Phelipanche ramosa is an obligate root-parasitic weed that threatens major crops in central *** order to germinate,it must perceive various structurally divergent host-exuded signals,including isothiocyanates(ITCs)and strigolactones(SLs).However,the receptors involved are still ***,we identify five putative SL receptors in *** and show that PrKAI2d3 is involved in the stimulation of seed *** demonstrate the high plasticity of PrKAI2d3,which allows it to interact with different chemicals,including *** SL perception mechanism of PrKAI2d3 is similar to that of endogenous SLs in non-parasitic *** provide evidence that PrKAI2d3 enzymatic activity confers hypersensitivity to ***,we demonstrate that methylbutenolide-OH binds PrKAI2d3 and stimulates *** germination with bioactivity comparable to that of *** study demonstrates that *** has extended its signal perception system during evolution,a fact that should be considered for the development of specific and efficient biocontrol methods.

Implicit Hypotheses Are Hidden Power Droppers in Family-Based Association Studies of Secondary Outcomes

Family-based tests of association between a genetic marker and a disease constitute a common design to dissect the genetic architecture of complex traits. The FBAT software is one of the most popular tools to perform such studies. However, researchers are also often interested in the genetic contribution to a more specific manifestation of the phenotype (e.g. severe vs. non-severe form) known as a secondary outcome. Here, what we demonstrate is the limited power of the classical formulation of the FBAT statistic to detect the effect of genetic variants that influence a secondary outcome, in particular when these variants also impact on the onset of the disease, the primary outcome. We prove that this loss of power is driven by an implicit hypothesis, and we propose a derivation of the original FBAT statistic, free from this implicit hypothesis. Finally, we demonstrate analytically that our new statistic is robust and more powerful than FBAT for the detection of association between a genetic variant and a secondary outcome.

目的探讨乳腺非典型小叶增生和小叶原位癌的生物学行为及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1982年7月至1996年1月问的17例非典型小叶增生、35例小叶原位癌的临床及随访资料。随访时行门诊体检、乳腺钼靶摄片、乳腺 B 超等检查;随访时间为3～257个月,平均146.6个月。结果非典型小叶增生和小叶原位癌多发生于绝经前妇女(69.2%);52例患者均因各种良性病变行手术,术后病理证实为非典型小叶增生或小叶原位癌,其中25例(48.1%)有微钙化病变;有8例在随访期间癌变(5例在同侧乳房,3例在对侧乳房),平均癌变问期为9.4年;尽管4例(50%)有乳腺癌或卵巢癌家族史,但未发现非典型小叶增生和小叶原位癌癌变与乳腺癌或卵巢癌家族史有关(P>0.05);同样,也未发现非典型小叶增生与小叶原位癌发生癌变的差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非典型小叶增生和小叶原位癌局部切除是必要的。

Pressures on natural resources are increasing and a number of challenges need to be overcome to meet the needs of a growing population in a period of environmental *** of these environmental issues can be monitored using remotely sensed Earth Observations(EO)data that are increasingly available from a number of freely and openly accessible ***,the full information potential of EO data has not been yet *** remain still underutilized mainly because of their complexity,increasing volume,and the lack of efficient processing *** Data Cubes(DC)are a new paradigm aiming to realize the full potential of EO data by lowering the barriers caused by these Big data challenges and providing access to large spatio-temporal data in an analysis ready *** and regular provision of Analysis Ready Data(ARD)will significantly reduce the burden on EO data ***,ARD are not commonly produced by data providers and therefore getting uniform and consistent ARD remains a challenging *** paper presents an approach to enable rapid data access and pre-processing to generate ARD using interoperable services *** approach has been tested and validated generating Landsat ARD while building the Swiss Data Cube.

以２－羟基蒎烷－３－酮（１）与氨基乙腈缩合得到的手性酮亚胺（２）为中间体，经去质子化，在Ｐｄ（０）催化下与１，４－二氯－２－丁烯（３）发生串联反应，得到光学活性环丙烷衍生物（４），产率约为７０％，反应的非对映立体选择性（ｄ．ｅ．）为１００％．化合物４经选择性还原后水解，即可制得光学活性２－乙基环丙烷氨基酸，产物的对映体过量（ｅ．ｅ．）为３３％．

A General Approach for Dexterous manipulation Planning Based on Configuration Space Structuring

In this paper, we propose a new method for the dexterous manipulation planning problem, under quasi-static movement assumption. This method computes both object and finger trajectories as well as finger relocation sequence and applies to every object shape and hand geometry. It relies on the exploration of the particular subspaces GS k that are the subspaces of all the grasps that can be achieved for a given set of k grasping fingers. The originality is to use continuous paths in these subspaces to directly link two configurations. The proposed approach captures the GS k connectivity in a graph structure. The answer of the manipulation planning query is then given by searching a path in the computed graph. Another specificity of our technique is that it considers manipulated object and hand as an only system, unlike most existing methods that first compute object trajectory then fingers trajectories and thus can not find a solution in all situations. Simulation experiments were conducted for different dexterous manipulation task examples to validate the proposed method.
