全球变暖深刻地影响着各种生态过程,特别是物种间物候同步模式,但还需要更多的案例来揭示。我们报道了森林叶物候和有蹄类动物换毛对气候变化的不同响应,并探讨了这是否会导致潜在的物候不匹配。本文利用连续7年的相机捕获数据,结合同期西伯利亚狍换毛记录,对东北地区森林叶物候和狍换毛进行了小波分析,探讨了气候变化对森林叶物候与西伯利亚狍换毛物候同步的影响。我们发现,森林叶物候生长季开始期(SOS)提前,而生长季结束期(EOS)推迟,从而延长了生长季长度(LOS)。春季西伯利亚狍换毛启动和结束时间均提前,而秋季西伯利亚狍换毛启动时间推迟,结束时间提前。气象因子与森林叶物候和狍换毛结果显示,最佳期间平均温度与生长季开始期呈显著负相关关系,最佳期间平均温度与生长季结束期呈显著正相关关系,最佳期间平均降水量与生长季结束期呈显著负相关;冬至到春季狍换毛开始的平均日照时长与狍换毛开始期呈显著负相关,10月日照时长与秋季狍换毛结束期呈显著正相关。小波分析结果还表明,森林叶物候与西伯利亚狍换毛之间的同步时滞在不同年份间略有波动,并且春季存在潜在的物候错配,揭示了全球变暖对西伯利亚狍和森林叶物候的影响。总的来说,我们的研究为森林叶物候和有蹄类动物换毛的同步性研究提供了新的见解,并展示了使用相机捕获数据来探索全球变暖问题的数据收集和分析的可行方法。

Stromules are highly dynamic stroma-filled tubules extending from the surface of plastids and occasionally interconnecting individual plastids, allowing the movement of complex biological molecules between the interconnected plastids. Experiments with inhibitors of cytoskeleton assembly have indicated the involvement of an actin-based system in stromule movement. However, the motor protein associated with the system had not been identified. Here, we present direct evidence that myosin XI is involved in the formation and movement of stromules in tobacco leaves. Application of 2,3-butanedione 2-monoxime, an inhibitor of myosin ATPase activity, resulted in the loss of stromules from tobacco leaf epidermal cells. Transient RNA interference of myosin XI in leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana also resulted in the loss of stromules from epidermal cells, without any effect on transcripts for actin or myosin VIII. Transient expression of a GFP- tagged myosin XI tail domain in tobacco leaf epidermal cells showed that the fusion protein localized to the chloroplast envelope, as well as to mitochondria and other organelles. Our findings identify myosin XI as a key protein involved in the formation and movement of stromules.

Leveraging the high resolution,sensitivity,and wide frequency coverage of the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array(ALMA),the QUARKS survey,standing for“Querying Underlying mechanisms of massive star formation with ALMA-Resolved gas Kinematics and Structures”,is observing 139 massive starforming clumps at ALMA Band 6(λ~1.3 mm).This paper introduces the Atacama compact Array(AcA)7 m data of the QUARKS survey,describing the AcA observations and data *** multiwavelength data,we provide the first edition of QUARKS atlas,offering insights into the multiscale and multiphase interstellar medium in high-mass star *** AcA 1.3 mm catalog includes 207 continuum sources that are called AcA *** gas kinetic temperatures are estimated using three formaldehyde transitions with a non-LTE radiation transfer model,and the mass and density are derived from a dust emission *** AcA sources are massive(16–84 percentile values of 6–160 M_(⊙)),gravity-dominated(M∝R^(1.1))fragments within massive clumps,with supersonic turbulence(M>1)and embedded star-forming *** find a linear correlation between the masses of the fragments and the massive clumps,with a ratio of 6%between the *** considering fragments as representative of dense gas,the ratio indicates a dense gas fraction(DGF)of 6%,although with a wide scatter ranging from 1%to 10%.If we consider the QUARKS massive clumps to be what is observed at various scales,then the size-independent DGF indicates a self-similar fragmentation or collapsing mode in protocluster *** the AcA data over four orders of magnitude of luminosity-to-mass ratio(L/M),we find that the DGF increases significantly with L/M,which indicates clump evolutionary *** observed a limited fragmentation at the subclump scale,which can be explained by a dynamic global collapse process.

