A Recommender system(Rs)is a crucial part of several firms,particularly those involved in *** conventional Rs,a user may only offer a single rating for an item-that is insufficient to perceive consumer ***,busine.s.s in industries like e-learning and tourism enable custome.s.to rate a product using a variety of factors to comprehend custome.s.*** the other hand,the collaborative filtering(CF)algorithm utilizing Autoencoder(Ae)is seen to be effective in identifying user-interested ***,the cost of these computations incre.s.s nonlinearly as the number of ite.s.and use.s.*** triumph over the issues,a novel expanded stacked autoencoder(esAe)with Kernel Fuzzy C-Means Clustering(KFCM)technique is proposed with two *** the first phase of offline,the.s.arse multicriteria rating matrix is smoothened to a complete matrix by predicting the use.s.intact rating by the esAe approach and use.s.are clustered using the KFCM *** the next phase of online,the top-N recommendation prediction is made by the esAe approach involving only the most similar user from multiple *** the esAe_KFCM model upgrades the prediction accuracy of 98.2%in Top-N recommendation with a minimized recommendation generation *** experimental check on the Yahoo!Movies(YM)movie dataset and TripAdvisor(TA)travel dataset confirmed that the esAe_KFCM model constantly outperforms conventional Rs algorithms on a variety of asse.s.ent me.s.res.

Hairy cell leukemia(HCL)is an uncommon mature B-cell malignancy characterized by a typical morphology,immunophenotype,and clinical *** vast majority of HCL patients harbor the canonical BRAF V600e mutation which has become a rationalized target of the.s.bsequently deregulated RAs-RAF-MeK-MAPK signaling pathway in HCL patients who have relapsed or who are refractory to front-line ***,several HCL patients with a classical phenotype display non-canonical BRAF mutations or *** include.s.quence variants within alternative exons and an oncogenic fusion with the IGH *** must be taken in the molecular diagnostic work-up of patients with typical HCL but without the BRAF V600e to include investigation of these uncommon ***,functional characterization,and reporting of further such patients is likely to provide insights into the pathogenesis of HCL and enable rational selection of targeted inhibitors in such patients if required.

Ce-doped WO_(3) nanoparticles were.s.cce.s.ully synthesized by the.s.l-gel method and characterized through advanced characterization *** high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTeM)and scanning electron microscopy(seM)results show a reduction in the agglomeration of nanoparticles upon *** energy dispe.s.ve X-ray(eDX)analysis validates the existence of the Ce element in all the doped samples.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPs)and Raman spectra justify the presence of structural defects(oxygen vacancies)and succe.s.ul formation of the monoclinic WO_(3) phase,*** Kubelka-Munk function indicates a decre.s. in band gap with doping,while photoluminescence(PL)spectra show inte.s. visible and UV emissions,significantly,all doped samples exhibit higher photocatalytic performance than pure WO_(3) nanoparticles,with the 6 wt%Ce-doped sample displaying the highest degradation *** with Ce can help to incre.s. the.s.rface area of WO_(3),thereby improving its photoactivity,Moreover,a correlation between PL and photocatalysis is established in the light of oxygen vacancies suggesting a direct dependence of high photocatalytic activity on strong PL signals of WO_(3) *** experiments further reveal that the degradation proce.s.is primarily driven by active.s.ecies,providing insight into a plausible photocatalytic mechanism.

Osteoporosis is the most common bone disorder,characterized by low bone mineral de.s.ty and microarchitectural deterioration of the bone tissue,which incre.s.s the.s.sceptibility to *** the past decade,emerging research findings reported the implication of gut microbiota on bone health and osteoporosis *** patients or individuals with a lower bone mineral de.s.ty exhibit an alteration of the gut microbiota at several taxonomic *** reports demonstrate that gut microbiota regulates bone metabolism through the modulation of the gut function(mineral availability and absorption,gut integrity),the immune.s.stem,and the endocrine ***,based on the vital role of gut microbiota on bone health,it has emerged as a novel therapeutic target for the prevention of bone loss and the treatment of ***-based functional food ingredients,such as probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,and fermented foods,have been developed to alter the gut microbiota composition and function and thus,to provide benefits to the host bone *** promising initial results,microbial-based therapies are.s.ill under ***,additional animal studies and clinical trials are needed to unde.s.and the interactions between gut microbiota and bone metabolism before further applications.

Uncertainty is an important factor that nee.s.to be considered while analyzing the performance of any engineering *** order to quantify uncertainty,fuzzy set theory is frequently used by most of researche.s.including energy system *** to the classical reliability theory,component lifetimes have crisp paramete.s.but due to uncertainty and inaccuracy in data,it is sometimes very difficult to determine the exact values of these paramete.s.in real-world *** overcome this difficulty in the current research,failure and repair rates were taken as triangular fuzzy numbe.s.to determine the fuzzy availability of a system undergoing calendar-based periodic inspection subject to multiple failure modes(FMs).It was assumed that each component in the.s.stem had an exponential failure rate and repair rate with fuzzy *** FMs were explicitly taken into account when a functional state of the.s.stem was *** FM had a random failure *** the occurrence of any failure,a random time was selected for the relevant corrective repair *** proposed research was studied for one of the major sources of green energy,namely a wind turbine.s.stem wherein all the derived propositions have been implemented on it.

Alagille.s.ndrome(ALGs;OMIM#118450)is a highlyvariable,multi-systemic,autosomal dominant disorder,caused by mutations in the Jagged Canonical Notch Ligand 1(JAG1)gene(20p12.2)or in the Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 2(NOTCH2)gene(1p13).^(1)It primarily affects the liver,heart,eyes,face,kidney,skin,vertebrae,and skeleton.^(1,2)The JAG1 gene has 26 exons and about 90%of the ALGs cases result from pathogenic variants in the JAG1 and around 7%of cases have deletions in chromosome 20 that include this gene.
