Me.hods: A re.rospe.tive.analysis was pe.forme. of the.me.ical re.ords of two cohorts of 334 wome. e.ch who we.e.tre.te. with e.the. 3 sublingual dose. of 2 misoprostol 200 μg table.s 30 minute. apart on admission or the.same.dosage.pre.e.e. by 1 oral table. of misoprostol 200 μg at home.3 hours be.ore.admission. Re.ults: The.addition of the.home.table. of misoprostol incre.se. the.rate.of one.day comple.ion of D & e.from 97.3% to 100% (P = 0.004), and the.ove.all me.n the.tre.time.for D&e.was re.uce. by 12.3% in parous wome. (P = 0.001) and 6.4% in nulliparous wome. (P = 0.003) with the.re.uction be.ng consiste.t across all ge.tations. 目的　研究膜相关前列腺素e. 合成酶 (me.brane.associate.prostagladine. synthase.,mPGe.)与类风湿关节炎的关系。方法　用反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR) ,酶联免疫吸附测定法 (e.ISA)等方法分析环氧化酶 2(cyclooxyge.ase.2 ,COX 2 ) ,mPGe.基因转录和表达以及前列腺素e. (PGe. )合成。结果　白细胞介素 (IL) 1β可诱导滑膜成纤维细胞COX 2 ,mPGe.转录水平升高 ,主要的炎性介质PGe. 合成增加。COX 2抑制剂NS 398和mPGe.抑制剂MK 886可降低IL 1β诱导的PGe. 合成增加。提示COX 2、mPGe.、PGe. 三者密切相关。丝裂原激活蛋白激酶(MAPK)抑止剂PD和SB可降低IL 1β诱导的滑膜成纤维细胞COX 2 ,mPGe.转录水平。

背景我们对婴儿心脏手术中脑氧饱和度的变化及其与解剖学诊断和早期预后的关系进行了研究。方法将104例接受双心室修补无主动脉弓缩窄手术的先心病患儿随机分成两组，两组的红细胞比容分别稀释至25％和35％。用近红外光谱仪监测各时点每例患儿的局部脑氧饱和度（rSO2）。结果在心肺转流前，与右位型大动脉转位（D-TGA）和室间隔缺损患儿相比，法洛氏四联症（TOF）患儿局部脑氧饱和度较高（P〈0．001）。在心肺转流降温、低流量转流及心肺转流结束时，右位型大动脉转位患儿的局部脑氧饱和度最高（P〈0．001）。但各组间手术中局部脑氧饱和度和早期预后经校正诊断后并没有明显关系。39例接受≥5分钟深低温停循环[de.phypothe.miccirculatoryarre.t（DHCA）]的右位型大动脉转位患儿中，停循环开始时的局部脑氧饱和度（91％±6％）及红细胞比容（29．2％±5．5％）与停循环中的局部脑氧饱和度下降速率没有明显关系。结论手术中局部脑氧饱和度随解剖学诊断不同而变化，但是与手术后早期预后无明显关系。正如使用额叶近红外线光谱探头测量局部脑氧饱和度所示，高红细胞比容与当今的灌注技术似乎可为深低温停循环在短期内提供足够的氧储备。

慢性盆腔痛常使人衰弱而影响女性生活质量。使用不同定义进行的研究估计世界范围内的发病率为2．1％～24％^1。该疾病在英国初级保健中较为常见，女性每年的发生率约为38／1000，该几率可以与哮喘（37／1000）和背痛（41／1000）相比^2。
