金属阳离子和硝基芳香族爆炸物的大量排放对环境和人体健康造成了严重威胁,对它们的高效检测具有重要的研究意义和挑战性,金属-有机骨架(MOFs)是一类新型的荧光传感检测材料.本文采用溶剂热法合成了一例具有fcu拓扑结构的Eu-MOF材料,[(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)]_(2)[Eu_(6)(μ_(3)-OH)_(8)(EDDC)_(6)]·8DMA·3MeOH·6H_(2)O[JLUMOF128,H_(2)EDDC=(E)-4,4′-(乙烯-1,2-取代基)二苯甲酸],并通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、红外光谱、元素分析和热重分析对其结构及组成进行了表征.结果表明,由于荧光配体H_(2)EDDC的引入,JLU-MOF128表现出显著的荧光性能,在DMF溶液中对Fe^(3+)、2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)和2,4-二硝基苯酚(2,4-DNP)具有较好的检测效果,Ksv值分别为2.09×10^(4),8.49×10^(4)和5.75×10^(4)L/mol,检测限分别为5.99,1.51和1.93μmol/L.在金属阳离子和硝基芳香族爆炸物的检测方面,JLU-MOF128是一种理想的多感应荧光传感材料.

Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis is a commensal bacterium that predominates in the infant gut， playing a critical role in both preventing foreign infections and facilitating immune development. This study aimed to explore the effects of B. longum subsp. infantis supplementation on interferon-beta (IFN-β) secretion and intestinal barrier improvement in growing mice. Female and male mice were orally administered either saline or B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 or I5TI (1 × 109CFU/mice per day， n = 8) from 1-week-age until 3-， 4-， and 5-week-age. RNA sequencing analysis revealed that CCFM1269 exhibited potential antiviral capacity through increasing 2’-5’ oligoadenylate synthetase (OAS). Additionally， CCFM1269 supplementation significantly increased colonic IFN-β levels which combined with OAS in 3-week-old female and male mice by activating the TLR4-TRIF-dependent signaling pathway. However， this effect was not observed in 4- and 5-week-old mice. Furthermore， both CCFM1269 were found to modulate the gut microbiota composition and enhance the intestinal barrier function in 3-， 4-， and 5-week-old mice. In summary， the results of this study suggested that B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 promoting intestinal barrier and releasing IFN-β in growing mice was in a strain-specific and time-dependent manner.

In medical image segmentation, it is often necessary to collect opinions from multiple experts to make the final decision. This clinical routine helps to mitigate individual bias. However, when data is annotated by multiple experts, standard deep learning models are often not applicable. In this paper, we propose a novel neural network framework called Multi-rater Prism (MrPrism) to learn medical image segmentation from multiple labels. Inspired by iterative half-quadratic optimization, MrPrism combines the task of assigning multi-rater confidences and calibrated segmentation in a recurrent manner. During this process, MrPrism learns inter-observer variability while taking into account the image's semantic properties and finally converges to a self-calibrated segmentation result reflecting inter-observer agreement. Specifically, we propose Converging Prism (ConP) and Diverging Prism (DivP) to iteratively process the two tasks. ConP learns calibrated segmentation based on multi-rater confidence maps estimated by DivP, and DivP generates multi-rater confidence maps based on segmentation masks estimated by ConP. Experimental results show that the two tasks can mutually improve each other through this recurrent process. The final converged segmentation result of MrPrism outperforms state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods for a wide range of medical image segmentation tasks. AIM:To compare the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with internal limiting membrane(ILM)and silicone oil or sterile air tamponade for the treatment of myopic foveoschisis(MF)in highly myopic ***:This retrospective study included 48 myopic eyes of 40 patients with MF and axial lengths(ALs)ranging from 26-32 mm treated between January 2020 and January *** patients were underwent PPV combined with ILM peeling followed by sterile air or silicone oil tamponade and followed up at least *** on the features on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT),the eyes were divided into the MF-only group(Group A,n=15 eyes),MF with central foveal detachment group(Group B,n=20 eyes),and MF with lamellar macular hole group(Group C,n=13 eyes).According to AL,eyes were further divided into three groups:Group D(26.01-28.00 mm,n=12 eyes),Group E(28.01-30.00 mm,n=26 eyes),and Group F(30.01-32.00 mm,n=10 eyes).The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central foveal thickness(CFT),and complications were ***:The patients included 16 males and 24 females with the mean age of 56±*** BCVA and CFT improved in all groups after surgery(P0.05).The intergroup differences of BCVA and CFT postoperatively were statistically significant in Group D,E,and *** eyes were injected with sterile air,and 28 eyes were injected with silicone oil for tamponade based on the ***,there was no statistically significant difference among Groups D,E,and F in terms of the results of sterile air or silicone oil *** mean recovery time was 5.9mo for MF patients subjected to silicone oil tamponade and 7.7mo for patients subjected to sterile air tamponade,and the difference was not statistically ***:PPV and ILM peeling combined with silicone oil or sterile air tamponade can achieve good results for MF in highly myopic eyes with ALs

