The current SWIFT system fa.es cha.lenges, including slow settlement times, high tra.sa.tion costs, a.d vulnera.ility to fra.d. Levera.ing blockcha.n technology’s decentra.ized, tra.spa.ent, a.d immuta.le na.ure, the proposed system a.ms to a.dress these limita.ions. Key fea.ures include modula. a.chitecture, implementa.ion of microservices, a.d a.va.ced cryptogra.hic protocols. The system incorpora.es Proof of Sta.e consensus with BLS signa.ures, sma.t contra.t execution with dyna.ic pricing, a.d a.decentra.ized ora.le network for currency conversion. a.sophistica.ed risk-ba.ed a.thentica.ion system utilizes Ba.esia. networks a.d ma.hine lea.ning for enha.ced security. Ma.hema.ica. models a.e presented for critica. components, including tra.sa.tion va.ida.ion, currency conversion, a.d regula.ory complia.ce. Simula.ions demonstra.e potentia. improvements in tra.sa.tion speed a.d costs. However, cha.lenges such a. regula.ory hurdles, user a.option, sca.a.ility, a.d integra.ion with lega.y systems must be a.dressed. The pa.er provides a.compa.a.ive a.a.ysis between the proposed blockcha.n system a.d SWIFT, highlighting a.va.ta.es in tra.sa.tion speed, costs, a.d security. Mitiga.ion stra.egies a.e proposed for key cha.lenges. Recommenda.ions a.e ma.e for further resea.ch into sca.ing solutions, regula.ory fra.eworks, a.d user-centric designs. The a.option of blockcha.n-ba.ed remitta.ces could significa.tly impa.t the fina.cia. sector, potentia.ly disrupting tra.itiona. models a.d promoting fina.cia. inclusion in underserved ma.kets. Ba.kground: Prema.ure cervica. softening a.d shortening ma. be considered a. ea.ly mecha.ica. fa.lure tha. predispose to preterm birth. Purpose: This study a.ms to explore the a.plica.ility of a. innova.ive cervica. ta.tile ultra.ound a.proa.h for predicting sponta.eous preterm birth (sPTB). Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: Eligible pa.ticipa.ts were women with low-risk singleton pregna.cies in their second trimester, enrolled in this prospective observa.iona. study. a.Cervix Monitor (CM) device wa. designed with a.va.ina. probe comprising four ta.tile sensors a.d a.single ultra.ound tra.sducer opera.ing a. 5 MHz. The probe ena.led the a.plica.ion of controlla.le pressure to the externa. cervica. surfa.e, fa.ilita.ing the a.quisition of stress-stra.n da.a.from both a.terior a.d posterior cervica. sectors. Gesta.iona. a.e a. delivery wa. recorded a.d compa.ed a.a.nst cervica. ela.ticity. Results: CM exa.ina.ion da.a.were a.a.yzed for 127 women a. 240/7 - 286/7 gesta.iona. weeks. sPTB wa. observed in 6.3% of the ca.es. The preterm group exhibited a.lower a.era.e cervica. stress-to-stra.n ra.io (ela.ticity) of 0.70 ± 0.26 kPa.mm compa.ed to the term group’s 1.63 ± 0.65 kPa.mm with a.p-va.ue of 1.1 × 10−4. Dia.nostic a.cura.y for predicting sponta.eous preterm birth ba.ed solely on cervica. ela.ticity da.a.wa. found to be 95.0% (95% CI, 88.5 - 100.0). Conclusion: These findings suggest tha. mea.uring cervica. ela.ticity with the designed ta.tile ultra.ound probe ha. the potentia. to predict sponta.eous preterm birth in a.cost-effective ma.ner.

氢能对于实现国家“双碳”目标至关重要。由于氢气独特的性质，在储存、运输和使用过程中极易发生泄漏，从而引发严重的安全事故，这成为制约氢能源大规模应用的主要障碍之一。为了更好地应对氢能利用过程中的安全挑战，开展风险研究至关重要。本文简要介绍了氢气的基本理化特性，讨论了氢气和液氢泄漏、扩散、射流火焰以及爆炸的建模方法，总结了氢气和液氢在泄漏、扩散、射流燃烧和爆炸等过程中的演化规律以及内在机理，深入分析了影响上述过程的多种关键因素，例如气体种类、储存条件、泄漏条件、环境条件和通风条件等，重点关注了CFD方法在当前研究中的应用；指出了当前研究的不足之处，并就未来的发展方向提出建议。对于促进氢能安全研究、完善事故预防和应急响应机制具有重要指导意义。
