With the invention of Internet-enabled devices,cloud and blockchain-based technologies,an online voting system can smoothly carry out election *** pandemic situations,citizens tend to develop panic about mass gatherings,which may influence the decrease in the number of *** urges a reliable,flexible,transparent,secure,and cost-effective voting *** proposed online voting system using cloud-based hybrid blockchain technology eradicates the flaws that persist in the existing voting system,and it is carried out in three phases:the registration phase,vote casting phase and vote counting phase.A timestamp-based authentication protocol with digital signature validates voters and candidates during the registration and vote casting *** smart contracts,third-party interventions are eliminated,and the transactions are secured in the blockchain ***,to provide accurate voting results,the practical Byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)consensus mechanism is adopted to ensure that the vote has not been modified or ***,the overall performance of the proposed system is significantly better than that of the existing *** performance was analyzed based on authentication delay,vote alteration,response time,and latency.

Background Although not universal,active care is being offered to infants weighings ultra-low birth weight(ULBW)infants appropriate for gestational *** infants have the greatest risk of dying or developing major *** infants face challenges related to fluid and heat loss as well as skin injury in the initial days of life from extreme anatomical and physiological immaturity of the *** there is an emerging literature on the outcomes of ULBW infants,there is a paucity of evidence to inform practice guidelines for delivering optimal care to this cohort of *** sources A comprehensive review of the literature was performed using the PubMed and Embase *** keywords included“thermoregulation or body temperature regulation”,“incubator humidity”,“skin care”,“infant,extremely low birth weight”and“ultra-low birth weight infants”.Results Evidences for thermoregulation,incubator humidity,and skincare practices are available for preterm infants weighingspecifically for ULBW *** on thermoregulation,incubator humidity,or skincare practices had a small sample size and did not include a sub-group analysis for ULBW *** practice recommendations in ULBW infants are adopted from research in very and/or extremely low birth weight *** This narrative review focuses on challenges in thermoregulation,incubator humidity,and skincare practices in ULBW infants,highlights current research gaps and suggests potential developments for informing practices for improving health outcomes in ULBW infants.

In this paper, we introduce the definition of （m, n）0-regularity in Г-semigroups. we in- vestigate and characterize the 20-regular class of F-semigroups using Green＇s relations. Extending and generalizing the Croisot＇s Theory of Decomposition for F-semigroups, we introduce and study the absorbent and regular absorbent Г-semigroups. We approach this problem by examining quasi-ideals using Green＇s relations.

How the Investor’s Risk Preferences Influence the Optimal Allocation in a Credibilistic Portfolio Problem

A classical portfolio theory deals with finding the optimal proportion in which an agent invests a wealth in a risk-free asset and a probabilistic risky asset. Formulating and solving the problem depend on how the risk is represented and how, combined with the utility function defines a notion of expected utility. In this paper the risk is a fuzzy variable and the notion of expected utility is defined in the setting of Liu’s credibility theory. Thus, the portfolio choice problem is formulated as an optimization problem in which the objective function is a credibilistic expected utility. Different approximation calculation formulas for the optimal allocation of the credibilistic risky asset are proved. These formulas contain two types of parameters: Various credibilistic moments associated with fuzzy variables(expected value, variance, skewness and kurtosis) and the risk aversion, prudence and temperance indicators of the utility function.

A novel approach of characterizing single parametric model potential is proposed by equating total pair wise force to zero. Our well-established single parametric model potential is characterized using the proposed idea and compared the obtained parameter with parameters computed by previously used approaches. Thus characterized pseudopotential is then tested to compute total energy of alkali metals. The results establish the reliability of proposed idea of making total pair wise force to zero in determining the parameter of the pseudopotential.

Thermodynamic properties of 3C-siC

In the present paper, we report on the results of various thermodynamic properties of 3C-siC at high pressure and temperature using first principles calculations. We use the plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory as im- plemented in Quantum EsPREssO code for calculating various cohesive properties in ambient condition. Further, ionic motion at a finite temperature is taken into account using the quasiharmonic Debye model. The calculated thermody- namic properties, phonon dispersion curves, and phonon densities of states at different temperatures and structural phase transitions at high pressures are found to be in good agreement with experimental and other theoretical results.

some Properties of si,Ge,and α-sn Using Pseudopotential Theory

The pseudopotential theory beyond second order with our well established single parametric model potential is employed to compute total crystal energy, static bulk modulus, energy band gap at the point X on the Jones-zone face and pressure-volume relation （equation of state under pressure） of si, Ge and α-sn using Nagy＇s static local field correction function. The results are compared with those obtained using few other local field correction functions. The present results of total energy are in good agreement with the experimental data. Bulk modulus calculated by Nagy＇s screening function is perfectly matching with the experimental results for Ge and α-sn. some deviation is found in the value of energy band gap.

A well-established pseodopotential is used to study the structure of some 4f rare earth liquid metals （Ce, Pr, Eu, Gd, Tb, and Yb）. The structure factor s（q）, pair distribution function g（r）, interatomic distance r1, and coordination number n1 are calculated using Charged Hard sphere （CHs） reference system. To introduce the exchange and correlation effects, the local field correction due to sarkar et al. （s） is applied. The present investigation is successful in generating the structural information of Ce, Pr, Eu, Gd, Tb, and Yb 4f rare earth liquid metals.

This study investigated the mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of fiberboard composite produced by naturally-bonded Malaysian bamboo fiber(Bambusa vulgaris).The components that obtained through soda pulping of bamboo culms such as fiber and black liquor,were used for the preparation of high-density fibreboard composite at two target densities of 850 and 950 kg/m^(3).The bamboo fiberboard composite(BFC)were then produced at 200°C and two pressing parameters of 125 and 175 s/*** mechanical properties,e.g.,flexural strength and internal bonding(IB)of BFC samples were evaluated according to Bs EN 310:1993 and Bs EN 319:1993,*** was found that the mechanical performance of the composite with 850 kg/m^(3)density was significantly higher than 950 kg/m^(3)ones,especially for the samples with 125 s/mm pressing *** characteristic of the BFC samples illustrated that the fiber linkages were cracked in the composites with higher density,e.g.,the composite with the density of 950 kg/m^(3)and also black liquor were slightly degraded at longer pressing time,which led to the reduction in mechanical properties,especially in IB strength.

改革开放四十余年以来,快速变迁的社会环境对中国社会的文化心理产生了深远影响,中国社会对“何为幸福”的认知也经历着时代变迁。文章首先通过梳理相关文献和采用深度访谈方法,提炼出兼具民族特色和时代特征的五大幸福观维度——“物质满足”“人际支持”“自我实现”“自然和谐”和“家国情怀”。在此基础上,文章基于1979-2021年《人民日报》上的新闻文本数据,采用词嵌入(word embeddings)技术(一种刻画词汇间语义关联的机器学习方法)刻画中国幸福观的历史演变。结果发现,对于“何为幸福”这一问题,“自我实现”的重要性呈上升趋势,以“家国情怀”为中心的传统幸福理念也逐渐得到巩固;自千禧年以来,“物质满足”基础幸福观维度整体式微,“自然和谐”幸福观维度的地位迎来了社会的重视。通过构建幸福变化指数发现,近40年来五个历史时期(1982-1984年、1991-1993年、2000-2002年、2013-2014年、2017-2018年)里的经济社会变动对中国幸福观的变化产生了较大影响。文章不仅从横向(研究范式)与纵向(跨时段视角)拓展了社会文化心理的相关研究,而且对构建国民幸福指标体系和发展幸福产业具有指导意义。