在中国东北地区,森林中牛的放牧被认为会限制东北虎和东北豹的恢复,包括通过与野生有蹄类猎物和植被的自下而上的生态相互作用产生影响。尽管关于牛、植被和野生有蹄类动物之间关系的证据越来越多,但对于冬季野生有蹄类动物的丰度、微生境尺度的有蹄类-植被关系,以及放牧强度量化措施等方面的研究仍存在很多的不足。因此,我们于2018年首先对珲春国家级自然保护区(HNR)及周围地区放牧围栏内的牛-植被-有蹄类关系进行了扩展分析,包括围栏内外的比较分析以及围栏内牛密度对野生有蹄类动物密度和植被的影响。然后,我们于2019年在HNR和小北湖国家自然保护区(XBH)及其周边地区建立了两个20 km×20 km的固定监测大样方,并将每个大样方划分为100个2 km×2 km的网格单元。2019年11月和2020年11月分两次,在每个网格单元中心的30 m×30 m样方中对一系列乔木、灌木和草本植物指标进行了测量和记录;采集了土壤样本(2019年);并在每个网格单元内布设了一个远红外自动相机,以记录牛和野生有蹄类动物相对丰度指数(RAIs)。我们采用一系列线性模型、分段回归模型、广义加性模型、零膨胀负二项模型以及Mann-Whitney U检验研究了野生有蹄类动物丰度与植被和土壤因子的关系以及放牧对它们的影响。另外,我们评估了土壤样品的有机碳(SOc)含量,以验证将森林放牧的固碳作用作为缓解气候变化重要措施的潜力。我们的主要成果包括:(1)乔木胸部横断面面积和胸径与有蹄类的关系最强。这两个指标都影响了野猪(Sus scrofa)和狍(capreolus pygargus)的丰度,树木数量较少、但胸径较大的景观内比许多小树的景观内有蹄类的密度更高。而且数据表明,这一关系中是有阈值存在的。(2)与放牧围栏外相比,围栏内乔木胸部横断面总面积较低,乔木密度较低,但平均胸径较高,说明一定密度的放牧对植被结构的变化具有长期影响,支持了较高的野生有蹄类密度。(3)围栏内灌木当年生枝条的丰度(即主要可食用植物丰度)低于围栏外,但它们的出现和丰度本身与牛的放牧密度没有直接关系。在标准统计显著性水平上(pc)含量呈正相关,草本高度与土壤有机碳(SOc)含量呈正相关,放牧区域的土壤中有机碳含量高于无放牧区域的土壤有机碳含量。这一结果虽然无法对其中的因果关系进行有效推论,但为将开展长期监测方案和探索碳核算工具整合,以维持经济系统的可持续性和生态系统的服务功能,提供了一个起点。(7)最后,这项研究为了解牛和野生有蹄类动物的空间利用状况提供了参考,梅花鹿(cervus nippon)在HNR的空间分布清楚地揭示了公路(G331)的显著限制作用,因此,在野生动物恢复计划制定必须要考虑到道路的影响。

By studying both the microscopic physical and chemical typomorphic characteristics of typical mineral pyrite samples associated with representative gold deposits on the north-central margin of the North china Platform,this paper seeks to identify macroscopic metallogenic mechanisms of gold deposits and to reveal the formation mechanism of lattice gold in *** characteristics of pyrite reveal that pyrite grain size has a negative correlation with gold *** pyrite,as the dominant crystal form,contains more gold than pentagonal dodecahedral *** pyrite crystal forms and chemical compositions indicate that the replacement style of gold deposit formed in a low saturability,low sulfur fugacity,and at temperatures either much higher or much lower than its best forming temperature;comparatively,that of the quartz vein style of gold deposit occurred under conditions with the best temperature,rich in sulfur,and with high sulfur *** Au/Ag ratios of the pyrites show that both the replacement and quartz vein styles of deposits are mesothermal and hypothermal,while the co/Ni ratios of the pyrites indicate that the quartz vein style is of magmatic-hydrothermal *** X-ray diffraction intensity of pyrite rich in gold is lower than that of pyrite poor in gold at the quartz vein *** general,with an increase in gold content in pyrite,the total sum intensityΣI *** pyroelectricity coefficient has a negative correlation trend with the values of(co+Ni+Se+Te)-As and(co+Ni+Se+Te)/*** pyrite pyroelectricity of the replacement style is N-type,indicating that it formed under low sulfur fugacity,while that of the quartz vein style is a mixture of P-N types,indicating that it formed under high sulfur *** the pyroelectricity-temperature diagram,pyrite of the replacement style is mainly distributed between 200 and 270°c,while that of the quartz vein style varies between 90–118 and274–386°c,demonstrating a multistage forming proc

Genes resistant to Aleurotrachelus socialis were transferred to the F 1 from the interspecific hybrid wild species of Manihot flabellifolia to *** and two advanced generations of backcrosses（Bc 1 and Bc 2）.We characterized the resistance of *** transferred to Bc 2 parents（cW67-160,cW67-130,cW67-44）,MTAI-8（Bc 1）,resistant（cMB9B-73） and susceptible（cMB9B-104） genotypes from contrasting pools,and resistant（MEcu-72） and susceptible（cMc-40） *** demography and biology were *** molecular markers associated with a phenotypic response of plant resistance were detected in segregating populations（Bc 2）.Results showed that although female survival time was similar on all hosts,the lowest averages of longevity,fecundity and oviposition rate were observed in the resistant control MEcu- 72,only being significantly similar to the parent *** the Bc 1 and Bc 2 populations were compared,it was found that *** fecundity was eight times lower on cMB9B-73 progeny than on cW67-130,expressing the highest levels of resistance to the *** genotypes of cMB9A and cMB9B family had the best segregation.A total of 486 microsatellite primers were evaluated using bulked segregant analysis（BSA）,11 showed polymorphism between the contrasting pools and only one showed significant differences between resistant and susceptible *** conclusion,fecundity was the parameter that impacted most on the intrinsic rate of *** population growth.
