硫化锑铜(CuSbS_(2))是一种p型半导体,带隙为1.5 eV,同时拥有较大的光吸收系数(>105cm-1),因此在光电催化领域拥有广阔的应用前景.但是目前国内外的研究还缺乏对CuSbS_(2)电子结构以及其如何影响PEC性能的深入理解.为了进一步改善CuSbS_(2)的PEC性能,对其电子结构进行一系列表征分析是非常重要的.本文中,我们利用同步辐射技术揭示了CuSbS_(2)的电子结构.结果表明,CuSbS_(2)的价带(VB)由S 3p和Cu 3d的强杂交态组成,同时Sb 5p/5s也有部分影响.基于以上理论指导,我们设计了一种高质量Cu Sb S_(2)薄膜的制备技术,并使用FTO/CuSbS_(2)/CdS/Pt光电阴极在0.0 V下实现了CuSbS_(2)基材料的高光电流密度(6.3 mA cm^(-2)).

This paper investigates the specific planning environment of an automotive part manufacturer and characterizes this environment based on variables regarding the product,its demand and the manufacturing *** fit of different planning methods,namely material requirements planning,reorder point,cyclic planning,kanban,and heijunka to this specific planning environment is analyzed and evaluated by exploratory *** results show that different product characteristics make it hard to apply a single planning *** of the investigated methods show the ability to cover the complex requirements of a combined planning environment of two partly divergent product types with a deep value chain.

The step-flow growth condition of Si on Si（111） near the （7×7）-＂1×1＂ surface phase transition temperature Tc are analyzed within the framework of Burton- Cabrera-Frank theory. In particular, coexistence of both surface phases well below Tc and their specific influence on the step-flow growth behavior are considered. We presume that under dynamical condition of growth, the surface initially covered by only the （7×7） phase separates into domains surrounded by ＂1×1＂ areas. On such a surface, the overall supersaturation should be reduced drastically compared to a surface with only （7×7）, resulting in much larger critical terrace width for nucleation.

Adipose tissue is a promising target for treating obesity and metabolic ***,pharmacological agents usually fail to effectively engage adipocytes due to their extraordinarily large size and insufficient vascularization,especially in obese *** have previously shown that during cold exposure,connexin43(Cx43)gap junctions are induced and activated to connect neighboring adipocytes to share limited sympathetic neuronal input amongst multiple *** reason the same mechanism may be leveraged to improve the efficacy of various pharmacological agents that target adipose *** an adipose tissue-specific Cx43 overexpression mouse model,we demonstrate effectiveness in connecting adipocytes to augment metabolic efficacy of theβ_(3)-adrenergic receptor agonist Mirabegron and ***,combing those molecules with the Cx43 gap junction channel activator danegaptide shows a similar enhanced *** light of these findings,we propose a model in which connecting adipocytes via Cx43 gap junction channels primes adipose tissue to pharmacological agents designed to engage ***,Cx43 gap junction activators hold great potential for combination with additional agents targeting adipose tissue.

Osseous reconstruction of large bone defects remains a challenge in oral and maxillofacial *** addition to autogenous bone grafts,which despite potential donor-site mobility still represent the gold standard in reconstructive surgery,many studies have investigated less invasive alternatives such as in vitro cultivation *** study compared different types of seeding techniques on pureβ-tricalcium phosphate scaffolds in terms of bone formation and ceramic resorption in *** scaffolds loaded with autologous cancellous bone,venous blood,bone marrow aspirate concentrate or extracorporeal in vitro cultivated bone marrow stromal cells were cultured in sheep on a perforator vessel of the musculus latissimus dorsi over a 6-month *** and histomorphometric analyses revealed that scaffolds loaded with cancellous bone were superior at promoting heterotopic bone formation and ceramic degradation,with autogenous bone and bone marrow aspirate concentrate inducing in vivo formation of vital bone *** results confirm that autologous bone constitutes the preferred source of osteoinductive and osteogenic material that can reliably induce heterotopic bone formation in vivo.

