Multi-scenario land use prediction and layout optimization in Nanjing Metropolitan Area based on the PLUS model

The metropolitan area is a crucial spatial element in promoting new urbanization in *** possesses theoretical and empirical value in the determination of the evolutionary patterns and development trends necessary for regional integration and high-quality *** study focused on Nanjing Metropolitan Area,the first national metropolitan area in China,and established three development scenarios by combining ecological–economic spatial conflict(EESC)zones and national key ecological functional *** scenarios simulate the spatial distribution of future land use and land cover change(LUCC)using the development zone planning function of the patch generation land use simulation(PLUS)*** results show that:(1)Between 2000 and 2020,the most prominent characteristics of land use change were largely the massive expansion of built-up land and the significant decline of farmland,while changes in the area of ecological land were less evident.(2)EESC areas experienced significant changes over the past 20 years,but the overall level of conflict was *** land was the main land use type in the lowest-conflict area,while built-up land was the main land use type in the highest-conflict area.(3)From 2030 to 2050,further expansion of built-up areas is expected,with continued decrease of *** regulation of these land use changes can be achieved through different development zone *** economic development scenario had the largest built-up land area,while the ecological protection scenario had the largest farmland *** study simulates the spatial pattern changes in the metropolitan area based on spatial conflict patterns and national main functional area planning process,providing a scientific reference for future spatial planning and management.

Developing low-loading single-atom catalysts with superior catalytic activity and selectivity in formaldehyde(HCHO)oxidation at room temperature remains ***,ZrO_(2)nanoparticles coupled low-loading Ir single atoms in N-doped carbon(Ir_(1)-N-C/ZrO_(2))was *** optimal Ir_(1)-N-C/ZrO_(2)with 0.25 wt%Ir loading delivers the high HCHO removal and conversion efficiency(>95%)at 20℃,which is higher than that over Ir_(1)-N-C with the same Ir *** specific rate can reach 1285.6 mmol gIr^(-1)h^(-1),surpassing the Ir based catalysts reported to *** functional theory calculation results and electron spin resonance spectra indicate that the introduction of Zr O_(2)nanoparticles modulate the electronic structure of the Ir single atoms,promoting O_(2)activation to·O_(2)^(–).Moreover,the Ir-C-Zr channel is favorable for the dissociation of·O_(2)^(–)to active oxygen atom(*O),and further accelerates the transformation of HCHO and intermediates(dioxymethylene and formates)to CO_(2)and H_(2)*** work provides a facile strategy to design low-loading single-atom catalysts with high catalytic activity toward HCHO oxidation.

Insights into photocatalytic mechanism over a novel Cu2WS4/MoS2 S-scheme heterojunction

A novel efficient Cu2WS4/MoS2step-scheme（S-scheme） heterojunction photocatalyst was constructed for the first time and applied in the removal of environmental *** the as-prepared photocatalysts,the Cu2WS4/MoS2-8 % heterojunc tion photoc atalyst demonstrates the optimal photocatalytic performance,with the catalytic oxidation efficiency of tetracycline（TC） and the catalytic reduction efficiency of Cr6+reaching 93.3%and 82.1 %,*** excellent catalytic properties of Cu2WS4/MoS2heterojunction photocatalysts are attributed to the effective separation pathways of charges and the presence of S-scheme heterojunctions,together with stronger redox *** is speculated that the photogenerated carrier migration path of the Cu2WS4/MoS2catalyst follows the typical S-scheme photocatalytic mechanism,which is verified by the in-depth experimental study and simulated calculations including the electron paramagnetic resonance（EPR） analysis,free radical quenching experiments,charge density distribution,and simulated built-in electric field formation at the interface,which acts as driving force to promote the separation of photoinduced electrons and ***,the photocatalytic mechanism of S-scheme photogenerated carrier migration for the Cu2WS4/MoS2catalyst is revealed based on the systematic experimental techniques and simulated calculations,accounting for its superior photocatalytic oxidation and reduction *** study provides inspiring implications to develop high-efficient S-scheme photocatalytic systems for versatile applications in solarenergy conversion.

数字经济对绿色物流发展的影响机制及区域差异研究

基于2010—2021年中国30个省份面板数据,通过熵值法计算数字经济发展水平,构建固定效应模型和中介效应模型,从数字经济视角出发探究影响绿色物流发展的作用机制。研究结果表明,数字经济显著促进绿色物流发展,同时表现出明显区域差异,东部地区数字经济对绿色物流的影响在5%水平上显著,中部地区在1%水平上显著,而西部地区不显著;中介效应检验结果表明,数字经济可通过刺激技术创新、推动产业结构升级、提高绿色配送效率来促进绿色物流发展。

目的:探讨Nur77特异性激动剂Csn-B联合伊马替尼通过促进Nur77的表达发挥抗慢性髓系白血病细胞活性,并探讨其信号通路的潜在作用。方法:首先应用CCK-8、Transwell法分别检测单独Csn-B、伊马替尼以及两者联合对K562细胞增殖迁移的抑制作用;进一步通过流式细胞术分别检测Csn-B、伊马替尼以及两者联合处理K562细胞的凋亡率,Western blot检测K562细胞中凋亡相关蛋白Nur77、Pim-1、Drp1、p-Drp1 S616、Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平变化;最后再分别检测Csn-B、伊马替尼以及两者联合处理K562细胞活性氧的表达水平。结果:在GSE43754数据集中慢性髓系白血病患者Nur77水平较正常人群显著下降(P<0.001)。Csn-B联合伊马替尼可以显著抑制K562细胞的增殖和迁移(均P<0.001),诱导K562细胞凋亡(P<0.001)。Csn-B可以促进K562细胞中Nur77的表达,且与伊马替尼联合应用后可起到协同作用,增强伊马替尼的敏感性。Csn-B与伊马替尼联合处理较单药处理更能显著增强K562细胞内及线粒体内的ROS水平(均P<0.001)。结论:Csn-B联合伊马替尼可通过Nur77/Pim-1/Drp1通路增强细胞活性氧的表达,诱导K562细胞凋亡。

目的:探讨采用阴部神经阻滞与椎管内镇痛对产妇分娩第二产程的影响。方法:本研究将南昌市第一医院2022年1月—2023年11月收治的108例产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组58例,对照组50例,对照组采用椎管内镇痛,观察组采用阴部神经阻滞。比较两组分娩情况、疼痛评分、新生儿情况、满意度。结果:两组中转剖宫产数、阴道裂伤数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组阴道侧切数、缩宫素使用数、产钳助产数均比对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组第二产程VAS评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组满意度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在第二产程中采用阴部神经阻滞具有减少会阴侧切、缩宫素使用、产钳助产的作用,并且能够在第二产程中减少产妇疼痛,对新生儿无影响,具有明显的镇痛优势,能够被产妇所接受。

Immunoproteasome is a variant of proteasome with structural differences in 20S subunits optimizing them for the production of antigenic peptides with higher binding affinity to major histocompatibility complex(MHC)-I *** from this primary function in antigen presentation,immunoproteasome is also responsible for the degradation of proteins,both unfolded proteins for the maintenance of protein homeostasis and tumor suppressor proteins contributing to tumor *** altered expression of immunoproteasome is frequently observed in cancers;however,its expression levels and effects vary among different cancer types exhibiting antagonistic roles in tumor *** review focuses on the dichotomous role of immunoproteasome in different cancer types,as well as summarizes the current progression in immunoproteasome activators and *** targeting immunoproteasome may be a beneficial therapeutic intervention in cancer treatment and understanding the role of immunoproteasome in cancers will provide a significant therapeutic insight for the prevention and treatment of cancers.
