This paper explores the phenomenological concept ＂we＂ based on a pre-existing understanding of traditional phenomenology alongside a new aspect of the concept by introducing an analysis of ＂we＂ in Korean. The central questions of this paper are whether the ＂we＂ can be understood as more than a collection of individuals, whether the ＂we＂ can precede both ＂I＂ and ＂thou,＂ and whether the ＂we＂ as an extension of the ＂I＂ or an extended self should necessarily mean the plural of the ＂I.＂

The mechanism regulating proteasomal activity under proteotoxic stress conditions remains ***,we showed that arsenite-induced proteotoxic stress resulted in upregulation of Arabidopsis homologous PUB22 and PUB23 U-boxE3 ubiquitin ligases and that pub22 pub23 double mutants displayed arsenite-insensitive seed germination and root growth ***22/PUB23 downregulated 26 S proteasome activity by promoting the dissociation of the 19 S regulatory particle from the holo-proteasome complex,resulting in intracellular accumulation of UbG76 VGFP,an artificial substrate of the proteasome complex,and insoluble poly-ubiquitinated *** results suggest that PUB22/PUB23 play a critical role in arsenite-induced proteotoxic stress response via negative regulation of 26 S proteasome integrity.

Dear Editor,Here, we report the developmental regulation of proteolytic cleavage of the FLOWERING LOCUS T （FT） protein. FT, a mem- ber of the phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein （PEBP） family, functions as a florigen or a component of florigen. PEBP binds phosphoethanolamine, and its ligand-binding domain is evolutionarily conserved from bacteria to plants and animals （Schoentgen and Jolles, 1995; Bradley et al., 1996）. Highly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment containing various protumoral immune cells accelerates malignant transformation and treatment *** particular,tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),as the predominant infiltrated immune cells in a tumor,play a pivotal role in regulating the immunosuppressive tumor *** a potential therapeutic strategy to counteract TAMs,here we explore an exosome-guided in situ direct reprogramming of tumor-supportive M2-polarized TAMs into tumor-attacking M1-type *** derived from M1-type macrophages(M1-Exo)promote a phenotypic switch from anti-inflammatory M2-like TAMs toward pro-inflammatory M1-type macrophages with high conversion *** M1 macrophages possessing protein-expression profiles similar to those of classically activated M1 macrophages display significantly increased phagocytic function and robust cross-presentation ability,potentiating antitumor immunity surrounding the ***,these M1-Exo also lead to the conversion of human patient-derived TAMs into M1-like macrophages that highly express MHC class II,offering the clinical potential of autologous and allogeneic exosome-guided direct TAM reprogramming for arming macrophages to join the fight against cancer.

FALSE FAILURE RETURNS： OPTIMAL PRICING AND RETURN POLICIES IN A DUAL-CHANNEL SUPPLY CHAIN

This paper aim is to examine the optimal pricing and return policies for false failure returns in a dual-channel supply chain. Four prevailing return policies in which a manufacturer both operates an E-shop and sells its product through a brick-and-mortar retailer are analyzed, i.e. （I） the manufacturer handlings E-shop＇s returns, while the retailer addresses brick-and-mortar store＇s returns （NR）; （II） the retailer tackles the whole （both E-shop＇s and brick-and-mortar store＇s） returns （ORR）; （III） the manufacturer tackles the whole returns （ORM）; and （IV） the manufacturer and the retailer are jointly responsible for the whole returns （RRM）. Firstly, the optimal pricing and return policies comparing these four scenarios under uniform-pricing strategy are presented. Our conclusions show that the ORR is an optimal return policy. Compared with the NR, consumers will get a lower product pricing under the ORR and a higher product pricing under the ORM. With regard to the RRM, the product pricing is depended on consumer preference, return-rates of the E-shop and the brick-and-mortar store. Then, the optimal pricing and return policies are analyzed under differential-pricing strategy by conducting two-stage sequential games between the manufacturer and the retailer. The findings show that if consumers in the market prefer to purchase via the E-shop, the ORR is an optimal return policy. Otherwise, the NR is the optimal return policy. Compared with the NR, the ORR retailer＇s product pricing will rely on the retailer＇s and the manufacturer＇s return-costs; the RRM retailer＇s product pricing will depend on the return-costs of the retailer and the manufacturer, the return-rates of the E-shop and the brick-and-mortar store and so on. Finally, the influences of the manufacturer and the retailer establishing a Buy-back contract are discussed. Efficacy of early treatment with infliximab in pediatric Crohn’s disease

AIM: To investigate the effectiveness of early infliximab use for induction and maintenance therapy in pediatric Crohn’s disease. METHODS: We performed a retrospective chart review of 36 patients with Crohn’s disease. Ten patients (group A) were treated with mesalamine after induction therapy with oral prednisolone, and 13 patients (group B) were treated with azathioprine after induction therapy with oral prednisolone. Thirteen patients (group C) received infliximab and azathioprine for induction and maintenance therapy for the first year, and were treated with azathioprine after 1 year. All patients were followed for at least 24 mo. Efficacy was determined by the relapse rate using the pediatric Crohn’s disease activity index score in each group at 12 and 24 mo. RESULTS: At the 1 year follow-up, the relapse ratee, Mi jin kim, Hae Jeong Lee, Yon Ho Choe (23.1%, 3 of 13 patients) in group C was lower than that (61.5%, 8 of 13 patients) in group B (P = 0.047). At the 2 years follow-up, the relapse rate (38.5%, 5 of 13 patients) in group C was lower than that (76.9%, 10 of 13 patients) in group B (P = 0.047). Adverse events in group C were fewer than in groups A and B. CONCLUSION: Early induction with infliximab at diagnosis, known as "top-down" therapy, was effective for reducing the relapse rate compared to conventional therapies for at least 2 years.