Objectives:To test for differences in overall and recurrence-free survival between laparoscopic and open surgical approaches in patients undergoing radical nephroureterectomy(RNU)for upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC).Materials and methods:We retrospectively identified patients treated for UTUC from 2010 to 2020 from our institutional *** undergoing laparoscopic or open RNU with no suspicion of metastasis(cM0)were for the current study *** with suspected metastases at diagnosis(cM1)or those undergoing other surgical treatments were *** was performed according to the laparoscopic versus open surgical ***-Meier plots were used to test for differences in overall and recurrence-free survival with regard to the surgical ***,separate Kaplan-Meier plots were used to test the effect of preoperative ureterorenoscopy on overall and recurrence-free survival within the overall study ***:Of the 59 patients who underwent nephroureterectomy,29%(n=17)underwent laparoscopic nephroureterectomy,whereas 71%(n=42)underwent open *** and tumor characteristics were comparable between groups(p≥0.2).The median overall survival was 93 and 73 months in the laparoscopic nephroureterectomy group compared to the open nephroureterectomy group(p=0.5),*** median recurrence-free survival did not differ between open and laparoscopic nephroureterectomies(73 months for both groups;p=0.9).Furthermore,the median overall and recurrence-free survival rates did not differ between patients treated with and without preoperative ***:The results of this retrospective,single-center institution showed that overall and recurrence-free survival rates did not differ between patients with UTUC treated with laparoscopic and open ***,preoperative ureterorenoscopy before RNU was not associated with higher overall or recurrence-free survival rates.

Draxler and Zessin [1] derived the power function for a class of conditional tests of assumptions of a psychometric model known as the Rasch model and suggested an MCMC approach developed by Verhelst [2] for the numerical approximation of the power of the tests. In this contribution, the precision of the Verhelst approach is investigated and compared with an exact sampling procedure proposed by Miller and Harrison [3] for which the discrete probability distribution to be sampled from is exactly known. Results show no substantial differences between the two numerical procedures and quite accurate power computations. Regarding the question of computing time the Verhelst approach will have to be considered much more efficient.

AIM To study mucosal addressin cellular adhesion molecule-1(MAd CAM-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-targeted contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) for the assessment of murine colitis and carcinogenesis. METHODS C57BL/6 mice were challenged with 3% dextran sodium-sulfate(DSS) for three, six or nine days to study the development of acute colitis. Ultrasound was performed with and without the addition of unspecific contrast agents. MAd CAM-1-targeted contrast agent was used to detect and quantify MAd CAM-1 expression. Inflammatory driven colorectal azoxymethane(AOM)/DSS-induced carcinogenesis was examined on day 42 and 84 using VEGF-targeted contrast agent. Highly specific tissue echogenicity was quantified using specialized software. Sonographic findings were correlated to tissue staining, western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry to quantify the degree of inflammation and stage of carcinogenesis. RESULTS Native ultrasound detected increased general bowel wall thickening that correlated with more progressed and more severe DSS-colitis(healthy mice: 0.3 mm ± 0.03 vs six days DSS: 0.5 mm ± 0.2 vs nine days DSS: 0.6 mm ± 0.2, P < 0.05). Moreover, these sonographic findings correlated well with clinical parameters such as weight loss(r2 = 0.74) and histological damage(r2 = 0.86)(P < 0.01). In acute DSS-induced murine colitis, CEUS targeted against MAd CAM-1 detected and differentiated stages of mild, moderate and severe colitis via calculation of mean pixel contrast intensity in decibel(9.6 d B ± 1.6 vs 12.9 d B ± 1.4 vs 18 d B ± 3.33, P < 0.05). Employing the AOM/DSSinduced carcinogenesis model, tumor development was monitored by CEUS targeted against VEGF and detected a significantly increased echogenicity in tumors as compared to adjacent healthy mucosa(healthy mucosa, 1.6 d B ± 1.4 vs 42 d, 18.2 d B ± 3.3 vs 84 d, 18.6 d B ± 4.9, P < 0.01).
