The forming mechanism of the multi-component polymer melt is always the difficult problem in the study on the composite fiber, due to the difference of the material properties. The study simulated the flow of PET/PA6 composite melt on the influence law for the velocity distribution and the micro hole＇s structure on the influence law for extrusion swelling based on the theory of the rheology and the spinning process and the structure of the spinning components by Polyflow. In addition by comparison with the previous experiments about extrusion swelling, the results show that the value of the swell ratio decreases rapidly at low values of length/ diameter and then levels off as length/diameter is increased further, whereas increases with the die exit angle increasing. The veincity distribution of the composite melt and the micro hole＇s structure have a significant influence on the extrusion swelling, which has very good guidance function for studying the forming mechanism of the composite melt and preparation of the high performance fiber.

In this paper,a novel material for Co(Ⅱ)adsorption,titanate sodium nanotubes(Na_2Ti_2O_5-NTs)were synthesized and characterized,and then they were used to remove Co(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution and compared with titanic acid nanotubes(H_2Ti_2O_5-NTs) and potassium hexatitanate whiskers(K_2Ti_6O_(13)).The results showed that the adsorption of Co(Ⅱ) on the materials was dependent on p H values and was a spontaneous,endothermic ***,Na_2Ti_2O_5-NTs exhibited much more efficient ability to adsorb Co(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution,with the maximum adsorption capacity of 85.25 mg/***,Na_2Ti_2O_5-NTs could selectively adsorb Co(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution containing coexisting ions(Na^+,K^+,Mg^(2+),and Ca^(2+)).The results suggested that Na_2Ti_2O_5-NTs were potential effective adsorbents for removal of Co(Ⅱ) or cobalt-60 from wastewater.

Objective To investigate the possible protection provided by oral quercetin pretreatment against hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The quercetin （0.13 mmol/kg） was orally administrated in 50 min prior to hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Ascorbic acid was also similarly administered. The hepatic content of quercetin was assayed by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Plasma glutamic pyruvic transaminase （GPT）, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase （GOT） activities and malondialdehyde （MDA） concentration were measured as markers of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Meanwhile, hepatic content of glutathione （GSH）, activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and xanthine oxidase （XO）, total antioxidant capacity （TAOC）, contents of reactive oxygen species （ROS） and MDA, DNA fragmentation were also determined. Several eigenvalue properties of the third-order boundary value problems with distributional potentials are ***,we prove that the operators associated with the problems are self-adjoint and the corresponding eigenvalues are ***,the continuity and differential properties of the eigenvalues of the problems are given,especially we find the differential expressions for the boundary conditions,the coefficient functions and the ***,we show a brief application to a kind of transmission boundary value problems of the problems studied here.

Metabolomic Study on Vitamins B_1, B_2, and PP Supplementation to Improve Serum Metabolic Profiles in Mice under Acute Hypoxia Based on ~1H NMR Analysis

Objective To explore metabolic changes after acute hypoxia and modulating effect of vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation in mice exposed to acute hypoxia. Methods Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups： normal, acute hypoxia, acute hypoxia with 2, 4 and 8 time- vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation . All mice were fed with corresponding diets for two weeks and then were exposed to a simulated altitude of 6 000 meters for 8 h, except for the normal group. Nuclear magnetic resonance analysis was used to identify the changes of serum metabolic profiles. Results There were significant changes in some serum metabolites under induced acute hypoxia, essentially relative increase in the concentrations of lactate, sugar and lipids and decrease in ethanol. The serum levels of choline, succinate, taurine, alanine, and glutamine also increased and phosphocholine decreased in the acute hypoxia group. After vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation, all these metabolic changes gradually recovered. Conclusion Significant changes in serum metabolic profile were observed by metabolomics in mice exposed to acute hypoxia, and vitamins B1, B2, and PP supplementation proved to be beneficial to improving some metabolic pathways. It is suggested that the dietary intakes of vitamins B1, B2, and PP should be increased under hypoxia condition.

In-hospital medical complications associated with patient dependency after acute ischemic stroke： data from the China National Stroke Registry

Background The mortality of stroke patients is strongly affected by medical complications. However, there are limited data investigating the effect of in-hospital medical complications on the dependency of stroke patients worldwide. We prospectively and systematically investigated the effect of medical complications on dependency of patients at 3, 6 and 12 months after stroke using the China National Stroke Registry （CNSR）. Methods This prospective cohort study collected data of patients age 〉18 years with acute ischemic stroke in 132 clinical centers distributed across 32 provinces and four municipalities （including Hong Kong region） of China, from September 2007 to August 2008. Data on medical complications, dependency and other information were obtained from paper-based registry forms. Medical complications associated with stroke outcomes were assessed using multivariable Logistic regression. Results Of 11 560 patients with acute ischemic stroke, 1826 （15.80%） presented with in-hospital medical complications. In-hospital medical complications were independent risk factors for dependency of patients at 3 months （adjusted odds ratio （OR） 2.367, 95% confidence interval （CI） 2.021-2.771）, 6 months （adjusted OR 2.257, 95% CI 1.922-2.650）, and 12 months （adjusted OR 1.820, 95% CI 1.538-2.154） after acute ischemic stroke. Conclusion The results demonstrated that the short-term and long-term dependency of acute ischemic stroke patients is significantly associated with in-hospital medical complications in China.
