between carboxyl microspheres and hydrophilic silica substrates in an aqueous medium were measured at various salinities and temperatures using atomic force microscopy(AFM). The AFM-measured adhesion force decreases with increasing salinity or temperature. Trends of mean measured adhesion forces with temperature and salinity were compared with the DLVO and XDLVO theories. DLVO theory captured the trend with temperature via the impact of temperature on electric double layer interactions, whereas XDLVO theory captured the observed trend with salinity via the impact of salinity on the repulsive hydration force. Our results highlight the significance of hydration force in accurately predicting the fate of fines in porous media.

Objective To investigate the possible protection provided by oral quercetin pretreatment against hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The quercetin （0.13 mmol/kg） was orally administrated in 50 min prior to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Ascorbic acid was also similarly administered. The hepatic content of quercetin was assayed by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Plasma glutamic pyruvic transaminase （GPT）, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase （GOT） activities and malondialdehyde （MDA） concentration were measured as markers of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Meanwhile, hepatic content of glutathione （GSH）, activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and xanthine oxidase （XO）, total antioxidant capacity （TAOC）, contents of reactive oxygen species （ROS） and MDA, DNA fragmentation were also determined. All-safe liquid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASLS-LIBs) is of great interest as they can potentially combine the safety of all-solid-state batteries with the high performance and low manufacturing cost of traditional liquid-state LIBs. However, the practical success of ASLS-LIBs is bottlenecked by the lack of advanced separator technology that can simultaneously realize high performances in puncturing-tolerability,fire-resistance, and importantly, wetting-capability with non-flammable liquid-electrolytes. Here, we propose a concept of inorganic in-situ separator(IISS) by hybrid-sol physical crosslinking directly onto the electrode surface to address the above challenges. Particularly, the hybrid-sol is designed with silica nanoparticles as the building block and poly(vinylidene difluoride) nanoparticles as the crosslinking agent. The critical factors for controlling the IISS microstructures and properties have been systematically investigated. The advantages of the IISS have been confirmed by its fast wetting with various fireresistant liquid-electrolytes, customizable thickness and porous structures, robust interface with planar or three-dimensional(3D)-structured electrodes, and importantly, unexpected self-adaptability against puncturing. Enabled by the above merits, a fire-resistant ASLS-LIB is successfully assembled and demonstrated with stable electrochemical performance. This sol-crosslinked IISS may open an avenue for the studies on the next-generation separator technology, cell assembling, solid electrolyte processing as well as non-flammable secondary batteries.

Metabolomic Study on Vitamins B_1, B_2, and PP Supplementation to Improve Serum Metabolic Profiles in Mice under Acute Hypoxia Based on ~1H NMR Analysis

Objective To explore metabolic changes after acute hypoxia and modulating effect of vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation in mice exposed to acute hypoxia. Methods Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups： normal, acute hypoxia, acute hypoxia with 2, 4 and 8 time- vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation . All mice were fed with corresponding diets for two weeks and then were exposed to a simulated altitude of 6 000 meters for 8 h, except for the normal group. Nuclear magnetic resonance analysis was used to identify the changes of serum metabolic profiles. Results There were significant changes in some serum metabolites under induced acute hypoxia, essentially relative increase in the concentrations of lactate, sugar and lipids and decrease in ethanol. The serum levels of choline, succinate, taurine, alanine, and glutamine also increased and phosphocholine decreased in the acute hypoxia group. After vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation, all these metabolic changes gradually recovered. Conclusion Significant changes in serum metabolic profile were observed by metabolomics in mice exposed to acute hypoxia, and vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation proved to be beneficial to improving some metabolic pathways. It is suggested that the dietary intakes of vitamins B1, B2, and PP should be increased under hypoxia condition.

A 12-metal Zn（Ⅱ）-Nd（Ⅲ） cluster 1（sizes:1.8 nm×2.0 nm×2.0 nm） was synthesized from a long-chain type Schiff base *** displays ratiometric fluorescence response to neopterin（Neo） with high selectivity and sensitivity,which can be expressed by the equation I545nm/I1060nm=A·[Neo]2+B·[Neo]+C.1 is used to quantitatively test Neo concentrations in fetal calf serum（FCS） and urine,and the recovery ranges are 98.57%-103.82% and 99.25%-103.50%,respectively,while the relative standard deviations（RSDs） are 7.89%-9.46% and 1.85%-4.16%,*** limits of detection of 1 to Neo in FCS and urine are 0.034 and 0.021 μmol/L,respectively.