以金线鱼肌球蛋白为原料,添加10%不同复配比例的马铃薯淀粉(PS)-卵清蛋白(OVA),研究其与肌球蛋白间的相互作用及其对肌球蛋白凝胶特性的影响。采用粒径、Zeta电位、巯基、表面疏水性和紫外光谱分析PS-OVA-肌球蛋白混合体系中组分的相互作用,进一步结合流变行为、分子间作用力、微观结构等揭示PS-OVA-肌球蛋白互作对肌球蛋白凝胶的影响。结果表明,添加10%的PS-OVA复配物后,PS-OVA-肌球蛋白混合体系的紫外吸光度、总巯基含量和表面疏水性分别增加了5.53%,24.28%和17.53%,净电荷减小40.75%,表明PS-OVA-肌球蛋白混合体系中存在疏水作用、氢键、二硫键等非共价作用和共价作用,促使肌球蛋白构象变化。同时,随着外源复配物中PS的增加和OVA的减少,PS-OVA-肌球蛋白混合凝胶的凝胶强度、硬度、β-折叠含量和储能模量分别先增加了7.68%,20.10%,11.03%和12.07%后又下降至0.94%,7.77%,0.08%和4.99%。当PS-OVA复配比为3∶7时,混合体系的紫外吸光度最高,净电荷最小,粒径、巯基含量和表面疏水性最大;加热后3∶7的PS-OVA组混合凝胶的凝胶强度、硬度和β-折叠含量最高,且凝胶网络结构最致密、均匀。结论:质量比(3∶7)的PS-OVA复配可促进混合体系中组分的相互作用,通过疏水作用、氢键、二硫键等促进蛋白分子的交联聚集,填充肌球蛋白凝胶网络,从而改善肌球蛋白的凝胶特性。

lithium-sulfur(li-S)batteries mainly rely on the reversible electrochemical reaction of between lithium ions(li^(+))and sulfur species to achieve energy storage and conversion,therefore,increasing the number of free li^(+)and improving the li^(+)diffusion kinetics will effectively enhance the cell ***,Mo-based MXene heterostructure(MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C)was developed by partial vulcanization of Mo_(2)C MXene,in which the introduction of similar valence S into Mo-based MXene(Mo_(2)C)can create an electron delocalization *** theoretical simulations and electrochemical characterisation,it is demonstrated that the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C heterojunction can effectively promote ion desolvation,increase the amount of free li^(+),and accelerate li^(+)transport for more efficient polysulfide *** addition,the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C material is also capable of accelerating the oxidation and reduction of polysulfides through its sufficient defects and vacancies to further enhance the catalytic ***,the li-S battery with the designed MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C electrocatalyst performed for 500 cycles at 1 C and still maintained the ideal capacity(664.7 mAh·g^(−1)),and excellent rate performance(567.6 mAh·g^(−1)at 5 C).Under the extreme conditions of high loading,the cell maintained an excellent capacity of 775.6 mAh·g^(−1)after 100 *** also retained 838.4 mAh·g^(−1)for 70 cycles at a low temperature of 0℃,and demonstrated a low decay rate(0.063%).These results indicate that the delocalized electrons effectively accelerate the catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfide,which is more practical for enhancing the behaviour of li-S batteries.

Chemodynamic therapy(CDT),an inventive approach to cancer treatment,exploits innate chemical processes to trigger cell death through the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).While offering advantages over conventional treatments,the optimization of CDT efficacy presents challenges stemming from suboptimal catalytic efficiency and the counteractive ROS scavenging effect of intracellular glutathione(GSH).In this study,we aim to address this dual challenge by delving into the role of copper valence states in *** the unique attributes of copper-based nanoparticles,especially zero-valent copper nanoparticles(CuPd NPs),we aim to enhance the therapeutic potential of *** experiments reveal that zero-valent CuPd NPs outperform divalent copper nanoparticles(Ox-CuPd NPs)by displaying superior catalytic performance and sustaining ROS generation through a dual approach integrating peroxidase-like(POD-like)activity and Cu+***,zero-valent NPs exhibit enhanced GSH depletion compared to their divalent counterparts,thereby intensifying CDT and inducing ferroptosis,ultimately resulting in high-efficiency tumor growth *** findings reveal the impact of valences on CDT,providing novel insights for the optimization and design of CDT agents.

Significant nonradiative energy loss and short exciton diffusion length in organic solar cells(OSCs)are two major obstacles to achieving state-of-the-art *** is crucial to conduct a study on the intensive mechanism and improvement strategies for future breakthroughs in the efficiency of *** this work,nonradiative energy loss and exciton diffusion length are optimized simultaneously by incorporating a guest acceptor(LA15)to construct ternary OSC(D18:L8-BO:LA15).Firstly,LA15 exhibits excellent compatibility with the host acceptor L8-BO,and effectively improves the fluorescence quantum efficiency(FLQY),resulting in suppressed non-radiative energy ***,LA15 effectively prolongs the fluorescent lifetime of the acceptor phase from 0.85 to 1.12 ns,leading to larger exciton diffusion length,which is beneficial for reducing geminate ***,the addition of LA15 optimizes the crystallinity of the active layer with amplified charge transport *** a result,the optimized D18:L8-BO:LA15 device achieves ultralow nonradiative energy loss of 0.18 e V and improved fill factor(FF)with high efficiency up to 19.13%.These results highlight the crucial roles of regulating FLQYand exciton lifetime in achieving highefficiency OSCs.
