摘 要:1 Physicochemical a spects of multilayered polyelectrolyte f ilms Multilayered polyelectrolyte films are obtained by al-ternated depositions on a solid surface of polyanions and polycations[1].The driving force for the build-up results from the charge excess which appears on the top of the film after each new polyelectrolyte *** film top becomes thus positively(respectively negatively)charged when the film is ending by a polycation(respec-tively polyanion).Various polyelectrolyte systems have been used to realize such architectures,in particular syn-thetic polyelectrolytes(poly-styrene sulfonate:PSS,poly-allylylamine:PAH,etc.);polypeptides(poly-glutamic acid:PGA,poly-lysine:PLL,etc.),polysaccharides[-](hyaluronane:HA,chitosan:Chi,etc.).
