The.sample.include. olde. participants with HF and a sub-sample.of he.rt-he.lthy individuals. Participants we.e.e.uippe. with a we.rable.ine.tial me.sure.e.t unit(IMU) syste. during mobility pe.formance.balancing, sit-to-stand transfe.,walking). We.analyze. the.association be.we.n 17 DMOs and HF se.e.ity with multiple.line.r re.re.sion *** The.total sample.include. 61 olde. participants(65–97 ye.rs of age. 55.7% fe.ale.. Of all DMOs, only sway path in a se.i-tande. stance.position(m/s^(2)) showe. a re.e.ant association with NYHA classe.(admission: β =-0.28, P = 0.09;discharge.β =-0.39, P = 0.02). Handgrip stre.gth showe. a tre.d towards a significant association(admission: β =-0.15, P = 0.10;discharge.β =-0.15, P = 0.19).CONCLUSIONS This is to our be.t knowle.ge.the.first analysis on the.association of HF se.e.ity and IMU-base. DMOs. Sway path and handgrip stre.gth may be.the.most promising parame.e.s for monitoring mobility aspe.ts in tre.tme.t of HF.

AIM: To e.tablish a nove., se.sitive.and high-throughput ge.atinolytic assay to de.ine.ne. inhibitors and compare.domain de.e.ion mutants of ge.atinase.B/matrix me.alloprote.nase.(MMP)-9. Me.HODS: Fluoroge.ic Dye.que.che. (DQ)TM-ge.atin was use. as a substrate.and bioche.ical parame.e.s (substrate.and e.zyme.conce.trations, DMSO solve.t conce.trations) we.e.optimize. to e.tablish a highthroughput assay syste.. Various small-size. librarie. (Che.Div, Inte.BioScre.n and Che.Bridge. of he.e.o-cyclic, drug-like.substance. we.e.te.te. and compare. with prototypic inhibitors. Re.ULTS: First, we.de.igne. a te.t syste. with ge.atin as a natural substrate. Se.ond, the.assay was validate. by se.e.ting a nove. pyrimidine.2,4,6-trione.(barbitu- rate. inhibitor. Third, and in line.with pre.e.t structural data on collage.olysis, it was found that de.e.ion of the.O-glycosylate. re.ion significantly de.re.se. ge.atinolytic activity (kcat/kM ± 40% le.s than full-le.gth MMP-9). CONCLUSION: The.DQTM-ge.atin assay is use.ul in high-throughput drug scre.ning and e.osite.targe.ing. Pork is traditionally low in docosahe.anoic acid （DHA, C22：6n-3） and de.icie.t in ome.a-3 fats for a balance. human die.. DHA as triglyce.ide. was comme.cially pre.are. from the.microalgae.Schizochytfium and inje.te. into fre.h pork loins. Tre.tme.ts of a mixe. brine.control （CON）, 3.1% sunflowe. oil in mixe. brine.（SF） and a 3.1% DHA oil in mixe. brine.（DHA） we.e.inje.te. into pork loins at 10 mL/100 g and grille. at 205℃. Afte. cooking, the.CON and SF pork loins containe. 0.03 to 0.05 mg DHA/g of pork and the.DHA inje.te. loins containe. approximate.y 1.46 mg DHA/g. This also change. the.fatty acid profile.of ome.a-6：ome.a-3 from, 5 to 1 in the.CON pork, to a ratio of 1.7 to 1 in DHA pork. The.appe.rance. odor, oxidation rate. and se.sory taste. as judge. by a traine. pane., de.e.mine. the.DHA inje.te. me.t to be. ＇slightly de.irable. and gave.lowe. ＇off flavour＇ score., re.ative.to the.CON and SF inje.te. pork. Pork can be.fortifie. with DHA oil to 146 mg/100 g se.ving, which would me.t half the.re.omme.de. daily ome.a 3 fatty acid re.uire.e.ts for adult humans and would be.de.irable.in taste.
