A mathematical management model’s added value is obtained only after the design and implementation of a user-friendly operating and usage tool. Fol-lowing work on developing an automated inventory management system and/or supplies, a dynamic model for the rational management of product stocks was established. Its implementation aims to limit or eliminate over-stocking and/or stock depletion. The orderable quantity prediction tool based on a settable and preset time period demonstrates the added value of incorporating probabilistic mathematical principles into supply management processes. In this context, this article discusses aspects of the design and implementation of random demand management algorithms based on Mar-kov chains. The goal is to forecast the state or behavior of goods marketing company’s product stocks and to develop a user supply management inter-face. The latter’s functional application will ultimately demonstrate the ac-curacy of the model. This paper also looks at how to use Markov chains to predict the reliability of any technical device, as well as how to implement an automated system with the desired technical specifications.

Bank's Efficiency in Cemac Zone

This study attempts to evaluate the efficiency of twelve commercial banks in CEMAC zone and find out the determinants of those banks'efficiency during the period2007-2010. To achieve this goal, the non parametric method which is the Data Envelopment Analysis is used to estimate the banks efficiency score, the Malmquist total factor productivity index is used to evaluate the productivity change inside the banks and the parametric method is used to find out if an econometric relation between the total factor productivity, total asset, the return on average equity, and bank's efficiency exist. We also used the R-square to evaluate the percentage of the influence of explanatory variables on the dependent variable.Earlier we examined the CEMAC banking system giving their structure, and their legal and quotation system. We also look at bank's efficiency from a global point of view, by presenting the intermediation, the production and the modern approaches as the three ways to evaluate the bank's efficiency.The results suggest that, the CEMAC banks display an average efficiency score of about64.89%, so today they remain inefficient, assuming variable return to scale model. The decomposition of Malmquist total factor productivity index shows that, CEMAC banks are enjoying a productivity growth of about7.12%, this total factor productivity growth is as a result of catch-up effect of non best practice banks (+46.15%).The findings on the determinants of bank's efficiency show that, the total factor productivity acts positively and appear to be significant on CEMAC banks'efficiency, while the total asset and return on average equity act negatively and appear insignificant on CEMAC banks' efficiency. Focusing on the R-square, the findings suggest that36.6%of change in the CEMAC Banks' efficiency resulted from the total factor productivity, the return on average equity and the total amount of the banks'asset. 以智能手机为代表的移动互联网应用已经在我国广泛普及,智能手机中的移动定位、地图导航等功能给交通出行带来了巨大的便利。然而,智能手机的应用也对交通系统运行带来了巨大的影响。本论文主要针对信号交叉口驾驶员及行人手机使用对通行效率与交通安全问题的影响开展研究。选择杭州市典型信号交叉口作为研究对象,分别从红灯期间驾驶员使用手机对交叉口启动损失时间、车头时距和饱和流量的影响,以及行人过街期间手机使用及其安全性分析这两个角度开展本论文的研究。论文主要研究内容如下:（1）信号交叉口红灯期间驾驶员手机使用行为调查。论文设计了两种调查方案:问卷调查和实际调查。问卷调查采用在线问卷形式,包括27个问题,这些问题涉及机动车红灯等待期间移动设备的使用情况,问卷有效样本数量为151份。同时采用视频采集方式获取了五个信号交叉口的机动车红灯等待期间的视频数据,通过人工判断获取了2596辆机动车的行为数据样本,通过这些数据对机动车红灯期间手机使用行为进行分析和建模。（2）驾驶员红灯期间手机使用行为的影响因素分析。根据实际调查的数据,分析了影响驾驶员在红灯期间使用手机的重要因素。提出了一种更加鲁棒有效的分析方法,即非支配排序遗传算法（NSGA-Ⅱ）和logistic回归的融合分析。结果显示,车辆类型、车内存在乘客、红灯等待时间和驾驶员年龄是影响红灯期间驾驶员手机使用的前四个主要因素。（3）手机使用对交叉口运行效率的影响分析。通过分析红灯排队期间前三辆车的运行行为与手机使用之间的关系,分别对比了是否使用手机对驾驶员反应时间（启动损失时间）、车头时距、饱和流率的定量影响,进而得到红灯期间手机使用对交叉口运行效率的影响。（4）行人过街行为特性的评估性能指标。本部主要论述了行人过街基本性能指标的概念和测量方法,包括行人过街距离、过街时间、停止时间、行走时间、过街速度、启动时间、过街启动延误等。在此基础上,提出了行人过街安全性能指标的概念和测量方法,包括行人始发目的地（0D）和轨迹差、冲突避免率和眼神交流率等指标。（5）手机使用对行人过街行为安全性的影响分析。对杭州市信号交叉口 4个行人横道进行了实地调查。通过数据分析,研究了不同类型手机使用、有无中央安全岛等因素对行人过街安全性的影响。

Nickel-,cobalt-,and iron-based(oxy)hydroxides comprise the most-commonly studied electrocatalysts for the oxygen-evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline solution.A fundamental understanding of composition-structure-activity relationships for mixed-metal Ni-Co and Ni-Co-Fe(oxy)hydroxides is important to guide the design of advanced OER *** we use cyclic voltammetry,chronopotentiometry,inductively-coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy,and in situ electrical conductivity measurements to characterize the properties and activity of various compositions of Ni-Co-Fe(oxy)hydroxides prepared by cathodic *** with previous studies,we find Fe is essential for the mixed-metal(oxy)hydroxides to achieve high OER *** the rigorous absence of Fe(achieved by using specially cleaned electrolytes),the most-active Ni-Co(oxy)hydroxide composition has an OER turn-over frequency only twice that ofpure Co(oxy)hydroxide,suggesting minimal synergism between the two *** addition of Co to Ni-Fe(oxy)hydroxides shifts the onset of electrical conductivity to lower potentials,but has little effect on the intrinsic OER activity,with the most-active Ni-Co-Fe(oxy)hydroxide having an OER turn-over frequency only -1.5 times that of the Ni-Fe(oxy)*** magnitudes of the electrical conductivities are similar for all the compositions ***-functional-theory-calculated projected density of states show a significant contribution of all chemical elements at the valence band edge of the mixed-metal oxyhydroxide electronic structure,demonstrating significant electronic hybridization between the *** calculations suggest the involvement of all the elements in modulating the electronic structure at putative Fe-based active sites that are probably located at edges or defects in the two-dimensional oxyhydroxide sheets.

Breast cancer is the most frequent female malignancy worldwide. Current strategies in breast cancer therapy,including classical chemotherapy, hormone therapy, and targeted therapies, are usually associated with chemoresistance and serious adverse effects. Advances in our understanding of changes affecting the interactome in advanced and chemoresistant breast tumors have provided novel therapeutic targets, including, cyclin dependent kinases, mammalian target of rapamycin,Notch, Wnt and Shh. Inhibitors of these molecules recently entered clinical trials in mono- and combination therapy in metastatic and chemo-resistant breast cancers. Anticancer epigenetic drugs, mainly histone deacetylase inhibitors and DNA methyltransferase inhibitors, also entered clinical trials. Because of the complexity and heterogeneity of breast cancer, the future in therapy lies in the application of individualized tailored regimens. Emerging therapeutic targets and the implications for personalized-based therapy development in breast cancer are herein discussed.
