Sum frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy(SFG-VS)has been demonstrated to be a powerful technique to study the interfacial structures and interactions of biomolecules at the molecular *** most previous studies mainly collected the SFG spectra in the frequency range of 1500–4000 cm-1,which is not always sufficient to describe the detailed interactions at surface and *** knowledge of the complex biophysicochemical interactions between biomolecules and surface requires new ideas and advanced experimental methods for collecting SFG vibrational *** introduced some advanced methods recently exploited by our group and others,including(1)detection of vibration modes in the fingerprint region;(2)combination of chiral and achiral polarization measurements;(3)SFG coupled with surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs);(4)imaging and microscopy approaches;and(5)ultrafast time-resolved SFG *** technique that we integrated with these advanced methods may help to give a detailed and high-spatial-resolution 3D picture of interfacial biomolecules.

骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是中老年人群最常见的骨骼疾病,随着我国老龄化社会的到来,OP已严重影响国人生活质量,现阶段对OP的治疗已经有了相对系统的方案,但抗骨质疏松是一个长期的过程,药物使用周期长、费用高、不良反应较多等一系列问题都为我国的医疗带来了巨大的压力,所以继续研究OP发病机理,寻求更有优势的抗骨质疏松药物显得尤为重要。现研究发现肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)在OP进程中起关键作用,TNF-α介导的骨组织细胞直接或间接发生坏死是导致骨量减少的一个关键因素,TNF家族作为免疫因子对抵抗致病因素对机体的损害起了巨大作用,但是机体内过多的TNF-α则会诱导某些疾病的发生,如OP,它参与多种骨组织细胞死亡方式。本文综述了TNF-α通过程序性坏死、铁死亡、细胞凋亡、自噬等程序性死亡方式导致OP的相关通路,为OP的治疗提供理论依据。

The complex sand-casting process combined with the interactions between process parameters makes it difficult to control the casting quality,resulting in a high scrap rate.A strategy based on a data-driven model was proposed to reduce casting defects and improve production efficiency,which includes the random forest(RF)classification model,the feature importance analysis,and the process parameters optimization with Monte Carlo *** collected data includes four types of defects and corresponding process parameters were used to construct the RF *** results show a recall rate above 90% for all *** Gini Index was used to assess the importance of the process parameters in the formation of various defects in the RF ***,the classification model was applied to different production conditions for quality *** the case of process parameters optimization for gas porosity defects,this model serves as an experimental process in the Monte Carlo method to estimate a better temperature *** prediction model,when applied to the factory,greatly improved the efficiency of defect *** show that the scrap rate decreased from 10.16% to 6.68%.

A new dsungaripterid pterosaur,Ordosipterus planignathus *** ***.,is established on the incomplete articulated lower jaws from the Lower Cretaceous Luohandong Formation in Otog Qi,Ordos Region,Inner Mongolia,*** differs from other dsungaripterids mainly by having broad and low dentary at and just behind the mandibular symphysis,flat dentary dorsal plane forming the distinct lateral ridge with the curved dentary lateral side,and lower alveoli arranged along the dentary dorsolateral margin with wide spacing that increases from rostral to *** represents the first diagnostic pterosaur from the Ordos Region in Inner Mongolia,and further enlarges the geographical distribution of the family Dsungaripteridae from northwestern China(together with western Mongolia)to central North China.

Chroniosuchians are basal tetrapods owing to Anthracosauromorpha and the oldest species of chroniosuchians have been recorded in the Late Permian of Russia so far. In this study, we present evidence for their existence in the Middle Permian of China, based on well preserved diagnostic vertebrae with associated osteoderms from the Dashankou fanua in northwestern China. The finds clearly show interosteoderm articulation pattern between the adjacent scutes in bystrowianids. The features observed in Yumenerpeton yangi may warrant the close proximity or phyletic succession of the chroniosuchid and bystrowianid types of the osteoderm design.

目的优化养殖菊黄东方鲀鱼头汤风味料工艺,提高鱼头副产物的附加值。方法采用养殖菊黄东方鲀鱼头为原料,以黏度、凝胶性质和色泽为指标,筛选最佳浓缩度;利用电子鼻和电子舌技术结合模糊数学感官评价法,以滋味、挥发性风味和感官评价为指标,在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验,对鱼头汤风味料进行工艺优化。结果80%浓缩度鱼头汤的产品属性较好;通过添加辅料调味的鱼头汤具有更丰富的滋味和挥发性风味,以鲜味、芳香成分和硫化物增加为主,获得鱼头汤风味料的最佳工艺配方为:食盐添加量1.1%、胡椒粉添加量0.1%、姜粉添加量0.1%、味精添加量1.7%。最优工艺条件制备的鱼头汤风味料呈奶白色、鲜味浓郁,综合感官评分为4.47分。结论本研究可为河鲀鱼头汤风味料的生产提供一定的理论依据。

Correlation and Pathway Analysis of the Carbon,Nitrogen,and Phosphorus in Soil-Microorganism-Plant with Main Quality Components of Tea(Camellia sinensis)

The contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)in soil-microorganisms-plant signiﬁcantly affect tea quality by altering the main quality components of tea,such as tea polyphenols,amino acids,and ***,few studies have quantiﬁed the effects of these factors on the main quality components of *** study aimed to explore the interactions of C,N,and P in soil-microorganisms-plants and the effects of these factors on the main quality components of tea by using the path analysis *** results indicated that(1)The contents of C,N,and P in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants were highly correlated and collinear,and showed signiﬁcant correlations with the main quality components of tea.(2)Optimal regression equations were established to esti-mate tea polyphenol,amino acid,catechin,caffeine,and water extract content based on C,N,and P contents in soil,microorganisms,and tea plants(R^(2)=0.923,0.726,0.954,0.848,and 0.883,respectively).(3)Pathway analysis showed that microbial biomass phosphorus(MBP),root phosphorus,branch nitrogen,and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)were the largest direct impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,water extracts,amino acid,and caffeine content,*** carbon,root phosphorus,and leaf nitrogen were the largest indirect impact factors on tea polyphenol,catechin,and water extract content,*** carbon indirectly affected tea polyphenol content mainly by altering MBP *** phosphorus indirectly affected catechin content mainly by altering soil organic carbon *** nitrogen indirectly affected water extract content mainly by altering branch nitrogen *** research results provide the scientiﬁc basis for reasonable fertilization in tea gardens and tea quality improvement.

A New Giant Compsognathid Dinosaur with Long Filamentous Integuments from Lower Cretaceous of Northeastern China

A new compsognathid dinosaur, Sinocalliopteryx gigas gen. et sp. nov., is erected based on a complete skeleton from the Early Cretaceous Yixian Formation of western Liaoning, northeastern China. It shares the features with Huaxiagnathus orientalis in having a manus as long as the humerus plus radius, very large and subequally long manual claws I and H, and reduced olecranon process on the ulna. But it differs from Huaxiagnathus orientalis in having the much large size, a very long maxillary process of premaxilla not extending the vertical level of the maxillary antorbital fossa, and the proportionally longer ulna and so on. Sinocalliopteryx gigas gen. et sp. nov. represents the largest species among the known compsognathid dinosaurs, suggesting the tendency of the body enlargement in compsognathids to some extent. The long filamentous integuments are attached to the whole body of this compsognathid, confirming that such integuments evolved firstly in the basal coelurosaurs. This new giant compsognathid was a fierce carnivorous theropod, as shown further by an incomplete dromaeosaurid leg inside its abdominal cavity.
